The staff was outstanding.. from the reception to service and cleaning staff, everybody was super friendly. We overheard multiple conversations of the staff and they were very nice with each other too. The nice work environment shows in the service quality, the cleanliness and overall well kept hotel. Not too big, location is great at the 2nd front row only 1min walk from the beach but yet calm. Food was fresh and tasty and there is a nice cocktail & wine menu too…

I wouldnt say I disliked it since there is always maintaining going on, but some balconies show signs of the sea breeze and the interior has sone wearing off too (very small I am actually searching for something to say here). Some rooms are towards the street (not very busy), especially block H could be louder since the kitchen is beneath and the carbage too.. The windowns wont shut down that noise.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Very bright clean hotel. The lobby and common areas were nicely decorated. We stayed half-board and the food was of very good quality with plenty to choose from. There would be a better atmosphere in the dining hall for dinner if the lighting was less bright. There were nice light fixtures in the dining area, but they were not really used effectively. We had a nice suite overall with a very good shower.

The seating area in our suite was a bit functional and not very cosy. It had cooking facilities which seemed pointless. The bathroom sink was in a space between the living room and the bathroom, which was slightly awkward. Bathroom door not 100% opaque.

The sunbeds get reserved by people really early, even at 7am most had towels on even though they say you can't reserve sunbeds I didn't like this atmosphere of panic, took away from what should be pure relaxtion! The lifeguard does try to stop people reserving, but it still happens There should just be enough loungers for everyone Room was clean but not spotless, when we first arrived I had to clean the corner of hairs from previous guests But the place is new enough to feel clean Mostly I thought the food was great. One day my milk curdled in my coffee - the milk had gone off The final day, a piece of bread I picked up was hard and mouldy They replaced these things instantly, it just put me off a bit, they could monitor the freshness of things more

We had a great time at the Mar Senses Puerto Pollensa. The hotel was absolutely beautiful, clean and modern, the location is perfect, just a two minute walk from the beach, and a 5 minute walk from the central square. The staff were so attentive and very friendly. The food was incredible, we have visited Puerto Pollensa many times and I have to say the food we had each night at the hotel rivalled some of the top resturants there. The presentation of the Al La Carte dishes was like something you’d find in a Michelin star restaurant. We also ate from the lunch menu which had the most beautiful salads. The cocktails were also great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Puerto Pollensa.

The layout of the rooms being a bedroom and living area worked well for 3 people. The pool was a good size and well maintained. The breakfast choice is wide and varied and there is a nice outdoor breakfast area to sit in. Very good location with easy access to the beach and local restaurants.

The bathroom was very small and the doors were hung in a strange way, so that the shower opened outwards and bathroom door inwards making them clash. The pool was only open 10am-6pm, I really think for a hotel at this price point and this time of year the opening hours should be at least 8am - 8pm. While we were not particularly early risers, for cyclists and early airport transfers I also think breakfast should open earlier than 8am. People do reserve sunbeds from very early, the hotel does monitor this but I think could be more proactive in stopping it.

The only down side to this hotel is you do have to be up early to get a Sunbed The rule should be anytime before 9am if a towel is on a Sunbed you need to be sat on it. And you cannot leave a towel on a bed for longer than 1/2 hour I watched from my balcony a lady lay 7 towels on beds and she never came back untill late afternoon. I know this from talking to another holiday maker Saying this we like the beach which is just across the road. So this didn’t worry us .

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like .. my only “observation”. was the steps/ladder into the pool there is a lot of more mature people who find this slightly challenging to get in and out .. and the same with the large jacuzzi pool. Steps are narrow .. but I would still recommend this hotel to anyone going to Puerto Pollenca.. 10/10 food was plenty full with lots of choice the staff are always cheerful and can’t do enough for you It’s definitely my happy place .. wouldn’t go anywhere else .. 3 times I’ve been here with my family ageing. 27-84

EVERYTHING at this hotel is excellent! The staff are exceptional. Their cheeriness, keenness to chat, their very hard working ethic and going out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. The ambiance round the whole hotel is totally comfortable and relaxed. The pool area is beautiful and always a lifeguard on duty. There was an episode of the Sahara dust going over and dumping sand everywhere. The work that the staff put in to clear it around the pool and get all the beds etc spotless for the customers was exceptional again. They were there before 6am and staff not on duty came in to help out. The food was always delicious with A La Carte available as well as the buffet, themed buffets and one evening every lady received a red rose and everyone a glass of cava. You feel totally spoiled. The spa is available with no extra cost except for any treatments and also a gym. The hotel is only one block from the Pine Walk and the beautiful beach, shops and restaurants which is ideal for anyone. I would totally recommend this hotel to anyone and we will definitely return. It is an adult only hotel which makes it a total laid back holiday. There was entertainment every second night which was always very good and enjoyable, everyone joined in too.

I do not want to put any negatives but the prices of the alcoholic drinks were higher than most places which was a draw back but other than that there are absolutely nothing not to like.

Indoor pool and sauna as well as the gym unfortunately closes at 8pm. Gym is ok equipped but could be better. The gym has daylight and is very clean. Very good breakfast, very good Dinner buffet. Very nice staff at all times. For me the bed was a little hard a d the cushion not soft enough, but that is a matter of taste. Parking on public ground (for free) was no problem at any time and feels absolutely save.

The suite is nice but the shower does not hold the water and you can easily set half the room under water.

staff were exceptional, went over and above the norm, this was very much appreciated. special thanks to Carla on reception. Choice and quality of food was exceptional, particularly for breakfast, dinner buffet was a little hit and miss, but overall very good for a buffet option. Really liked the al a carte nights and barbeque nights. Really nice touches from the staff , particularly on check out offering us a room to shower and change after check out.

for next time would defiantly book a pool view, our room was a little pokey and dark for 3 of us. There are also some rooms that have a higher spec than others, worth checking this out when booking. Overall good value for money as we booked breakfast and dinner and excellent location, close to the beach.
