The front desk, waiters and waitresses, Room service were all kind and professional without exception. The Spanish omelette from Mady was delicious without forgetting the nice dinner - always a variety of foods & desserts 😊 Our room was always clean - thanks a lot to Anamita 🙏 The hotel is excellent and i highly recommend it to everyone seeking relaxation, joy and comfort. We will be back for sure 😃

The pictures are a tad deceiving. The room was rather outdated in comparison to the pictures

- Nice breakfast, good choice of everything. Friendly staff - Free public street parking (can be tricky to find near the hotel) - spacious room with complimentary water and beer

- Pillows were a little uncomfortable because they were soft - Shower doesn't have any curtain so the water splashes everywhere when you shower - The area itself has nothing interesting, it's in the touristic center and there's not so much to do or see. There are plenty of bars and restaurants around but the food options are made for German tourists.

The staff, the rooms and the place- everything is amazing. What stands out is the staff. The are courteous and accommodating. Had a great experience.

Nothing. The only thing is it's 60 km- 1 hr from the airport but the place has its own beauty. Alcudia is nearby.

Clean. Nice room. TOP wellness after cycling days. Close to the airport 5 min. Easy go. Uber also operating in this location. Super indian restaurant around the corner. Shops. Ideal place to stay for the end of the vacation when moving from the north part of Mallorca (Alcudia).

Good stay, nice comfortable room, with large balcony . Bed is of good quality. Good rainshower. Great cleaning. As mentioned by others, the air conditioning is indeed not ice cold, but I think more hotels should do that in these times :). Good food, plenty of choices, friendly staff. Also the bar/restaurant at the pool area facing the sea is of good quality and has very reasonable prices

The only negative point is that the reception tells you the swimming pool opens at 10 and the card in the room says reserving sunbeds is not allowed (which is good thing). However, around 7.30 all sunbeds are reserved and when you arrive at 9 at the pool you won't find a spot, even when travelling alone. But this is all compensated by the beach which is 5 steps away from the pool, so not a big problem for me.

You have to pay for drinks with dinner (I know its standard in some counties when you have half board, but I still do not like it) Parking is problem in main season (really hard to find parking space on streets around hotel) and also be careful where you are parking. Even if it looks like you are not blocking anyone or anything and you are far away from pedestrian crossing you may still end up with 40eur fine like we did. WiFi is slow. WiFi was not disconnecting like it is usually doing in other hotels, but was really slow. From time to time it went fast, but usually was slow and I ended up using data.

Location perfect, hotel spotlessly clean in communal areas bedroom etc...Plenty of varieties of food to choose from... I loved the idea of the fob on your wrist to enter the room so much better than a key or card.. Will definitely return...

Very close to the beach (less than 1 minute literally). I got very good price/quality ratio. Many restaurants and shops around as well as car/motorcycle rentals and bus stops. Pickup service from/to airport worked perfectly too.

I really didn't like nor enjoyed the bicycle rental (11€) provided by the hotel. I wanted to make at least half day trip but the bike was really crappy, all rusted (chain, wheels, suspension forks), changing gears didn't work well, sometimes it missed a gear and then changed unexpectedly on its own, also there was no possibility to get at least a hand pump so I had like 70% of desired air pressure in the wheels. So I got back to the hotel and reported that it's really not what I expected and honestly hoped for a refund...but no, no refund, no better bike to get, very disappointing at the moment when you can't fulfill your holiday plan for the day.

Breakfasts and dinners were very good. There's a big variety of food, all delicious. Everyone will find smth for themselves. Also a decent choice of desserts ... one better than another :) Lots of fruit and veggies, different kinds of cheese are available. The only thing that was surprising is that drinks at dinners are not included in the price, so prepare to pay a little extra for that. The staff is super friendly and smiley, always ready to help. The best part is probably the location. The hotel is right at the beach! My room was nice, comfortable bed, TV, safe, sockets at the bedsides, balcony with nice sea view. Elevators are available. Lots of bars and restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies are about 1-10 mins walk away. Most of the ppl speak Spanish, English and German, even heard some French at Jamaica bar nearby. Absolutely loved the hotel. Will definitely come back with my family :)

I suppose the walls are rather thin, as I could hear ppl moving smth... Could be chairs at the balcony idk, but it was pretty loud. For me personally it wasn't a big deal at all and only happened once. Didn't change my impression of the hotel :)
