Everything was really good except some small details. The location is great 5 minutes walk from the beach and the centre. Pool area was great. Rooms clean and tidy with good a/c and soundproof. Breakfast and dinner awesome. Staff in the reception really kind and helpful.

The bed mattresses are extremely hard and uncomfortable. The staff in the pool bar didn't seem very friendly and polite. You can't comunicate in English. The plates at the restaurant weren't clean enough every time we had this issue...

The breakfast and dinner was beyond expectations, thematic dinners, very wide variety of meal options for meat, sides, desserts and all. Breakfast included plant milk options as well. The room was spacious and clean, the staff were very nice and helpful. There were concerts by the pool almost each night (which can be heard at night in the rooms at the pool side of the hotel). The location is great, close to the beach, restaurants and bars, bus stop for daytrips and to shopping opportunities. We also had the opportunity to have a limited breakfast with coffee upon departing to our early flight in the morning (before 5 am). Would be happy to return and would definetely recommend to all!

For us it was okay but it might be bad for people wanting to rest/sleep early to be in a room by the pool side of the hotel to hear the evening concerts until 23:00.

Great location. Room and common spaces were very clean. Great and delicious breakfast with many options to choose. There is a bar with a swimming pool in front of the hotel. Definitely will come back!

I was travelling with an e-bike. There are 2 rooms to store bicycles. However, they are not equipped to charge e-bikes. The girl at the reception did not know where in the basement I could place my e-bike to charge. She suggested me to wait until the next shift starts at 11 PM because her colleague would know better where to put the bike. At the end I had to find myself a place in the basement to secure and charge my e-bike.

The hotel is really close to the beach. We booked a room without seaview very last minute and asked if we could get one with seaview if possible, and they were very kind to give us one - so we had a very nice view every day. You can see the sunrise, the sunset and the sea and it's beautiful. The room and the balcony are big. The bed is comfortable. Bathroom spacious enough and if you need, you can ask for toiletries (they have a no waste policy - really nice thought). The food is absolutely delicious and diverse - lots of choises for everyone and very tasty. The staff is friendly, especially ones at the restaurant. The spa area is small, but enough for a rainy afternoon like we caught one day (a pool, a wet sauna and a finish sauna). They have an outside pool as well across the street - we did not use it because we only went to the beach. I recommend the hotel! Really good value for the money.

The cleaning part is not so great. You can see they clean the rooms everyday, but somehow the floor still remains dirty ( we were on a family trip with a 10 month crawling child that got dirty imediately). The bathroom and the rest of the room had no such problems. At the restaurant the dishes were sometimes dirty (i suppose that was from the dishwasher and the big amount of dishes they had to clean very fast - aprox 100 people at the tables constantly).

Nice, comfortable and very clean room. Breakfast and dinner was amazing!

Unfortunately our room was in the first floor across the elevator and it was really noisy from the door next to the lift used to transfer the bicycle downstairs. Also, in the nights when the big doors were open and closed in the hallway due to the loud music, we were constantly annoyed from the noise more from the big doors than from the music.

The pool was nice, the fact that there is a 24h reception was a big thing for me. Several musical events were organised along the week, the staff very helpful and polite. The food was also good and diverse

I opted for the hotel because of the inside pool and gym.... the pool was super small, and the gym can be considered a stool with 2 weights +6 to 8 static bikes to exercise... please upgrade the gym, and for the indoor pool/spa, idk what to do there as it barely fits 5 people

I loved the food, it was exceptional every day. Breakfast, lunch and dinner! Amazing. The spa area was good, but maybe not big enough for peak times or maybe even if the hotel is full. You can comfortably fit 10-15 people in the spa.

Spa area isn’t big enough for the size of the hotel, towels are thin and hard and rough. Beds can be considered hard by most people but i got good sleep.

Super breakfast and dinner, nice view from the balcony I got a room with a view of the sea after I asked for it, which was a very pleasant surprise

the beach is narrow, but this is not the hotel's fault. the hotel's pool is adjacent to the streets. I was unpleasantly surprised that they don't even give water for free during the dinner, all the drinks have to be bought, even though we paid for the dinner

The street parking was easy around the hotel and also free. The breakfast was good, a lot of varieties of bread, savory and sweets. The bed and pillow was comfortable and the AC in the room worked great. There was plenty of space for storing our clothes with shelves and hangers. The balcony had a small clothesline, good for hanging towels and swimsuit. The pressure and temperature of the shower was really good.

I think, in my opinion the breakfast starts too late, at 7:45am, also the coffee and juices, my husband and I did not liked so much. The hotel toiletries could be improved, only offering all in one shampoo/soap, so no conditioner or body lotion.

- Every day some of plates for food and glasses for drink were dirty - Beds could be more comfortable and it would be better if there was also king size option instead of 2 twin beds - Fridge in the room was not working properly - One employee (Ms. Rafaela) was very rude and annoyed a couple of times during breakfast/dinner to guests and also other employees which wasn't necessary in my opinion.
