Location great for Puerto Pollenca, Pollenca, the mountains, old Alcudia and places to the north. Close to supermarkets. Parking outside. Staff very friendly. Pool area looked very good even though we didn't use it. Room was large and had everything, with very good balcony to sit for breakfast. Not looked over by any other buildings which are all distant. Will definitely stay here again.

Minor point but fridge door needed more suction when closed, and WiFi a little weak in the lounge towards the balcony and virtually non existent on the balcony. But these weren't a problem at all.

Room had everything you needed for a self catering. Including fridge, stove, kettle, toaster etc. Good for a holiday with friends when you need somewhere for a good value for money that’s not too expensive in a good location. The beach was about a 15 min walk from the hotel and a strip of restaurants and bars was about 10 min walk too. Pool area was nice and if your travelling with kids there was a play area and some arcade like games for them to play. Some of the staff were helpful too with booking taxis to other places we wanted to visit on the island as well as helping us with buses etc.

The only thing I would add to the rooms is a mosquito net on the door to stop them from coming in as our room had a lot of them in there and got bit quite a lot! Make sure you bring your mosquito spray with DEET! (can buy it in one of the local shops) in it as that’s the only thing that stopped me from getting bit after I’d bought it there.

Loved the location and general feel of Mariner Club. Safe, secure and friendly. In a quiet area but in a fab location: close to supermarkets (spar, eroski and Lidl all within easy walking distance). The hidropark is about 5min walk away and the beach is c. 15min flat walk. The bus stop taking you to Alcudia old town and Pollenca is also, c. 5mins from the apartments. Plenty of sun beds. The pool was a perfect size for the accommodation/guests. The food was delicious and great value, with specials on every night and the staff were amazing. Super helpful and we felt well looked after.

There’s no escaping that the beds are firm - I loved them! My family did have a few grumbles but ultimately, everyone slept well. Not a fault of the accommodation but if visiting this area, be mindful that mosquitos are fierce! Make sure to take repellent.

The apartment is in a nice complex with a pool and beautiful plants. The rooms are simple, and the furniture looks basic, but most of the necessary things are available. The beach is about 900 meters away — still within walking distance, so that’s okay. The staff was friendly. There are plenty of parking spots nearby, which is convenient if you're traveling by car.

It would be better if there was a washing machine and an iron. The fridge could also be a bit bigger. But overall, the place met our expectations, and the photos match reality.

Excellent property, stayed in a 1 bed apartment, very spacious. Air conditioning cooled the room perfectly. Facilities were brilliant, swimming pool well kept and plenty of sun beds around the pool. Stayed self catering but purchased the breakfast and it was also lovely. We have been to Alcúdia for many years and this was our first time staying here, will definitely be back. Was approx 15 min walk to beach, 30 mins walk to port and 6 min walk to strip.

We really enjoyed our holiday in this apartment. The beds were firm but comfortable. The apartment was a little tired from a decor point of view but very clean. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We made our own breakfast and lunch there so cannot comment on the food in the restaurant. The lively Port area was two stops away on bus number 322 and we ate there most evenings. The swimming pool was lovely, plenty of sunbeds around and you didn't have to rush down to get a sunbed in the morning which was great. Air conditioning worked well. You did have to pay for Safety Deposit Box key for the room. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The Water Park is within easy walking distance. Free easy parking outside if you are driving. Our room wasn't cleaned for a number of days but that didn't bother us.

At the busiest part of the day it can be difficult to get a sunbed with a sunshade however, you could pull a sunbed into a shady area of the grounds a bit away from the pool if needed. It would be nice to have a few more sunshades around the pool area.

It had a lovely pool that always had available sun loungers. A mix of all different nationalities that were all very pleasant. Bruno worked hard to entertain all, and was well supported by the bar staff.

The food at lunchtime worked well. I would say we were happy to not bebooked as half board with all the restaurants around 10 minutes away to choose from.

A small family hotel with the rooms facing the pool! Closed to the super markets, beach, bus stations, restaurants etc. The animation staff Amanda and Bruno were the best! Every night they had different activities! Overall a very nice atmosphere! Food was good! It’s worth to eat at the hotel both for price and quality! We had our room cleaned twice during the week which was really good! And Alcudia is amazing, I love this place! The garden around the pool was really besutiful! We had the best vacation week!

Maybe they could hyre more people working at the bar/restaurant! It can be very busy in the bar/restaurant in some periods of the day! The hotel might need renovation to ger a more modern visual!

The atmosphere of the accommodation. The good fun programs. Food could also be eaten locally in the apartmant. Pool is very good. Lots of young people were there. There is a chance to meet new people.

I thought the pool area was fantastic. It is what sold it for us. The pool was warm and you are able to jump straight in without feeling cold . Furthermore we were able to use it up to midnight, which we took advantage of on most hot and humid evenings. The aircon in the rooms was so welcome too - especially in 32° of heat. Breakfasts were delicious and staff couldn't do enough. We enjoyed a eeally nice paella one evening too!

I found it very irritating that guests were placing towels on sunbeds all day without being anywhere near ( I mean all day!) and I nearly threw a load in the pool! - maybe hotel could deal with this. Minor criticism with the room, and could benefit from more/better pillows, as had to stuff the cases with towels and clothes to plump them sufficiently
