The apartment is amazing - it’s even prettier than in the photos on booking site (especially the terrace)! It’s very spacious, clean and with a lots of light. Our apartment had also a cute little terrace with a sea view! The kitchen is very well-equippted with everything you need for a meal preparations, including a microwave, tea and coffee maker. The host is very kind and approchable, and the cleaning ladies are cleaning the rooms every day, upon a request. The location is great since it is close to the various coffee shops, restaurants, souvenirs shops, Lidl market. Also, the nearest beach (very beautiful beach) is less than 5 minutes by walk from the apartment. If you are renting a car there is a lot of free parking space all around the apartment! Great hotel with nice, clean rooms, air-con, 24h reception and a lift. Nice kitchen annex with everything you need to make your own breakfast/lunch/dinner. Bathroom had all the necessities including toiletries and a hairdryer. There was a cute balcony which was good for drying swim suits and offered a nice view. The hotel staff were very nice, helpful and attentive. They offered a late check out at 3pm at a surcharge (€20), and there was an iron available on request as well as beach towels. There was a nice beach with sun loungers and umbrellas about 5 min walk away, the port with lots of restaurants and bars was about 20 min stroll down the seaside, and in the opposite direction it was about 8 min to some clubs and bars open till late. There were also lots of tourist shops, restaurants and bike rental places at our doorstep, and a Lidl supermarket 8 min walk away. Buses to Palma and to the airport stopped right outside the hotel.

I booked a room for my 21 year old daughter and her partner after they unexpectedly had to extend their stay in Alcudia after an accident which left her partner in hospital. Their was a lift to all floors, room was a well equipped studio flat which was immaculately clean. They got fresh towels and the room cleaned. It had a nice balcony. The reception staff were exceptional and helped my daughter every way they could. My daughter felt safe in the apartment. It was very reasonably priced, good location for the hospital and the beaches. I would highly recommend this apartment

Everything was perfect

Lovely bright room with everything you would need for a self catering break. Well supplied kitchen with hob, microwave etc and tea towel and cleaning supplies. Beds were comfy and there was plenty of closet space. Nice little balcony too. I was there for the Ironman 70.3 and it more than met my needs. Only 250m from bike racking and the hotel has a secure bike storage room

I can't think of anything. I was really pleasantly surprised by the property and room considering the price. I'm sure some folks would prefer their bike in their room but I had no problems getting to my bike when I needed to.

We were satisfied with the choice of the hotel mainly because of the location, close to the beach, public transport, shops and restaurants. The room was clean, we had a fridge and a balcony to dry things. You can borrow beach towels on the recepcion. The staff was very nice.

Only one thing.. You can hear everything from another rooms and you can feel food when someone cooks.

Great QUIET location, close to the main road and all the things you might need as a visitor yet far enough not to be disturbed by touristy promenade, drunk party people etc. All the other hotels in the surrounding areas are lit like a rainbow/ Christmas tree, playing loud music - at least for me it is very annoying. Thank god for this hotel. There is beautiful green mini park in the middle of 4 hotel buildings, one of which was ours. This is a spacious 1 room studio with balcony and equipped kitchen - you can even cook here for yourself if you want. there is a toaster, electric kettle, microwave, electric stove with ventilation and a fridge. 2 spacious closets. Nespresso coffee machine with 4 capsules gratis. Air conditioning with analog thermostat controller - don't let the "archaic" look fool you - for us one of the biggest advantages - the AC turns on and off according to real room temperature. Can be turned on/off and there are 3 fan speeds available Beautiful amazing people in the hotel you feel welcomed, and all the personnel from receptionist up to a cleaning lady is very friendly, always with a smile on their face.

As with the entire island the prices are simply too high. Everywhere you go you are not in rural Spain but in a resort city. so we didn't like the price. We paid almost 400 euro (387,92 eur) for only 3 nights. In my humble opinion 100eur/night is far beyond reasonable in accommodations like this. Yet entire Mallorca price points are way above this threshold.

The location is excellent. It is close to the beach (less than 5 mins), restaurants, bars, supermarkets and the bus stop to the airport.The room itself was very clean and comfortable.The kitchenette was small but functional and came in very handy. The balcony was excellent for breakfast and evening apéros. It was better than expected.

I sleep with earplugs so it was fine but my partner said at times it got very noisy. Lighting could be improved.

No breakfast available at these apartments; they are self-catering. The room was well designed and has all equipment you need for a short self-catering stay. I like the little balcony overlooking the courtyard.

There are no facilities to launder clothes at the apartments. The swimming pool is no longer available to guests. It has been filled in, tiled over and the space now used by the neighbouring restaurant for additional tables that no one uses !

Everything was exceptional. Very kind staff. Very close to the beach. Very clean. Very comfortable. We were welcomed with small details that make the difference. We regret not spending more time there. I would definitely recommend that place.

The shower cabin had no door and the water was pooling in the bathroom. We had to be careful not to flood.

Perfect comfort for its money. Not new but everything functional and accurate, good isolated that I didn’t smell what others cooking. WC - no issues. Big enough for family with a kid. The personnel is very responsive and friendly. Located good , 200 m to the sea. I was always lucky with the parking nearby the apartment.

Kitchen light and air exhaust on the same switch, therefore noisy sometimes. Water pressure in the shower could be stronger.
