The staff, location, food were all amazing. My Husband and I enjoyed our walks on the long sandy beach every day after our breakfast. The sea and beach are wonderful. We had half board and enjoyed the delicious breakfast and dinner. The staff were super attentive and helpful which made our stay more comfortable.

Hotel spa was a little bit smaller than expected but this is kind of understandable because in a hot weather people rather go to the beach or pool side as opposed to using spa hence there may not be much of a need for a bigger spa facility. However, during our stay due to cold and rainy days we wanted to use the spa and it was crowded. The other note I would like to mention that in spa facility there were nude people and seems like it is permitted by the hotel. However, it would be appreciated if there was notes on the website or notes on the walls around spa facilities because not everyone may feel comfortable with this.

The highlight of this hotel is certainly its staff. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and kind. I can’t praise them enough! The hotel location was great as it was in the quiet part of town and located pretty much on the beach. That part of the beach was also very nice. The rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. The only nuisance was the bathroom door which is glass with a lot of space between the frame and the door so not much privacy there. Also the fact that the drinking water wasn’t provided (apart from first day) if one didn’t book “all inclusive” option was something unexpected. They could’ve provided at least filtered water. Another complaint I have is that I think the cleaning staff uses for cleaning everything the same cloth and detergent to also clean the glasses in the room as they smelled like it. I actually washed them with hot water every day after making a mistake on the first day of downing water from the glass in the room (smell and taste was horrendous). The food was decent. We definitely enjoyed breakfast but dinner was rather mediocre. Though wonderful staff made up for it with their service and most of the evenings we sat outside and enjoyed the views of sea. I can definitely recommend the cocktails in the bar as they were delicious. Speaking of the bar, the entertainment was really good. We enjoyed very much every single live performance. It was certainly the best place with live music in the vicinity. The hotel has a very good sauna which I used every other day. Highly recommended! The gym is very small and has very light dumbbells (4-14kg), one bench, cable column, lateral pull down, seated chest press,a treadmill, elliptical trainer and a bike for cardio.

The location is AMAZING !!! The sea is so beautiful… people are nice to each other. Lot of restaurants, boutiques, everything you need ! The best place to chill.

My only concern was about the beds of the room : little size and separate… and it was a little noisy at night with the neighbors (chairs on the balconies specifically…)

Beachfront hotel with super easy beach access (you basically live on the beach). I liked Picafort Beach way more than Alcudia, it's less crowded and cleaner. The hotel breakfast was a bit costly (15 eur per person) but with good food selection and delicious. There is no hotel parking but we always managed to find free street parking close by

Absolutely brilliant beach front property on Can Picafort. The hotel is gorgeous, modern and has all amenities that one can expect from a hotel of this quality. We were even given a free upgrade to one of their sea facing premium suites and we loved every bit of it. The staff was very nice and the hotels in house restaurant had an amazing choice of spanish tapas! We loved the breakfast too! Definitely coming again to stay when in Mallorca!

Nothing to not like.

- property right by the beach - good breakfast options with outdoor and indoor seating - rooms were very clean and the service crew did an amazing job getting rid of all the sand I tracked in every day - great shower pressure and outdoor balcony (I had city view) - very comfy bed and plenty of storage options

- I had 1 morning of rain, and there is sadly nowhere you can sit and watch the ocean from indoors (when the bar is closed) - you can't drink the tab water, so budget for buying water every day

-sun-bed must be booked days before which you could have even no chance to do (reservation is made for full days - some tenants with reservation use it only for couple of hours during a day leaving it unused for most of the time and you are not allowed even to use the available facilities left unused) plus you have to pay for that - this makes the stay in the first line hotel with beach access which you have to overpay exactly for the same reason useless and meaningless

Everything was perfect! Great location, close to lots of shops and restaurants and an amazing beach. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was delicious, lots of different options every day. Loved the swimming pool as well. I can say it's the best beach hotel I've ever been to, would definitely return!

The hotel’s location right next to the beach was fantastic. The food offered a good variety and high quality, even as a buffet. The staff were friendly and professional, and the property was clean and well-maintained. I also appreciated the possibility for waste separation during the stay.

Great breakfast buffet, beautiful beach location, great for swimming, very helpful and friendly staff, rooms were comfortable (quiet ac, soft memory foam bed, hot shower, balcony was a plus)

When we arrived the shower head was a little older and dirtier, that was the only complaint about the whole room. We spoke to the staff and they had someone change the showerhead with a brand new one the next morning!
