Great location - pedestrianised street so no road noise, but easy walk from the taxi that dropped us off. Perfect for exploring the joys of central Palma. Cool decor and trendy rooms.

The bathrooms are part of the bedrooms, so no privacy for noise or smell (!!!). Going to the toilet was awkward with my husband in the room and vice versa. No restaurant (it appeared to have one, but not open in August?!) and breakfast is provided by a restaurant down the street, which was ok, but not fantastic.

Everything was simple, easy and clean. Staff are lovely too. Loved the rooftop terrace! Room 302 was great. Views of the mountains, sea and the street/bars below so great for people watching (which I love to do haha). I visited for diving with Scuba Majorca which was epic and only a 5 minute walk away. Perfecto!

There are bars out on the street which are loud but you’ll get that anywhere if you stay around here so not really an issue with this hotel specifically. I read about it beforehand and packed ear plugs!

such a wonderful hotel. my double room was spacios and perfectly clean. the bed was comfortable. there was a lot of space in the bathroom and the shower worked well, which is very important for me. the kettle as well as coffe & tee provided in the room were convenient. the staff was very friendly and caring!! the breakfast included everything i could wish for, even fresh fruits and vegetables. the location was awesome, so close to the beach and some nice hiking options around; also a lot of supermarkets, cafes and restaurants close by. i very much enjoyed my stay here and will return next time i'm around port de pollenca. thank you for a relaxing stay!!

everything was great

The rooms are modern, clean and the beds are extremely comfortable compared to other hotels I’ve stayed in at the resort. The hotel is a stones throw from the square with busy bars in the street below, so if you’re looking for a peaceful location this hotel may not be for you. Personally, I loved the location and the busyness in the street didn’t affect my stay (it was lovely to people watch and see everyone enjoying themselves). The balcony doors were extremely well soundproofed so when closed you couldn’t hear the street bustle. The rooms are amazing and to a high standard. All the staff I spoke to were extremely pleasant, helpful and friendly.

Cool bunch of people :)

One and only issue - no soundproofing which makes it a bit noisy from the nearby bars but also the neighbouring rooms.

The hotel is small and very clean with everything you need for a good holiday. It is located one road back from the beach on a small, lively street of bars leading to a large square.

The rooms to the side of the hotel, whilst offering a side-view of the sea were over a lively little street which was actually really noisy until the early hours of the morning. The balcony door is soundproofed and stopped general noise but not the loud singing, shouting a general merriment outside. For this reason I recommend requesting a front room, which may forfeit the sea view, but would be quieter.

Super close to the beach and lots of lovely restaurants and bars. The rooms were clean, comfortable and very well equipped. Particular shout out to the amazing staff, who were so lovely and accommodating. We had an issue with bags (one of our party left a bag on the plane..) and the reception team arranged taxis and helped us figure out how to get it back. We’re so grateful.

Only thing would be maybe to offer long life liquid milk in the rooms instead of powdered. But that’s literally it!

The hotel is located just a short walk from all that Puerto de Pollenca has to offer. We were welcomed by a most friendly hotel receptionist. We asked for additional pillows and they were supplied within a matter of minutes. Our room was bijou but big enough for our needs with excellent air conditioning. My wife was happy with the full length mirror in the bedroom and particularly with the nearby electric sockets which allowed her to use hair straighteners. I, on the other hand, was happy to use the surprisingly spacious en-suite bathroom to polish my pate. The hotel was quiet and we enjoyed a good night's sleep (one night stay).

We did not come across anything we disliked.

Superb location, within easy walking distance ( 2 minutes) of the marina, port, ferry, beach and all bars & restaurants. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble. We stayed on 4th floor with our own roof terrace which was great and VERY hot! There is also a large jacuzzi on the roof area for all guests. The room was nice, with a very comfortable bed, and kept very clean. The room (401) was smaller than expected and would benefit from some extra power sockets in convenient locations and more clothes storage. We took the ferry to Formentor (30 mins) which was a lovely way to spend half a day. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel ( small buffet ) as there are many other places (within 100 metres) to choose from with a wide selection available. This is a really great hotel in a prefect location for a short stay in the beautiful Port de Pollenca.

We stopped in the suite on the 4th floor which had an amazing view right in the centre near the square. The large balcony with the outdoor bed was amazing.

The staff, we felt it was such an impersonal hotel. It’s just a transaction to them, no good morning, nothing. The breakfast wasn’t good enough either. The hot tub needed a good clean too.
