Location great - 5 mins to supermarket, bars, restaurants and Hydropark, 10 mins to town-centre, and 12 mins to Alcudia Beach, Quiet. Apartment spotless, spacious and cool with a large balcony overlooking the pool. Also air-con, power shower, TV and all the usual mod-cons. Very comfortable for a family of 5 ie 2 adults + 3 children. We liked having our own door for easy access and privacy. Pool was very clean and tastefully laid out with plenty sun-beds in a natural green garden. Staff very helpful and accommodating.

On-site restaurant - had dinner here (Mediterraneo) on the first night but it was awful - buffet food was cold, pizza was uncooked, kids portions were tiny but pricey (€15), and staff were not helpful. Decor was canteen style. It was the most expensive meal we had during our holiday and was certainly the worst. Our 1st floor balcony was mainly in shade so would opt for a higher floor next time.

We loved everything about the hotel and our apartment. We had a large, spacious 3 bed apartment on the 4th floor and there was a lift. The living area was big and spacious. The sofa bed was one of the best I have ever slept in. The master bedroom had a big, comfortable double bed and a really nice ensuite. It opened directly onto the balcony. The other two bedrooms were adequate sized and had two single beds each. The kitchen was well equiped and had a dishwasher and washing machine. The balcony was lovely...it was really big, had plently of good quality furniture and a lovely view over the pool area and the wake park beyond the property. The hotel is in a good location. There is a decant supermaket only a couple of minutes walk away and there is a Lidl a few minutes further. The town and beach are a lovely 10/15 walk away along a canal. There isn't a car park but there was ample parking on the street outside and we felt the car was safe there. The property was very quiet while we were there which was at the end of April. The breakfast was included in the price and was very nice. They had a good choice of hot and cold food. Finally the staff were very friendly and helpful, and were available all the time. I can honestly say I loved the place and could find nothing wrong at all.

I like the whole unit which they offered to us, there is kitchen with utensils, the rooms are comfortable and there is a balcon which is in front view of their pool where you can eat and relax and the other side of hotel is a mountain view. We also had great dinner buffet at their restaurant inside the hotel for €21. Staffs there are friendly and they helped us book taxi/airport shuttle. The place is nearby port de alcudia beach, we rode a taxi for about 7mins. Aircon and wifi is working just great.

Location is quiet far from the airport, but with easy access of transportation.

Fantastic staff, happy to help. Beautifully clean, spacious apartment (2 bed). A small complex on the outskirts of the resort so nice and quiet (in April) but just a short walk to a variety of shops, bars and restaurants. Bus stop very close and easy to use public transport to explore the island.

Hotel breakfast wasn't the greatest but lots of alternative options close by. Had to pay for decent wifi.

It is a bit rusty, but a well maintained apartment hotel. The location is perfect for exploring the island. Near the highway, about a 15 minute walk from the beach (and well away from the crowds and the noise). The apartments are huge, newer buildings usually don't have rooms and terraces this large. There is absolutely nothing missing, large fridge, dishwasher, oven, AC in every room, there is even a separate "utility room" in each apartment with a washer and with space to dry the clothes. We were primarily looking for a place to explore the island and not to spend all the time at the hotel. In this aspect, this was a perfect place.

The staff were polite and helpful. The rooms were spacious with a nice, big balcony. Decent WiFi. The kitchen and all kitchen utensils are available and adequate for the family apartment. Quiet place. Nice to have a car. Otherwise, it is a long way by foot to the beach.

Some of the meals can be improved. For example, while breakfast offers a variety of food, it lacks to offer satisfying fresh vegetables and vegetarian food. Eggs and salami can be better, too.

The apartment was really nice, extremely clean and fresh. It was a very good size and it also had a large balcony. The kitchen comes with all the appliances one needs plus a small utility room with washing machine etc....and the two bedrooms were an excellent. The breakfast we had, offered a wide variety of cooked and fresh food, continental breakfast or a hot meal. Coffee, tea, and fresh juices were available all during this period and it was self service. The quality and freshness of the food on offer every morning is excellent. The staff we met were all nice and very helpful. We enjoyed the pool and is great for children. I look forward to visiting Ona Garden Laro again and l highly recommend it.

I'm a late riser, so l would have liked the breakfast time to go beyond 10:30 am 😂

The apartment was very well-equipped, including a complete kitchen setup, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, and TV. The view overlooks a quiet canal and the hotel pool. As a bonus, we had an extensive rooftop terrace. The best part was the very helpful, polite, and friendly staff who made our stay an unforgettable 🌟

The hotel has its years, and the room furnishings are not the most modern. But everything was well maintained and clean, It is also located in the outskirts of Alcudia (last street) , approximately 1.5km from beach.

Apartments spacious and clean and had everything you needed even a washing machine which was a big plus.loved the big balcony and our own roof top terrace.nice pool with the most comfortable sun loungers we ever had in a resort.very good value for the money

Everything was great.only thing that could improve was the Wi-Fi it was very poor but not a big issue.cleaning would have been nice to have more than once but when it was done very well. Breakfast could do with a bit more choice but it was included in the price so can’t really complain and it was enough to keep you going for a few hours

Our 2 bed apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and well equipped. We were 3 adults and 2 children but could have fit another person easily. The balcony had plenty of room with a large table with 6 chairs and 2 sun-loungers. The pool was lovely and never too busy with a life guard on duty during core hours. Prior to arrival, I had some queries via booking.com message which were all promptly answered. Overall it was very good value for money.

Breakfast was included but choice was limited. However, there was enough basic options given the price. The surrounding area outside of the property was not very pleasant with lots of rubbish thrown around. However, there was a supermarket close by and a lovely restaurant within walking distance which was reasonably priced. Property was about 20-25 minutes walk to the main beach and area with bars/restaurants. Would recommend a rental car.
