The grounds are lovely. So much natural shade from trees and well kept lawns. The pools are many and very nice. The hotel is set back from a very touristy area but near enough so you can shop or go to the local beach in less than 5 mins.the staff were very friendly and helpful. There is tonnes to do for kids but it never felt "overwhelming". A great family vibe. The rooms are clean and spacious. Large balconies many with great views. The food was excellent overall. Great choices and many healthy options too.

The hotel could use a little refresh. Towels and beds starting to look a bit old and maybe just a refresh of general things. Our Aircon worked but even at its most powerful it was just about enough. Again towels in rooms could do with an update. The coffee wasn't great. I think it's a big thing for most people and they could invest in an Nespresso machine at least for the breakfasts and dinners.

The hotel itself looks good, it's clean and well maintained (apart from two extra elevators which stopped working after the thunderstorm passed over). The room had empty small mini fridge, which was enough to put couple small things in. There were two small chocolates in the room when we arrived, no bottled water (water is available from the reception and dining area). Room was clean and had sufficient amount of towels available, the only thing I did not likes was the mattress which was too hard. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were great, food tasty and service lovely. Car parking had plenty of spaces with at least four spaces for electric cars charging.

There were no free umbrellas for the guest to use as some other hotels in the same area have. Umbrellas cost 7 Euro in the hotel to purchase. No umbrellas were available at the spa area either. So imagine going for the nice relaxing massage and when it's time to get back to the room, it's pouring rain, so you have to run and get absolutely wet until you reach your destination, so 80 Euros you had just spend to relax are completely thrown away and you just had wasted time and money. Also you could purchase a thrown-away slippers, which other hotels offer for free and so on. The hotel position itself as "green" initiatives hotel which wants to do better and reduce plastic consumption, but it feels like greedy bastards who wants your money for every little thing, same as Ryanair does.

The pool area was incredible for children and adults alike. There were 5 different outdoor pools, a pool bar and different optional activities throughout the day. The hotel was clean and tidy, the staff were all very friendly. Breakfast was like nothing I've ever experienced- there was everything you could ever wish for and more. The room was clean, nicely furnished with a balcony. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the beach and 5 minutes to shops and restaurants. The roof bar was very nice! We had an excellent stay and we hope to return.

Air conditioning didn't really keep us cool. We had it on the highest fan setting with the coolest temperature and nothing really happened.

My stay was enjoyable, thanks to the amazing food and the lovely, attentive restaurant staff. I especially appreciated the hot buffet food with clear labelling. My room was spotless, thanks to the wonderful room cleaner, and the shower had fantastic pressure. Also we enjoyed the well-equipped gym, which had everything needed for a good workout. The spa was a pleasant experience, and while a couple of things weren't working as they should, I understand these things happen, especially at the beginning of the season. Overall, it was a wonderful stay,

Spa is very good. Peaceful and well equipped. hotel is clean and bright.

The food is good but completely let down by not having ANY hot plates at any time! All plates stone cold so your food is nearly always cold by the time you are back at your table. If your room is on the side above reception, expect to be woken up in the early hours by the beep beep beep of a reversing bus or lorry! Watch out if you need to move a table to have a larger group sit together in the restaurant! Well over the top jobs worth reaction from restaurant manager. Bike garage feels vulnerable as no security cameras and its across the road, not in the actual hotel.

Staff members were extremely helpful and always with a smile. Nice room, with a lovely ocean view, great to watch the sunrise. Breakfast has a lot of options.

Breakfast products weren’t always the greatest (pancakes were rubbery, fruit wasn’t ripe). Sauna only starts working after 11:00h. Fantasy spa needs an uplift, looked like it hadn’t been maintained for a while.

Very beautiful garden with several pools. They have self service laundry service which is very comfortable after long trip around Mallorca, 5Euro for washing and 4Euro for drying. We have booked 1 Bedroom apartment and it was really big, cosy and had all amenities we needed.

1)apartment buildings are bit far from reception and it is uncomfortable to carry luggage and no bellboy or electric car to serve 2)some of staff members who are cooking during the breakfast and dinner are little bit rude, smile more guys. 3)food seems fancy and delicious but it is not 6 out of 10.

The whole hotel is great. Despite going at such a busy time it didn't feel over crowded. The room was a good size. Plenty of bars and dining areas. The pools had lots of sunbeds. Sky bar is fantastic. There was plenty of parking so never had to worry. Location is great, a couple of minutes walk from the town and beach but just far enough to not be impacted by any music.

We had to wait for the lifts on a few occasions, especially during the busiest time of the day (such as after breakfast). There was no kettle in the room which we would have liked.

We had a junior suite on the 5th floor,the view was amazing! However,the only downside is the rooftop bar on the 6st floor, you can hear chairs moving into late night,so a bit disturbed sleep. The balcony spacious. Very,very clean. Really good looking hotel as well. The beach is 3-5min away, which is great,but we found the beach to be too crowded. Food is fresh and good quality. We requested a late checkout and for additional 6h it only costed us €30 so that definitely gives an extra point. Made our day.

The dinner is the most chaotic in this place,not enough seating for outside,people are queuing for quite a while. The way the food is placed is also bizarre and creates long queues, really not the best layout. Also not enough seating inside. Dinner hours from 18:30-21:00 - clearly very short for the amount of people. Drinks not included, two bottles of water costed us €5,20. This means waiters have to attend each table and have no time to clear the tables for new people wanting a table. Not the most pleasant experience,even if you come for dinner after 20:00 Based on this,we would most likely not return.

the pools are great for adults and kids- our son loved the slides and being able to walk safely into the pools which gradually got deeper. kids play area is great and lots of other activities including volley ball, tennis court, darts, mini golf (although we didn't use these facilities) We stayed in an apartment which had a large balcony, huge bathroom and living area, one large bedroom and the sofa bed (which our 3 year old was very happy with). Lots of storage in the apartment and cleaned everyday. we were at the back of the hotel 2302 so it was very quiet in the evening. short walk to shops, restaurants and 5 minutes to the beach. if you have a car there is a large supermarket a few minutes drive away. Kids disco starts at 8.15pm. Bar drinks and snack bar is reasonably priced. 4 euros for a pint of beer. The evening entertainment was ok- I'm guessing due to the season is coming to a close.

No vegan options at breakfast. You can ask for Soya milk (but it's not in the buffet) There wasn't any dairy free butter or yoghurt. The hot buffet only offered beans - it would be great if they could provide cooked mushrooms or tomatoes, veggie sausages. No access to free water (apart from the reception- which you are not allowed to use to fill your bottle) I think it's important for hotels to do their bit for the environment - water stations around the hotel would make a huge difference to the necessity of plastic water bottles. The area isn't great for finding vegan or just healthy food options and the beach is very crowded.
