Superb location Super friendly staff Lovely swimming pool (nice and quiet) Rooms and bathroom all as expected

Minor complaint but 1 of the lifts didnt work, meant long waits at times for the other and it was small and very hot

Breakfast is okey. Location was great really close to the beach and restaurants.

The Hotel very clean , the staff very professional. The receptionist always was ready to help. In general I'm very satisfactory with the Hotel. I recommend. The hotel was not far from the beach.

The breakfast was too repetitive, but was ok. for the price.

Comfortable beds and clean rooms, breakfast was good, location was good walking we could walk everywhere

We got there 130 and asked to check in half hour early it was very hot and a long flight, nope ! Usually they try and accommodate even say leave the luggage and go for a drink, nope the clerk was very firm in saying come back at 2 pm ! Also the check out was 10 am and if you want to stay a little longer they charge by the euros for the time . I’ve stayed in a lot of places and usually the ck out is 11 am and if i want to stay a little later I’ve never been charged by the hour. Something to consider

breakfast cold, having to take plates and cups from tables to get food and drink, ate cereal using teaspoon after stirring coffee, no large spoons ! shower floor I slipped and banged my ribs on glass panel causing a large bruise this isn’t acceptable for anyone let alone a 68 year old.

location was excellent, close to the boulevard and the beach. Comfortable room and nice balcony.

The room was not clean, you don’t get clean towels and/or clean sheets. They don’t clean the floor as well, there was sand everywhere. There is no drinking water and you also don’t get shampoo/shower gel. Also the shower doesn’t work properly, most of the time there’s no cold water.

the staff were nice and friendly and the location was perfect. the breakfast was good for the price you pay, there was fried eggs,bacon, toast, pastries, tea, coffee, juice etc, it did the job for a short weekend break.

the room was a little too hot as the air conditioning didn’t work properly & we had a toilet that constantly did not stop running the entire time which was a bit annoying but we just kept the door shut. the hotel is a bit dated decor wise but you get what you pay for.

Mattresses and beds were comfortable, air condition was ok. Perfect location, not directly in centre of Can Picafort (so not that busy) but close enough to everything and very close to the beach.

It wasn’t really clean, there was a mouldy smell in the room. Towels were leaky and dirty. Floor and bathroom wasn’t cleaned at all during our stay (after few days we had sand everywhere) so we must left a note for cleaning lady and ask her to wipe the floor at least. Breakfast was poor and still the same, coffee and juices prepared from salt tap water.
