The hotel is near the beautiful beach (jst 5min walk away), it has a lot of free parking if you’re coming with ‘rentacar’. The staff is very polite, room was clean. Food is great.

We got a room with pool view and there is always shadow - so our bathing suits didn’t dry.

The restaurant had great dishes. For lunch it was different every day and the cookies were great. It also had ice-cream. The room was very good and we had silence during the night, very important for kids. The kitchen could have had a little bit more pots. The pool was great. Usually we went to the beach which was very close, we only enjoyed the pool during the last half a day. In the evening there were also shows, we enjoyed the traditional flamenco one very much.

Great value for money. The apartment was well-equipped with a bathroom, bedroom, and a large living area with a dining table, TV and a big sofa! The kitchen included a coffee machine, a kettle, 2 hobs, a toaster, a fridge, a sink and lots of plates, bowls, cups, cutlery, etc. The bathroom and bedroom were both separate rooms within the apartment, making this "aparthotel" room really feel like a proper apartment and not just a hotel room. The balcony was also large and great for eating breakfast, lunch and dinner in the sun if you choose to make meals yourself (the hotel also offers breakfast and meals but we didn't eat at the restaurant so can't comment on that). The hotel is located about 5 minutes away from the beach and 1 minute away from the nearest Spar shop with plenty of restaurants and bars in the area, so it really is in a great location.

The WiFi throughout the hotel was not great - it often had weak signal or completely dropped out, and the 4G in the area wasn't the best (at least with our network provider) so watching Netflix etc. isn't really an option unless you have your shows already downloaded before arrival.

The description says there is a hotel parking, but it's actually just a pavement in front of the entrance Stained bedsheets No cleaning on thursdays and sundays No water/coffee/tea in the room The cleaning staff didn't clean the utensils

All very helpful and professional staff. Clearly friendly and cared about their customers experience. Everything nicely cleaned and looked after Good choice of food in the buffet

Pool was rather cool( but weather was also cooler!) Maybe a slide going into the pool ,or a little pop up splash area would be good for children A table tennis set might be good too.

The location was amazing, 5min away from the beach, quiet area, parking spots around. The pool was nice, a lot of spots available to lay and tan in the sun. The breakfast was amazing, really worth it with a lot of options and a chef to make fresh plates. The rooms were clean and had everything to make a small meal if needed.

I noticed some ants in the room, not many but I had to be careful to not let any food outside

We got there earlier than expected and Viktor made sure we were welcomed. All staff members were very helpful. Rosa and Viktor were very friendly and helpful. The rest of the staff were also helpful and the cleaning staff were really nice and friendly. Property very near the beach. We were in room 616 and the view of the sea was amazing to wake up to every day. Reception was spotless. We went self catering.

The property is tucked away and abit far from restaurants.

It was very quiet in the room. You could rest at peace. Stayed in room 302 on the side facing the channel not the pool, better from my pov. Didnt hear once any of the neighbors during the night or day. Of course in the living room you may hear the noise of people passing by your door but its nothing. I'm a light sleeper and didnt had any issues. The view on the balcony was superb, palm trees and lost of beautiful vegetation. The shower/bathroom is very nice with good water pressure. The breakfast and dinner was very good and diverse. Definetly worth it if you are travelling with a 2 year old who is picky.

The cleaning could be improved. The bathroom had some filth in a corner when we arrived. Also on of the bed sheets there was some specs of something. Wi fi kinda working or not, on the balcony didnt work at all. Anyhow on vacation you should take less time for this.

We could not wished for a better hotel. The room was clean and gave us everything we needed. We went self catering so cannot comment on the food. The hotel is situated a short distance from local shops and restaurants . If you need anything just ask the hotel staff who are more than happy to help.I would recommend a stay at the hotel.

There is not much evening entertainment at the hotel when we stayed unless that picks up at peak season. The major gripe I have is the shower in the room. I used it the first night and it flooded the bathroom so had to use all towels provided to mop up the water. The following morning reported it to reception only to have shoulders shrugged at us and told they know about it. Every shower after we had to turn on give a quick rinse down turn the shower off then clean ourselves then turn the shower back on and use a towel to soak up the water at the entrance to the shower cubicle to prevent it from flooding. They said every shower is like it in every room. This is the only bad thing about the hotel.
