Staff especially on reception were amazing, very helpful and we were upgraded. Choice of food on the buffet was amazing, fresh and delicious everyone super courteous Very clean, pool is lovely, all really handy for the beach and overall a great stay Fresh water cart on arrival is a plus with apple and mint choices - just what you need

The amount of towels on beds round the pool was a lot leaving people feeling they needed to queue for the pool to get a bed. I'd recommend a rule saying if you are away from your bed for more than 90 mins then your towel will be removed to make room for other guests. Otherwise be prepared to get to the pool for opening time or later on when people move or go for a siesta. We were upgraded which was wonderful however we were in a room on the 1st floor opposite the street and the noise was too much. Both myself and my friend had ear plugs and didn't realise until after the first night so we didn't bother moving rooms but I think for future reference the glazing needs repairing on the ground floors.

The quality of the hotel was very good. The room was large and had a stunning view. We picked a sea view room. You could have slept a whole family in the bed 😁. We only had breakfast at the hotel but again the quality and variety of the food on offer was excellent the only comment that does lower the score is the hot food was not hot but tepid. There was a microwave to reheat but I didn't have much of the hot food because the choice of cold food more than made up for that. Parking at the hotel is discounted but still pricey so you need to factor that into the cost of your trip. The hotel being adults only was a real boost for us. The staff overall were very good and by and large very well trained. Well done

The two main things I did not like were the checkin procedure. It was long and drawn out, why use one screen for details on the computer when four will due ☹️☹️ I do think they should look at it because we also checked in online but still had to go through the extended checkin procedure. There were building works opposite the hotel whilst it is not the hotels fault or within their control to affect it but if we had been informed we would have deferred our trip until it had finished. It was loud and did disturb our enjoyment of sitting quietly on the balcony looking at the view. So we will not be back until those works are complete.

We were only there for 1 night so did not get to use all the amenities. The open areas were very spacious as was our bedroom. My husband and I didn't like the buffet style restaurant. On reflection we should have chosen to eat out but we had a long drive that day. It did feel like a canteen and personally I thought it was overpriced at 40 € pp. Also the signs in the car park said parking was free to hotel guests but we still had to pay ( a discounted price). Overall the hotel is very nice and spacious with friendly staff at the bar and in reception.

The Bedroom is awesome. Large compared to other hotels. The bathroom is well designed and a good size. The water pressure is wonderful. We had a Sea View room with a beautiful view and balcony. The cleaning staff are friendly and efficient. Someone changes the mats in the lift early every morning to show what day of week it is. The pool area is lovely. Right on the beach and has comfortable loungers around the pool. We did not have the breakfast option. Lots of restaurants and coffee in the area.

The food at the Pool bar is not good. This could also be that it was extremely busy and it might be a good idea to keep the menu limited to sandwiches and burgers. Staff are good though. Be prepared to stand in a long queue if you choose the breakfast option in peak season.

This hotel is right on the beach front. From the moment you walk in you are greeted by people waiting and happy to assist you. All the staff are always happy to help and very friendly. Honestly the best hotel in Spain I have stayed in.

The only British problem anyone could find is the lack of a British full English breakfast. Having said this I didn’t see this as a problem as the amount of choice on offer was amazing and I loved trying new foods. Just a note from another British traveller at breakfast.

Hotel is very very well located. Breakfasts are great, the staff is friendly and helpful. What else would you need for a quick recharge ? The weather was great when we stayed there and the balcony view was brilliant. The hotel is also "adults only" so no screaming every 5 minutes during breakfast :)

They have like 5 or 6 different types of pillows, but I could not find a perfect fit. But I got to add that I had the same situation in every other Spanish hotel I've ever been in, so I think this is what is available in Spain. Its not big of an issue, cuz I was sleeping like a baby anyways - it's only about a back pain in the morning when you wake up which is going away after breakfast - I know myself and I know that this kind is due to a pillow not keeping my head straight during sleep.

The Hotel is just lovely! The staff were all very friendly, the breakfast selection the best we've had in any Hotel. The location is great too. Also loved the adults only theme! Loved our room too - just beautiful!! Will definitely go back!!

The only negative thing for us was the choice of music in the bar area and the volume? Far too loud and a strange selection of music? Needs something quieter and more suited to an older clientele?

The breakfast offered a huge variety. The location is great, and the pool, beach, and pool bar drinks were all fantastic.

Check-in is at 16:00, which is understandable as per the hotel’s policy, but the reception process was quite slow. We didn’t receive our keys until 17:15. The rooms are not soundproof, and we could hear everyone passing by in front of our door
