Location was good. No breakfast since it wasn’t served until 10:00 AM, guess they cater to the late sleepers.

Upon my leaving, I was enjoying the lobby and using WIF, I was told I could not hang out in the lobby until 10:00 AM.

Very friendly and helpful staff and manager - we were a large group, and they did loads to help us the whole time we stayed, including opening up early, allowing us to store a large volume of bags for a day after our stay and letting us use shared spaces. They also gave us lots of useful advice. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable and the place is perfectly situated. Thanks!

Fabulous location, great recommendation from the staff for bike rentals. Clean and comfortable.

Just be aware that the bathroom is quite small and some maneuvering may be necessary for getting in and out of it! But we expected that from other reviews, so no complaints. We did have a broken blind that wasn’t fixed (all daylight coming through the room + could see into the hallway window), but we told them about it last-minute and might have been away or asleep when the mechanic came by — we put a do not disturb sign on the door while we slept so I’m guessing that’s what happened. The staff were very friendly and helpful so we probably just needed to remind them / tell them sooner!

Location was great, car park across the road, close enough to the restaurants and bars, a few minutes walk to the port. We were only staying one night. The room was fine, thankfully with double glazing so you couldn't hear much from outside. The guy on reception was friendly when we arrived.

The bin in the bathroom hadn't been emptied, not nice, but not the end of the world. Could've done with a bath mat for when you get out of the shower. Walls are a bit thin, and people can be a little ignorant, talking loudly in the corridor, you can hear everything. All in all, you get what you pay for and thought it was very good value for money. Would definitely stay there again.

I was positively surprised by the hotel because I really wasn't expecting much from it (that's why the 10 point review - don't take that to mean that this is a 5-star hotel). The room was very tiny but that wasn't a problem as I was travelling alone, and it was clean and comfortable enough for sleeping. The staff was very friendly and even helped me bring my rented bicycle up to the room since there's no storage space at the hotel.

I wish the window would have shown the outside instead of other people's balconies

We were able to book last minute and the communication we received was excellent. The location was ideal for Central Alcudia facilities, the rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable,l. The price was very reasonable too. Overall, we just needed a bed and shower for a few nights, so it was ideal for our needs.

Noisy young people who return from the cafe at night interfere with sleep. Good audibility. There is no teapot . In my room, leaving, it was necessary not to forget to close the door to the balcony, because there was a low partition between the balconies of another room. Everything in general is good, I liked it.

Simple room with everything you need, clean, good location, nice staff. Everything was fine, I would stay again :) Good value for money

One small thing - in my bathroom there was a really tiny space between toilet and the sink cabinet, very difficult to sit there for people with long legs :))

My room was cleaned every day! Room is very well equipped, I was happy to find extra warm blanket and nice night light in the room:)

I like everything in the hotel

Great location. Bed comfy & lovely soft sheets. En suite tiny but perfectly functional. Didn’t expect a tv & balcony either! First time ever staying in a ‘hostel’ and was pleasantly surprised.
