Excellent location with great views of the bay. The cleaning staff did a superb job and everything was spotless. Breakfast was great with a wide choice of savoury and sweet options. We loved the tables on the jetty, a great place for lunch or dinner. We visited for lunch regularly last year and that 's what influenced us to stay in the hotel. Great service! Thank you.

The sea view rooms were amazing, the views were wonderful and the room kept so clean, even if a bit basic. Room beds were comfy, shower room was modern and the mini fridge was cold and great for storing drinks to have on the balcony. Sangria in the restaurant downstairs by the sea was lovely. The breakfast on the pier over the promenade made it really special and there was more choice than expected with lots of fresh fruit available, good coffee and cava.

Self check in machine didn't worked when we arrived, it had run out of key cards. The first restaurant waited we asked was unhelpful and just walked off. The second we asked went to the reception desk where our key was waiting which made us think they knew the machine was out of cards already..

The staff is lovely and very accommodating. They serve a fabulous breakfast. The location is ideal, it sits in front of the marina with a nice sitting area for food and drinks, right on the water. I love the second floor terrace.

I was initially in a single that seemed a bit tight. Since it was still shoulder season, they did upgrade me to a double. I was there on a cycling trip and although there are a million "cycle focused hotels" Capri is not one of them. They were still very nice about storing our bikes in the kitchen. But they do not offer a pump or water filling station.

This is a three star hotel, so didn't expect luxury and the price reflected that - but the location is superb, the room was cleaned every day and the staff were lovely. We didn't have a sea view or balcony, but a lovely upstairs terrace is available to guests. Best bit? Breakfast on the jetty. Wonderful.

At the time of booking, only a rear facing room was available; in fact we faced a wall, so very little daylight came into the room. We had a late check-in, so no reception available, just a machine.

Room safes are old and not working properly. Restaurant staff not very engaging, could be quite dismissive, feels as though it needs a person managing them to offer better engaging service, the hotel is missing out on maximising the use of its restaurant facilities because as you enquire about evening seating/meals the waiters are not engaging and don't seem to want to put the customer experience first, many people walk away and go elsewhere as a result.

Perfect location for the pine walk, marina and all the bars and restaurants along the seafront and further into town. A few minutes walk from the square. The rooms are basic but extremely clean, good air con and mini fridge are great additions. All the staff are very friendly and accommodating, both at reception and in the bar and restaurant.

The breakfast was not as good quality as it was on a previous visit. They were short staffed which meant longer wait times, apparently this is an issue all around the port at the moment. However, in spite of this, the current staff worked really hard and provided great customer service.

The breakfast was very good. The Mojitos were excellent. We’ve told all our friends to call in for their regular fix!!! The staff were warm, friendly and accommodating. Excellent cleaner for our room. Thank you.

The WiFi had very poor coverage which was frustrating. We were receiving network choices from The Diana, couple hundred metres away because signal was stronger! As a guest, the icing on the cake would be to have a separate relaxing area outside eg the small area of beach adjacent to the outside dining area, with relaxing chairs, or a temporary summer decking for guests. (A wishlist) !!! In future we would consider staying at the Miramar, only because it has a relaxation area with beds for their guests.

The location was perfect, close to everything and we managed to get parking nearby as advised by the hotel no problem in October time. The reception staff were so lovely & helpful! The food at breakfast was lovely and kept us full! Our room was a good size and we enjoyed the terrace for an evening drink

Some of the serving staff weren't very friendly. The bar opening times in the evening seemed to differ (not able to get a drink in the bar at 11.05pm on a Friday night). I would recommend getting a room with a view facing out. Whilst our room was reasonable for what we paid, it was very dark (even during the day) as it was at the back of the building.

The hotel is in the quieter part of the beautiful resort and was perfect for our short sea-side stay. The hotel is on the beach and has sea view terrace that we loved. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was good. The hotel provided beach towels and parasols. We liked our room. We stayed in a mountain view with balcony room. It was spacious, clean and had only evening sun. As result it was not very hot and we could seat on the balcony.

Not enough sockets in the room. There was a socket at each bed used for bed lamp and another one for TV and fridge. You either have bedside lamp or charge your phone. It would be nice to have some rails to dry swimming suits and towels considering this is beach front hotel.

The Hotel was perfect. I felt very safe staying there on my own. The staff were amazing, so helpful, my lovely comfy room was cleaned each day, if I wanted it and there was a fridge in my room, which was so useful. The buffet breakfast was fantastic, with so much choice. There is a sun terrace which is perfect for an after breakfast cup of tea and watching the world go by. The Hotel is perfectly positioned on the sea front. I am already looking forward to staying at the Hotel Capri the next time I visit. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this Hotel.
