I loved heated indoor pool - we were staying there in May and it rained every second day, so we loved it (our baby was in there everyday). The room was spacious and clean, big bathroom with a tub and hot water at any time! But you should be careful - do not stay in building 1, above party room - we (our baby) couldn't sleep, because music was so loud every day till midnight. The beach is 15min walk - 300m away, bit far but nice and clean with nice promenade.

The sound proofing is bad - you can hear all neighbours moving wooden chairs, beds on the ceramic floors. The jacuzzi is not heated and showers by the pool not working. The music in the building 1 (party room) is too loud every evening there was party and we could hear everything and couldn't sleep properly. Also there are signle beds put together - mattress moves while you sleeping its not comfortable, should be fixed somehow.

Clean hotel and rooms. Basic but everything worked just fine.

They could have provided complimentary bottles of water in the room on arrival. Would have been a nice touch

The staff are all hard working. We had a great welcome at reception, who were also helpful and knowledgeable throughout our stay. David and Fabian from the bar looked after us during our stay, very funny guys and remembered our drinks! The rooms were lovely (as in the pictures), very nice house maids, beds made every day and clean towels when we needed them. Enough in the kitchen to make basic meals. Good air conditioning. The all inclusive was very good, tasty, varied and thoughtful. The wine, beer and basic cocktails in the all inclusive satisfied us. There is a large Aldi opposite also. Pool area was good (although small), plenty of sunbeds. Beach, bars and restaraunts all within easy walking distance. Varied evening entertainment (though disagree with parotts being made to perform!).

The 'Table Police' (mostly one female) making you all sit in a herd together in the restaraunt so that it's easier for them to set up for the next meal was frustrating when you are on holiday. The only difference between the breakfast, lunch and dinner settings were the colour of the place mats! The pool area is quite loud and full of small children (when there is a kids pool),. We travelled with teens so are inbetween not being able to book adults only and being stuck with loads of kids. The volley ball court is full of small rocks so cut your feet. Needs sorting out with more sand. Under 16's aren't supposed to be in the gym (for understandable safety reasons) but nobody stops them coming in (including their parents).

Spacious apartment, good beds for two adults and two kids, especially loved the separate beds for the kids in the living room. Nice activities, arranged by the animation team during the day and in the evening.

Sometimes the evening show ended a little late, might be easier for people traveling with smaller kids if the shows ended around 10 PM. Half board didn’t include any drinks in the dinner, you had to pay three euros for a bottle of water, which was a bit pricey. This was not informed in the hotel description, and I think it would be nice if this was clearly stated when making the booking.

Easily accesible from all the northern roads, plenty of parking spaces round around the hotel, lots of facilities, good breakfast and all in all a good hotel to sleep in if you’re a family. Nice pool and cheap towels 1.5 euro / change.

Everything aside from the gym and indoor swimming pool is dated (DATED). The AC is a bit of an issue (room 3113 had only one of the ACs working, lobby AC is a joke..) and the maintainance staff has no common sense. They were mowing the grass for 4 horrible days, starting from 7AM under our balcony. Also the staff could use some English speakers. Very hard to communicate with.

The hotel was very nice for a family with kids. The apartment was big enough and the beds comfortable. The room was cleaned every day. The breakfast was diverse enough to have your pick and not get bored for the entire duration of the stay. We really enjoyed the swimming pool (both the big and the baby pool). Me and my son also appreciated the football pitch which we used every day. The great thing is that it's surrounded by trees and bushes so we got shade while playing , which was very much appreciated. I also liked that they have an onsite convenience store which stayed open late, so when we did get back late in the evening from our trips we would always find it open and buy some snacks and drinks.

The hotel does offer free Wifi but it's either very slow or sometimes it takes a while to work. I personally used my roaming data plan as it was quite frustrating to get any work done on the hotel Wifi. There's also a paid option from what I remember, but I didn't use it. We also had a rental car and even though they have parking spots on the hotel grounds and right outside, during the evenings, especially in the weekend, it could be a challenge to find a free spot nearby. If you don't move your car every day like we did, this probably won't bother you too much though.

1. The food was exceptional! We were at All Inklusive and the Lunch and Dinner was everyday different and everytime delicious! 2. The Restaurant personal were all very friendly and very nice with us especially with the kids! Paying attention to details and concentrating on pleasing the customer! 3. The hotel room was exactly like in the pictures. Nice and cosy made. Spacious and equipped with everything that is needed. The cleaning ladies came everyday to clean the room and change the towels! Very few hotels are doing this so really really very much appreciated! 4. The swimming pool was very big and warm. Lots of chairs and tables for everybody to enjoy it! 5. For the All Inklusive package we really had everything that we needed. Good food and a variety of drinks for adults and kids from which you can choose. 6. Last but definitely not least, I want to thank and appreciate the most the Animation Crew! You guys are a really nice team and everyday lots of activities for the kids, lots of games and lots of fun. My kids were more then happy everyday and enjoyed it a lot. Thank you for this and really appreciate the way you treat and play and take care of the kids!

Honestly nothing major to say that we didn't liked...only to check a little bit the rooms where some reparations must be made and maybe to do somehting about the Hair Dryer...was working for 1 minute then you had to wait for 10 minutes until you can use it again..

We loved the facilities. The best for us was the animation program for the kids! We appreciated how much involved Suzan and Paco were when entertaining them. The program was different everyday and my son loved it. Another outstanding experience was the profesionality of the staff. The wait stuff had so much to do with all the families with small kids and they were ALWAYS polite and very nice to everyone, while working efficiently. Another great work was done daily by the cleaning ladies, always with a smile! thank you for tidying up all our mess.

The food was plenty but not great quality- but still a good value for money. We ended up at the veg+fruit salad that was good.

This place is so great because of the stuff members. Honestly, every each one of them goes for the extra mile: from reception (Martina was so lovely and helpful), waiters and kitchen staff (big thanks to David, he was running around days in a row), as well as cleaning staff and animation team. The manager lady could be seen very active as well and supervising the team. It's a clean, well maintained hotel. If anything goes wrong in the next minute they will fix it and I seriously mean the next minute fix. Wonderful facilities: we particularly loved the indoor pools as well as the gym. It got bigger since last year which is a big yeay. On a rainy weather it's good to have options. The rooms are spacious and fully equipped. There is also a kitchenette in case you want to cook something for yourself. Very useful to have since Aldi is just across the road.

There's nothing really that we didn't like. The only suggestion (not a critical one) I could make is to maybe put some benches around the outdoor kids slide. Parents could sit comfortably.

Minor things only - issues with one of Aircon units in the room - small lifts - buffet layout was very inefficient - all inclusive drinks selection could have been more varied and had some random exclusions. Regular mojito was included, but mojito mocktail was not. No spritzes included. - sometimes information on animation activities was inconsistent
