Location. The hotel is perfectly located in Port D’Alcudia making it walkable to reach literally everything nearby. Only 20 min to reach Alcudia city. Services and staff: Bike rental, lounge restaurant, swimming pool and more and all of that so easily accessible and in front of the sea. That was so good. Everyone from the staff was so lovely, caring and gentle making our stay special! They accommodated all my requests in a very nice and welcoming way. Room was also quite well furnished, lighting and spacious with a beautiful balcony with a sea view!

I would have loved cleaning to be more accurate in the room and on dishes and stuff from the served breakfast.

The property was modern and clean. The breakfast was very good with lots of options. The pool area was clean and right on the beach front.

Our room was directly over the bin storage which was fine for the most part but at 5am every morning the staff would make a lot of noise whilst moving the bins/taking rubbish out. We had a loud drilling noise at 5.30 am and furniture moving above us and on a separate day at 5am again, a noise that sounded like a hammer. As we were travelling as a young family this would cause a lot of disruption and upset.

One of the best hotels I've been in a while. No cars and bikes allowed in front, therefore the atmosphere was calm and serene. We loved our room (2230) at the Princesa building and the view was just breathtaking. The facilities and services at the hotel were more than complete, gym 24/7, fitness courses with an awesome coach, staff was also wonderful. Plenty of choice for breakfast and dinner... and of course, the beach! You don't need anything else to enjoy your holiday.

Wish they had an Adults only area, but we loved everything so we can't complain at all.

The location is absolutely great, not only scenic and beautiful but close to shops,supermarkets,restaurants,pharmacy even in walking distance if you don't want to rent a car. The hotel and its amenties and staff are great. Answering always with smile and trying to help. We had an early flight and they prepared us some great breakfast we are really thankful for that. The activites,the shows,the animation team are outstanding too we had a great time,never a boring moment. We had half board, the food was various,each night other theme. The breakfast was the same however you had everything, so it's your choice what to eat and it was delicious and more than everything you would want for breakfast. We had a great time, we plan to come back again.

Amazing reception staff couldn't do enough for us. We had to move from another hotel to here due to a family bereavement we jad to change dates & couldn't be facilitated in the other hotel. The ladies at reception were so helpful Even let us check-in early .Our room was the best in the hotel just stunning. The hotel is spotless and right on the beach. The shops are only.a stroll away.

We loved everything

The location is PERFECT - just at the beach. The breakfast buffet has a wide range of foods to pick from: you can easily do protein-fats breakfast as well as sweet pnes. The only thing I would change is the scrambled eggs - this one i I don't recommed as it didn't look nor taste like typical scrambled eggs. Otherwise - all great. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. :) I would definitely come back.

Very nice hotel. Clean rooms, good breakfast, friendly staff. The service was top class. Helped us no matter what we asked for. I have to mention Teresa. Helped us with a lot of local places to visit and were only looking for solutions when our plane got delayed. Thank you so much!

Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Location perfect. Buffet, bith breakfast and evening meal, great.

Nothing I didn't like. One proposal would be a charging station for electric cars.

Hard to find anything to complain: the rooms are spacious with a small kitchen, breakfast is excellent and also dinner (buffet) is pleasant. The facility has a direct access to the beach, very convenient. I suspect, we will be back next year....

Very nice localization, super close to the beach, amazing views. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the stuff was very nice and helpful.

The only small downside was that the walls were very thin, so all the noises from other rooms were easily heard.
