Property was superb. A very nice complex in a quiet area of Alcudia. Location of property is situated very close to an excellent supermarket. Additional shops located next to the property. Pool was very clean and never too busy. Restaurants close by the property. Water park is a 5 minute walk. Beach is approximately 10 minute walk. The main port area is approximately 20 mins walk however there is a bus stop directly outside the property with the service operating every 40 mins. The on site restaurant is excellent. Fresh produce, a varied menu and delicious food. All the staff were very helpful and very pleasant.

There was nothing we did not like. I was aware that there were no laundry facilities prior to booking, however if this property had this facility I would safely say it was a perfect place to stay.

Large flat. Two bathrooms. A spacious balcony overlooking the pool. Sunny. Clean. Basicly equipped but enough for a few days' stay. Large pool, water quality checked daily. Staff very friendly and helpful. There is a large market nearby - Eroski, so all the necessary things can be purchased locally. Quiet surroundings.

The kitchenette does not have a dishwasher. It is a pity that there is no sponge and liquid in the kitchen at least for 1-2 days, as in most local flats. Only two rolls of toilet paper for 4 people, no soap in dispensers. Restaurant ok, it is a pity that for guests of the object there is no additional incentive to use the offer. Very expensive basic breakfast. Maybe I'm clinging a little, but our 6-day stay, had 5 rainy days.

Apartment was amazing!! Clean, spotless, safe and comfortable.great bonus kids having inflatables in the pool. Food on site was excellent, staff were awesome as nothing was to much trouble, Alicia was the perfect host 💕💕pool area was gorgeous.

No fault of the complex ….. noisy people in the apartment above, and Mosquitoes 🦟 make sure you take some repellent 👍

The apartment was very nice, regularly cleaned, in a convenient location for our cycling trips. The staff were super helpful and welcoming, giving us tips where to dine, they let us use the facilities after check out once we returned from a bike ride. The only thing that we found a bit discomfortable was the temperature in thw apartment during the very cold days.

Andy in particular, and other personnel were kind, professional and responsive. The appt modern, well-maintained and clean. Kitchenette equipped for cooking and washing.

The only minor flaw is the setting of the wifi which prohibits the access to a few sites in some places. I trust this will be handled accordingly. Anyway, Andy has provided for a temporary workaround.

The reception services are excellent, the reception is open 24/7. The beach is beautiful, about 15 minutes walk away. The swimming pool is available until 7:00 PM, regularly cleaned. Excellent accommodation and peaceful surroundings. I definitely recommend it to families with children.

The staff running this hotel were very friendly and accommodating. The pool was great. Everywhere was very clean. Food was nice and good portions.

The only issue we had was when we checked in but this was an issue with Booking.com and not the hotel. We only had 2 adults listed on the booking and not 3 children as well.

The apartment was spacious clean with a great view of the swimming pool. All hotel staff were approachable and very professional.

Nice and quiet hotel with a beautiful swimming pool and bar terrace. The apartment was spotless and very new; we had 2 bathrooms, a nice balcony to eat outside and AC was wonderful. Beach is about 10-15min walk and personal very nice, we will be back!

Can't really choose breakfast (either an English or continental plate) and they don't seem to have enough people at this time so it can take more than 30min to receive the food.

Perfect place to stay with family. Apartment was pleasant, cleaning every 2 days which in our case was ideal, very comfortable beds, basic kitchen to cook a dinner. Basic breakfast consist of two options (continental and English), which again, in our case ideal option (quick and tasty). Generally very good atmosphere. Free parking on street just in front of hotel. Beach walking distance. Due to a technical problem we were relocated to Sol apartments for 1 night, apologies given and free dinner offered as a compensation. The personal at both Sol apartment and Solecito apartments is outstanding. Highly recommend for families with kids.
