We can wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation! The 24-hour front desk is always available, ready to assist with anything—from calling a taxi at 3 a.m. to providing beach towels, which you can easily exchange for fresh, clean ones. The staff is extremely polite and speaks impeccable English. The room was small but really cozy and thoughtfully equipped. There's a kitchen with everything you need to cook at home, and a small balcony perfect for drying beachwear or enjoying a morning coffee or tea. We were lucky to stay on the 4th floor and even had a partial view of the sea. The cleaning service was excellent, with towels changed upon request. The rooftop terrace is a lovely bonus, offering sunbeds, swings, and a beautiful view of the sea and promenade. Right next to the apartment, you'll find a restaurant and a mini-market, and just a short walk away are larger supermarkets. The beach is only a 5-minute stroll through a small park. It's spacious, big, super clean, and well-maintained. You can either bring your own towels or rent sunbeds and an umbrella (about €19 for a set). The promenade is vibrant, lined with tavernas and restaurants. The whole area was full of life, with fun places to eat, little shows, music, and rides. Our stay in Alcúdia, especially at Apartamentos Ferrer Lime Tamarindos, was something we’ll always remember. We highly recommend it to everyone and are already planning our return!

Poor Wi-Fi connection

Everything was great! Location is so convenient, close to the public bus stop, very good beaches, small shops, cafeterias and Lidl. Staff was always nice, friendly and really helpful. Cleaning every day. Comfortable beds and pillows! The room, balcony, kitchen and bathroom have necessary things. Terrace on the roof has a nice view. Coffee machine makes a good coffee and you can buy capsules in the "Spar" shop nearby. Special thanks for the welcoming gifts! It was super nice to find a bottle of cool water in the fridge, bottle of sangria, chocolate bonbones and few coffee capsules to get refreshed after a long trip ❤️ Also I appreciated compliance to the environmental and safety ISO standards 😍

One night there was some celebration in the neighbouring building so at the joint backyard it got very loud and lasted quite long, but it's surely not the hotel's fault, and moreover receptionist handled it in 10-15 min after I let him know about the situation. Few very minor things came to my mind just as a suggestions for possible improvement. One bed was squeeky which probably could be easily fixed but it didn't bother me too much so I didn't ask. 2 small and 1 big pans would be better than 2 big and 1 small one :) The shower gel fragrance was a bit too intense for me. But overall me and my 7 y.o. daughter enjoyed our 2 weeks stay very much and will definitely come again! Thank you!

Our holiday at the Ferrer Lime was wonderful. We liked the apartament for cleanliness, closed to all the amenities and the and view to the beach ( as we stayed at the 5th floor ☺️). The kitchenette was supplied with the all the essentials and a coffee machine which was great, as not many apartments are tailored with a coffee machine.

The apartment is amazing - it’s even prettier than in the photos on booking site (especially the terrace)! It’s very spacious, clean and with a lots of light. Our apartment had also a cute little terrace with a sea view! The kitchen is very well-equippted with everything you need for a meal preparations, including a microwave, tea and coffee maker. The host is very kind and approchable, and the cleaning ladies are cleaning the rooms every day, upon a request. The location is great since it is close to the various coffee shops, restaurants, souvenirs shops, Lidl market. Also, the nearest beach (very beautiful beach) is less than 5 minutes by walk from the apartment. If you are renting a car there is a lot of free parking space all around the apartment! Great hotel with nice, clean rooms, air-con, 24h reception and a lift. Nice kitchen annex with everything you need to make your own breakfast/lunch/dinner. Bathroom had all the necessities including toiletries and a hairdryer. There was a cute balcony which was good for drying swim suits and offered a nice view. The hotel staff were very nice, helpful and attentive. They offered a late check out at 3pm at a surcharge (€20), and there was an iron available on request as well as beach towels. There was a nice beach with sun loungers and umbrellas about 5 min walk away, the port with lots of restaurants and bars was about 20 min stroll down the seaside, and in the opposite direction it was about 8 min to some clubs and bars open till late. There were also lots of tourist shops, restaurants and bike rental places at our doorstep, and a Lidl supermarket 8 min walk away. Buses to Palma and to the airport stopped right outside the hotel.

I booked a room for my 21 year old daughter and her partner after they unexpectedly had to extend their stay in Alcudia after an accident which left her partner in hospital. Their was a lift to all floors, room was a well equipped studio flat which was immaculately clean. They got fresh towels and the room cleaned. It had a nice balcony. The reception staff were exceptional and helped my daughter every way they could. My daughter felt safe in the apartment. It was very reasonably priced, good location for the hospital and the beaches. I would highly recommend this apartment

Everything was perfect

The location and the facilities are great, the room itself is very clean and spacious. The beach is only 5 minutes away, there is a grocery store right around the corner. Unfortunately, there was a bus strike during our stay, but the staff was very helpful and friendly. It’s a great value for money!

Some towels and pillow cases had old stains, but felt clean. Still would prefer to receive towels without any stains.

Lovely bright room with everything you would need for a self catering break. Well supplied kitchen with hob, microwave etc and tea towel and cleaning supplies. Beds were comfy and there was plenty of closet space. Nice little balcony too. I was there for the Ironman 70.3 and it more than met my needs. Only 250m from bike racking and the hotel has a secure bike storage room

I can't think of anything. I was really pleasantly surprised by the property and room considering the price. I'm sure some folks would prefer their bike in their room but I had no problems getting to my bike when I needed to.

cleaning, room, beach access, staff was very helpful and kind, welcome had wine and chocolates and champagne, you can get beach towels with a deposit, was very quiet and relaxing

Safe was an additional fee (3euros/day), check in was super slow (the lady was very kind but talked a little much and it took us 20 min to check in), we found it a little expensive for an appartment with no breakfast.

We were satisfied with the choice of the hotel mainly because of the location, close to the beach, public transport, shops and restaurants. The room was clean, we had a fridge and a balcony to dry things. You can borrow beach towels on the recepcion. The staff was very nice.

Only one thing.. You can hear everything from another rooms and you can feel food when someone cooks.
