Staff were lovely, the views out to sea were great and the pools were amazing. We went in July and it was 30 degrees plus everyday, the pools were perfect to cool off in. What was nice was the 3 pools so separate area for toddlers and kids. Also had a life guard which was impressive. At no stage did we struggle to get some sun beds, always some free. The hotel is in a quiet residential area so felt very clean and safe. 10 min walk to the left of the hotel was a small beach and restaurant which were quiet and lovey. 15/18 min walk to the right was Alcudia beach and all the restaurants there. We would walk to Alcudia beach, in the afternoon and if it was super hot we’d get a taxi back to the hotel. There is a taxi rank near Alcudia beach (by Small supermarket) and a taxi cost 7 euros. There is also an amazing restaurant 2 min walk (Anacanada 35) which is worth a visit. Overall it was a great hotel.

The decor was a little tired and didn’t look like the pictures. Also the food was average. Breakfast was very good, the lunch was average. Glad we didn’t have the dinners as walked past one evening and the buffet didn’t look great. Also the gym was very tired.

The pool area was fantastic, and there were always plenty of sun loungers available, even if you didn’t get there early. The apartment was spacious, with a nice balcony, and the overall atmosphere at the hotel was very peaceful and relaxing.

The nearest mini-market was quite a walk away, and the hotel is located on a hill, which might be a bit challenging for some. However, there was a bus stop very close by. Parking at the hotel costs €15 per day, but you can park for free on the street outside. Make sure to bring your own beach towels, as renting them is quite expensive. I also wouldn’t recommend the hotel’s dinner option—it’s not really worth the price.

We really liked the location – it's perfect for easily accessing all the interesting spots in the north of the island. You're close to the center of Alcudia and surrounded by many bike rental shops, yet just a few minutes away from the hustle and bustle, which makes it peaceful and relaxing. The breakfast was tasty, high-quality, and well-prepared, but I would have liked a bit more variety. Also, the bread tended to run out quickly, so it could be replenished more frequently. The rooms are spacious, clean, and come with large balconies that feel more like patios. The staff is friendly and helpful, and there's convenient parking right in front of the hotel. Check-in was seamless, even though we arrived late at night. Overall, a great stay.

We enjoyed our 4 night stay at One Aucanada. The apartment was spacious with air con and had a nice view of the sea and the busy La Terraze restaurant in the distance. There is a stairway (200 hundred steps) down to the sea front where you can swim off the rocks and walk round to the Terraza Restaurant. You can walk into the port of Acudia in about 15-20mins where there are alot more options for bars/restaurants and easy to get a taxi back. This was a good base for exploring this part of the Island, with some of the beautiful beaches within a 30-minute drive. And the Old Town of Alcudia definitely worth a visit. The staff at the desk were very helpful and always responded to requests like an extra pillow or towels. The breakfast buffet was good but nothing amazing.

It is a little remote so you really need a car to get to a supermarket etc It was recommended that we pay 15euro a day for private parking but the private parking is very tight spaces and as it turned out there was plenty of free parking and a parking lot at the top of the hill.

Ona aucanada is very charming, the set up is pretty, the views are breathtaking and the staff is nice. It is also very well locate just outside of alcudia and by car you can reach all hotspots in the area. and these are plentiful. Its also very family friendly and calm, which helps for a relaxed holiday.

On the other had Ona Aucanada has a couple of aspects that need improvement to keep holding on to their stellar reviews and justifying their considerable rates in summer. Here are the most important points for improvement: - The pool area needs maintenance/upgrading; painting, filling holes, fixing steps... - During summer the pool area bar cannot be closed diue to "staff problems". - During the one time a week cleaning, the tile floor in apartment should be mopped and if forgotten it should be done when customer notifies. - extra payment for pool towels and parking should be included, especially considering the rates per night.

The entire villa was absolutely spot on and has exceeded our expectations. The rooftop terrace offered a great view over Alcudia as well as the sea. Tables and chairs have been provided at the front and the back of the villa, which was beyond helpful. We’ve been treated with three bathrooms which made us feel like home and our needs were superbly satisfied. There was a generous fridge inside a kitchen equipped with everything, including a handy washing machine. Also, the big tv in the large living room and the couch were brilliant. Staff was helpful and gave us all the info we needed. Hence why, it goes without saying that we wholeheartedly definitely recommend this place to everyone. Thank you and hope to see you soon.

The apartment was spacious and clean. We were lucky to have a top floor apartment with fabulous sea view.

The breakfast restaurant was too cramped for the number of people - we gave up in the end and had breakfast in our apartment. The gym had good, new equipment but the air conditioning was very poor - it was boiling. The opening hours of gym should have been longer - it didn’t open until 1030 and closed@ 6. The property is a 30 minute walk from the port - beware in high season taxis back are virtually non existent.

The apartment was nice and spacious with everything you need in it. The staff were so nice, it's a lovely spot, whilst the hotel & apartments were full it, the only time it felt busy was at breakfast & you would still get a table to sit at straight away

The only thing that we could say was a little negative was supermarkets were a bit of a walk away if you don't have a car, there are however public buses.

Beautiful and quiet place, very friendly and helpful staff, apartment well equipped

New year's eve night - we've been travelling with a small child and it was hard to sleep as other guests were loudly partying, drinking and shouting outside. I understand that's a special night, but that's also hotel, not a party spot. We've chosen this place on purpose as it was far away from biggest cities and expected it will be rather quiet. Other than that our stay was really nice and I would like to thank all employees who were very nice and helped with all our queries.

This is an excellent facility. Fantastic service, beautiful and clean apartments and everythings is done with utmost professionalism (thank you Dania!). We got a duplex with sea view and two terraces. Nice breakfast. Great pool complex. Very well equipped kitchen. Comfortable parking space. Thanks to the Macedonian restaurant manager for you kind help and tips. Will definitely come back :)

There was a construction going on just opposite the street (May 2024) which wasn't great. A loud air conditioner on the upper terrace made sleeping somewaht straining. There was also a broken pump in the boiler room which caused initially some severe noise, but which was repaired the other day. The breakfast room is quite noisy due to poor acoustics and small size relative to the number of people entering it at the same time. So noise (in various ways) was a recurring negative theme throughout our stay, which I hope the staff can fix. Otherwise everything was perfect. (well, maybe the water from the shower spilling onto the bathroom door due to insufficient troughs).
