Location great - 5 mins to supermarket, bars, restaurants and Hydropark, 10 mins to town-centre, and 12 mins to Alcudia Beach, Quiet. Apartment spotless, spacious and cool with a large balcony overlooking the pool. Also air-con, power shower, TV and all the usual mod-cons. Very comfortable for a family of 5 ie 2 adults + 3 children. We liked having our own door for easy access and privacy. Pool was very clean and tastefully laid out with plenty sun-beds in a natural green garden. Staff very helpful and accommodating.

On-site restaurant - had dinner here (Mediterraneo) on the first night but it was awful - buffet food was cold, pizza was uncooked, kids portions were tiny but pricey (€15), and staff were not helpful. Decor was canteen style. It was the most expensive meal we had during our holiday and was certainly the worst. Our 1st floor balcony was mainly in shade so would opt for a higher floor next time.

We loved everything about the hotel and our apartment. We had a large, spacious 3 bed apartment on the 4th floor and there was a lift. The living area was big and spacious. The sofa bed was one of the best I have ever slept in. The master bedroom had a big, comfortable double bed and a really nice ensuite. It opened directly onto the balcony. The other two bedrooms were adequate sized and had two single beds each. The kitchen was well equiped and had a dishwasher and washing machine. The balcony was lovely...it was really big, had plently of good quality furniture and a lovely view over the pool area and the wake park beyond the property. The hotel is in a good location. There is a decant supermaket only a couple of minutes walk away and there is a Lidl a few minutes further. The town and beach are a lovely 10/15 walk away along a canal. There isn't a car park but there was ample parking on the street outside and we felt the car was safe there. The property was very quiet while we were there which was at the end of April. The breakfast was included in the price and was very nice. They had a good choice of hot and cold food. Finally the staff were very friendly and helpful, and were available all the time. I can honestly say I loved the place and could find nothing wrong at all.

I like the whole unit which they offered to us, there is kitchen with utensils, the rooms are comfortable and there is a balcon which is in front view of their pool where you can eat and relax and the other side of hotel is a mountain view. We also had great dinner buffet at their restaurant inside the hotel for €21. Staffs there are friendly and they helped us book taxi/airport shuttle. The place is nearby port de alcudia beach, we rode a taxi for about 7mins. Aircon and wifi is working just great.

Very quiet location with good facilities and a handy supermarket very nearby. Pretty good choice for breakfast. Not too many bars and restaurants very close but it's an easy walk into Port d'Alcudia. There's also a bus stop 5 mins walk away. Pool area was always clean and tidy. 20 mins walk to the beach which was not overcrowded and also kept really clean. Staff on the desk were very helpful and friendly. A very nice place to spend a relaxing holiday.

good location, not far away from sea side (20 min walk with kids) and behind hotel is food store Eroski (3min walk) and Lidl (15min walk) and aqua park 10min away. reception staff very nice spacious hotel room- 2 bedrooms and living room, washing machine, kitchenette with dish washer, oven, microwave, kettle and spacious balcony. nice running and walking routes around

Fantastic staff, happy to help. Beautifully clean, spacious apartment (2 bed). A small complex on the outskirts of the resort so nice and quiet (in April) but just a short walk to a variety of shops, bars and restaurants. Bus stop very close and easy to use public transport to explore the island.

Hotel breakfast wasn't the greatest but lots of alternative options close by. Had to pay for decent wifi.

It is a bit rusty, but a well maintained apartment hotel. The location is perfect for exploring the island. Near the highway, about a 15 minute walk from the beach (and well away from the crowds and the noise). The apartments are huge, newer buildings usually don't have rooms and terraces this large. There is absolutely nothing missing, large fridge, dishwasher, oven, AC in every room, there is even a separate "utility room" in each apartment with a washer and with space to dry the clothes. We were primarily looking for a place to explore the island and not to spend all the time at the hotel. In this aspect, this was a perfect place.

The apartments are spacious and ideal for families. We stayed in a duplex two bedroom apartment and this was perfect for a family of 5. Big rooms and 3 toilets. The poolside is good and there was always empty sun-beds. It feels a safe location and close to the shops. Staff are helpful and friendly.

Det staff was very helpful and friendly. The food was good. Pool was clean and the facility offers a nice setting with the sunbeds. Short walk to a nice grocery store. Spacious appartements with good AC system.

A bit annoying with the mosquitos. For a couple of days we experienced some sewage smell during late evening/night time.

The staff were polite and helpful. The rooms were spacious with a nice, big balcony. Decent WiFi. The kitchen and all kitchen utensils are available and adequate for the family apartment. Quiet place. Nice to have a car. Otherwise, it is a long way by foot to the beach.

Some of the meals can be improved. For example, while breakfast offers a variety of food, it lacks to offer satisfying fresh vegetables and vegetarian food. Eggs and salami can be better, too.
