The staff is lovely and very accommodating. They serve a fabulous breakfast. The location is ideal, it sits in front of the marina with a nice sitting area for food and drinks, right on the water. I love the second floor terrace.

I was initially in a single that seemed a bit tight. Since it was still shoulder season, they did upgrade me to a double. I was there on a cycling trip and although there are a million "cycle focused hotels" Capri is not one of them. They were still very nice about storing our bikes in the kitchen. But they do not offer a pump or water filling station.

good breakfast buffet. Great location. Reception always helpful, engaging & excellent, this was our 3rd stay here. Room always cleaned impeccably, room cleaning staff friendly and engaging

Room safes are old and not working properly. Restaurant staff not very engaging, could be quite dismissive, feels as though it needs a person managing them to offer better engaging service, the hotel is missing out on maximising the use of its restaurant facilities because as you enquire about evening seating/meals the waiters are not engaging and don't seem to want to put the customer experience first, many people walk away and go elsewhere as a result.

Perfect location for the pine walk, marina and all the bars and restaurants along the seafront and further into town. A few minutes walk from the square. The rooms are basic but extremely clean, good air con and mini fridge are great additions. All the staff are very friendly and accommodating, both at reception and in the bar and restaurant.

The breakfast was not as good quality as it was on a previous visit. They were short staffed which meant longer wait times, apparently this is an issue all around the port at the moment. However, in spite of this, the current staff worked really hard and provided great customer service.

The breakfast was very good. The Mojitos were excellent. We’ve told all our friends to call in for their regular fix!!! The staff were warm, friendly and accommodating. Excellent cleaner for our room. Thank you.

The WiFi had very poor coverage which was frustrating. We were receiving network choices from The Diana, couple hundred metres away because signal was stronger! As a guest, the icing on the cake would be to have a separate relaxing area outside eg the small area of beach adjacent to the outside dining area, with relaxing chairs, or a temporary summer decking for guests. (A wishlist) !!! In future we would consider staying at the Miramar, only because it has a relaxation area with beds for their guests.

The Hotel was perfect. I felt very safe staying there on my own. The staff were amazing, so helpful, my lovely comfy room was cleaned each day, if I wanted it and there was a fridge in my room, which was so useful. The buffet breakfast was fantastic, with so much choice. There is a sun terrace which is perfect for an after breakfast cup of tea and watching the world go by. The Hotel is perfectly positioned on the sea front. I am already looking forward to staying at the Hotel Capri the next time I visit. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this Hotel.

The location was perfect, close to everything and we managed to get parking nearby as advised by the hotel no problem in October time. The reception staff were so lovely & helpful! The food at breakfast was lovely and kept us full! Our room was a good size and we enjoyed the terrace for an evening drink

Some of the serving staff weren't very friendly. The bar opening times in the evening seemed to differ (not able to get a drink in the bar at 11.05pm on a Friday night). I would recommend getting a room with a view facing out. Whilst our room was reasonable for what we paid, it was very dark (even during the day) as it was at the back of the building.

The hotel is in the quieter part of the beautiful resort and was perfect for our short sea-side stay. The hotel is on the beach and has sea view terrace that we loved. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was good. The hotel provided beach towels and parasols. We liked our room. We stayed in a mountain view with balcony room. It was spacious, clean and had only evening sun. As result it was not very hot and we could seat on the balcony.

Not enough sockets in the room. There was a socket at each bed used for bed lamp and another one for TV and fridge. You either have bedside lamp or charge your phone. It would be nice to have some rails to dry swimming suits and towels considering this is beach front hotel.

The location of the Capri couldn't be better, right on the beach in the center of the promenade. with an extension out over the ocean which is a spectacular place to have a drink or some of their very good food. We had one of the rooms with a balcony which is every bit as good as in the more expensive hotels on the beachfront. The staff are lovely, the beds comfortable, the air conditioning good, and you can swim right outside the door. We would definitely go back.

For people with dodgy knees or mobility issues there are quite a few stairs, even to get to the lift. The lift itself is very small and can't take much weight, so you need to be careful or it can get stuck.

Exceptional friendly staff which made every Request possible. Although a rather small House, they Store your bikes and charge them (e-bike). Beautiful location. Breakfast great. Water for low price available in the room.

If you reserve with balcony, be Aware, there are only 4 rooms with balconies facing the ocean. Rooms couldn’t be darkened. Only thick, white curtains available. A lot of restaurant chains around. Hard to find the unique ones and still Family owned places. Restaurant Bar Coral is a recommendation. For Paella go to Restaurant Brisa Marina.

We have stayed at the hotel many times. We like the location, price, view from the seaview room, breakfast, cleanliness.

Felt this time as though the staff were a little over stretched. Not as friendly as usual. The breakfast was somewhat downgraded to prior visits. The room was also a little tired. Has the hotel changed hands? Doesnt have the family-run feel of prior visits. Only small things that could be easily put right to make it perfect.
