This hotel is nicely located just in front of the beach and sea (cala), so you we enjoyed the beautiful views all the time. The breakfasts and buffet dinners were outstanding, the food variety and taste is great, it's worth paying for the half board. We also liked the huge variety of fresh fruits and cheese sorts. Also we could always find a table for dinner on the outside terrace with a stunning sea view. And the waiters were handling guests like in a Michelin star reataurant, gracias! The room is spacious and has all you need including a balcony to sit nicely outside in the evening and chill out listening to live music which was there every evening. All the staff members were very attentive and helpful, especially with parking our car. It's also worth mentioning that you don't need to go to the beach and pay for the sunbeds. You can stay by the pool instead and go swim in the sea right from there as it's just 20 meters away thanks to the perfect hotel's location.

For a 5-star hotel some bed and bath amentities could be more premium, like the bed linen and bathroom essentials (shower gel, shampoo etc). Also when you come to the room right after cleaning you would smell chlorine. So it's worth changing the cleaning liquids to a less aggressive formula with a neutral smell. But again given all the pisitive moments these little things don't really matter given that this stay was such a great value for money.

Service was impeccable, the view from the hotel was as amazing as appears in photos and even better. The staff could not have been more welcoming and accommodating to us upon arrival. I highly recommend staying at this hotel to anyone interested.

We loved everything about our stay here, compliments to the management for creating such a lovely, friendly atmosphere. The staff were fantastic in every way- from check in and welcoming, to breakfast, to the spa, to the pool bistro, to room maids- all were great and friendly, proffesional and knowledgable and going out of their way to make sure the hotel guests are having the best time. There was not a single issue that we mentioned and it wasn’t addressed and solved straight away. Things that we loved the most: amazing selection of breakfast with amazing sea view on the restaurant terrace. The hotel is not too big- so it never felt too crowded or busy- e.g’ during breakfast and it was possible to get a sun-bed by the pool any time of the day (end of June), in other hotels sometimes the breakfast buffet or getting a sun-bed could feel like a battlefield, but here all was relaxed and civilised. The beach does not have sun-beds due to government restrictions, but staying at the Grupotel Molins you’re in the best position to park your things on a sunbed by the pool, cross the road and have a swim on the beach and then come back to the pool. We also loved the fresh fruit baskets available any time of the day at reception or by the pool! Such a great touch!

If we have to be picky then need to mention the night entertainment going to 11pm directly under all the room terraces so the noise was quite loud. Not very practical for people with young children or if you want to go to bed before 11pm!

Staff were so friendly and clearly cared about the experience of the guests. The views were to die for. Loved being able to swim in the sea in the morning.

My only complaint is that the spa pool was cold, made me catch my breath. I was hoping for relaxing warmth. Equally the relaxation area was quite cold, not very relaxing. Previous spas I have been in very warm.

- The room was beautiful, with a balcony, with a stunning view of the pool, beach and mountains - The best feature of this hotel was the pool area. The pool was relatively large. The sunbeds were very comfortable and we could easily get sunbeds at the front. There was a stunning view of the beach and the mountains. We could easily order food and drinks (the strawberry smoothie was yum) straight to our sunbeds. - The beach was a two minute walk and was beautiful - The staff were generally friendly and very helpful. The staff who assisted us with booking our taxi and checking out were excellent. They arranged for us to have breakfast early, outside of normal breakfast hours. - The indoor Turkish bath was great - The tennis court was great and the hotel provided tennis equipment - Breakfast was a highlight - the staff were excellent - we loved the handmade omelettes and crepes - the chefs were great!!

- The quality of the food at the pool bar was not good - The wifi was not great throughout the trip (it would constantly drop in and out) and there was a day when the wifi dropped for the entire day - we spoke to reception about it and we felt like one of the receptionist was very dismissive about the issue and rude to us, this made us feel uncomfortable walking by reception when that staff member was working (we note all other staff at this hotel were excellent). Our expectation for a 5 star hotel is that the wifi should be working. - Every night at around 9/10pm there was extremely loud music/performance right underneath the hotel rooms - you cannot sleep during this time because the music is extremely loud, this is not what you would expect of a 5 star hotel

The room was large. spacious, modern mediterranean style with lot's storage and a sitting room off the side, a large balcony/terraza with views of the gardens and down to the beach and cove with the mountains beyond. The hotel has a large pool, many terraces, a gym, spa and is decorated in marble throughout. Remarkably modern, the basic design is 50 years old with original features facelifted sympathetically. Entertainment takes place on the terraza for an hour or so after dinner for 4 or 5 nights a week and is fun.

The balconies/terrazas outside the rooms are separated but by a latticework so that there is some nominal privacy but not much! It would be more pleasant to have breakfast without having your neighbour watching you - concrete partitions should be considered.

The location is super beautiful. We enjoyed the steam sauna a lot. There was plentiful of everything in this hotel. It was a comfortable stay.

Don't get me wrong here, but the staff was too nice. It was so nice and asslicking, that I wished I was treated as a normal human being. For example, we waited for the lift to arrive and two spanish cleaning ladies appeared inside of it, with all of their tools. We didnt know the language and wanted to say to them that its allright, we will wait for another lift, but they somewhy felt the obligation to move away and allow us in. It felt not right. So in general it was too much of such reception. Could have been more natural and reflective towards the guests, without being that much annoying.

Our room (a suite) was spacious and comfortable, with a double balcony looking out over the pool and sea, which was lovely. The staff were excellent and attentive, and were quick to help when we had a problem with our air conditioning. We absolutely loved the breakfast and really looked forward to it each day - genuinely one of the best we've seen, with an astonishing array of options and all brilliant quality. It was lovely sitting out on the terrace having breakfast looking over the sea. The location is on the quiet side, with not much in the way of good restaurants etc within walking distance, but we were a short drive from Pollenca, Alcudia etc and didn't want noisy resorts so that didn't matter!

The spa was disappointing. The massages we had were both very poor and not worth the money we paid. The overall quality of the hotel is not the luxury you'd expect considering its 5-star rating - more 4-star quality.

Very clean, the staff can’t do enough to help you. The food was excellent and there was a good choice at the buffet although in the evening we still had the choice of an a la carte menu of specials. The Motown entertainment act is a must see, we noticed that people were even gathering on the beach promenade outside to try and watch that one. Great show. We loved the place and will definitely be back.

It’s very hard to think of any faults with this place.

This is vacation 5* hotel and hence you can find some drawbacks but they will surely be very minor. Reception staff is definitely 5*, breakfasts are as well of 5* quality (fresh, with huge variety of food and some cool features like honeycomb which I have previously seen only in one hotel) and - what I have seen for the first time in my life - you have you are getting your own, dedicated table for entire stay what is amazing, pool bar with polite and quick service (and fantastic Pina Colada). Big, comfortable, conveniently furnished with a decent storage space rooms, and absolutely great balcony with amazing view. Can be that we return to Mallorca. If we do, I am not going to look for any other hotel. This one is the One.

On the first day, I have noticed quite a lot of ants near balcony door (also inside). We have not informed the hotel about the fact but, seemingly, they did something anyway because the problem has disappeared "automagically". Hence, in the end, I can say that they do care about the standard. Bravo.
