Very clean, friendly, helpful staff.

No bowls in the apartment!! Strange!

The food was amazing. The chef made my son his own pizza because he doesn’t like cheese - this made his day!!! My son absolutely loved the jelly mountain in the pool and spent hours on it. My son had the best time here. The kids club and staff were really friendly and room was comfortable. Although there are no swimming sings out before the lifeguards get there, if you fancied doing some swimming training you can - I got up at 7.30am and was able to get my swim session in. There is a bouncy castle for kids, play area, football area, pools, this hotel is perfect for families.

The gym didn’t have an indoor bike. They had an assault bike( with arms) and one bike linked up to a computer which I couldn’t work out to use. Being a triathlete I couldn’t do any indoor cycling and the lane swim Isnt available July-August. I got up at 7.30am to swim before anyone got in the pool which was disappointing. The kids club is also only in for 1hr15 - being a solo parent it gave me no time to do any cycling outdoor and bike ride. It would have been perfect if kids club was 2.5hrs.

Staff were great, very good with our young children especially during mealtimes and kids entertainment times. The facilities were very good. Lots of pools and a great playground with a bouncy castle and trampoline. The food was fantastic.

The first room we were given (in block 3) was much smaller than expected, we booked a two bedroom apartment, and not functional. The aircon didn't work well, there were a few things broken etc. We couldn't fit a cot in the room so we were moved into a room in block 4 and it was so much better.

Nice place to stay with children . Mini golf, indoor pool etc. Plenty of parking spaces around the hotel in February. Big, spacious and comfortable rooms. Very good looking place. Very helpful and professional staff both in the reception and the one looking after the rooms.

Food quality- acceptable on the budget side but very good choice. Smell in the room - got away after 3 days. Half of facilities on indoor swimming pool switched off. Prices in the bar when not All inclusive. 6.50 for non alcoholic beer. In general I did not like some things but I would stay again due to great location and other thinks we liked.

The location was superb and the facilities were excellent for our Ironman preparation. The staff were supportive and the maintenance crew were quick to fix a minor problem in the kitchen. It was great to have evening entertainment.

Nothing at all. Met it's 4 star rating and we will be visiting again.

Fantastic hotel for anyone with young kids. They will be entertained from morning to night with the kids club,playground,pools, pirate ship,kids disco & entertainment. We were in block 4 and although the view isint great we did have a fantastic pool which was like a private pool just for our block. Pool towels are free & can be exchanged daily. Also you get a wrist band as your room key,so handy! It is about a 5 minute walk to the beach & it is beautiful. There are also a host of beach front restaurants there,and a playground on the beach. Again great for younger kids.

Not much for teenagers. We ate in the buffet on one evening, there is a big selection but the food was only OK,most of the items I chose were luke warm,the chips seemed to be the freshest & warmest. Both of my kids were sick afterwards but we are not sure it was from that or something else.

Small, but fine rooms. We had one of the rooms with a rooftop terrace which was great - beautiful view from the terrace and wonderful with the jacuzzi. Close proximity to a beautiful beach and shops and restaurants. The hotel also offered an indoor heated pool, which was great for the cooler days. Overall we really enjoyed staying at this hotel!

Nothing we didnt like.

We are a family with 7yo & 9yo girls and we loved. . . different swimming pools, breakfast buffet (especially the refreshing sparkling wine from 08:00am), location very convenient to beach/restaurants/shopping, and kids' club activities.

I really didn't like their operation of "chill-out (+18 only)" swimming pool. The sign clearly says "adults (+18) only," which I totally support for adults to have peaceful & quiet adult time. But there were many families using this area with little children running and splashing around, and the hotel is not controlling anything. I found it very unfair for 1. adults who want peaceful time and 2. other families and kids who are following the rule. Definitely need improvement and/or clarification.

Facilities, staff, pool, kids entertainment, kids sports area, room all very good. Lots of lifeguards, daily cleaning, food was good. Great hotel for families, maybe not for a couple

Area around minigolf needs work, nearly tripped over broken logs several times. Not hotels issue but I was eaten alive by mosquitos.
