Staff, clean and location superb

Noisy noisy noisy - walls are so thin it’s like being sat with people from either side of you - every door you can hear slammed not good for good nights sleep and can hear word for word conversations next door - I’ve stayed few times now Best being at least on floor two or three , if your on floor one it’s so so noisy

Location of the hotel could not be better, slap bang in the middle of the bars, restaurants, etc.

Amazing breakfast that certainly appealed to my palate. everything from freshly prepared eggs both scrambled and fried plus hard-boiled eggs. Another hot chafing dish of bacon and beans, And an assortment of pastries and delicious fresh baguettes with butter. Healthy cereals like granola and muesli and fresh nuts as an accompaniment. Platters of fresh fruit, cheeses, and cold cuts. Excellent coffee and tea with a choice of milk, sugar, and also honey, and there were jams. I loved that there was a special room for all the bicycles with outlets to charged them if needed. Also assorted tools and locks to repair. There is a huge Garrafon of water to fill water bottles also. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and the location of the hotel is right across the road from the marina with a beautiful view of the sea, and the mountains and the boats in their slips. There’s a lovely famous café, right across the street serving delicious foods and pastries and coffees and teas. There are restaurants abound everywhere. my room had a mini fridge and a kettle and assorted teas and coffee and a blow dryer and a safe.

The only drawback I could possibly think of is that there are no USB ports available in the room. Having said that I am a seasoned traveller and I always make sure I have chargers with me.

Breakfast was great with options of cooked eggs and beacon, pastries, cereals and I think some cheese options. Coffee and juice were available also. We had a vegetarian and a vegan with our group and they didn't seem to have any problems. The location is perfect being in the centre of the town and on the front with plenty of options for food and drinks near by. Room serviced every day if you want.

The only thing I would like to see is a bigger area for bike storage / assembly. Having said that there was basic tools and a couple of track pumps for use.

Amazing stay. Couldn't recommend enough. Everything was perfect. Room was bright, very clean. Had AIRCON, safe, kettle. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. Got lots of options, from english breakfast to continental, coffee machine, cereal and yoghurt station. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the cleaners were very thorough. Also, the sun terrace at the top of the building was a real treat and had a breathtaking view. Pizza restaurant was also very nice. The staff even packed up a breakfast for me on my last day.

I had a single room with a window facing the dark inner courtyard. Not a place you'd spend the day in. Perfect for me though as I was outside all day, and the room was a lovely place to rest in the evenings. There are many rooms with beach views though, but this room was perfect for me and was amazing value for the price. Will try visit this great hotel again. Thank you to the owners.

Breakfast was a very good selection.The reception staff were excellent Alana,Sussanna,Tamara.I had an issue in my first room with Wi-Fi and Tamara very kindly moved me to another room.The view from roof terrace is beautiful just opposite marina and you can take drinks from the bar up there.A lit if guests seemed to be cyclists or walkers so must times I had the roof terrace to myself.Hotel is an easy 10minute walk from bus station n Puerto Pollensa plus you can easily take buses to other parts of Majorca from there.

My first room was a small single room(212)I am not big but it was really small and looked into a stairwell 4 nights there would have been depressing.Their was an issue with Wi-Fi so I got moved and room was a better size but I would say book biggest room you can.

Amazing location, very clean. The staff were great and could check us in despite us arriving around 3am. They also kept our luggage all day as we had a late flight home. They give you free beach towels. Reception staff also looked up and printed local bus time tables for us which was a great help. The price was good compared to other hotels near by. There is a small lift to go up to higher floors/with luggage etc. The check out is up till 12 which is great. We had a really large corner balcony which looked out over the marina with a sea view.

The rooms weren’t very noise proof and we could hear people snoring or chatting in the room next door and above us.

The location of the hotel was perfect for the town and the beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times, and the rooms kept super clean throughout our stay. At breakfast time there was a great selection of fresh food which was continuously kept topped up.

The shower cubicle was tiny and the shower controls large which made taking a shower a bit of a game, but there was plenty of hot water and the water pressure was good. As this is a central location so there can be noise from the local bars if you are at the front of the building, but if you keep the door shut it blocks a lot of this out to a low hum.

The property was in a perfect location! Right opposite the sea and in between all the lovely bars and restaurants. Hotel was less than a 10 minute walk to the bus station which was perfect as we did a day trip to Alcúdia, which also was super easy paying by card. Upon arrival staff were really friendly checking us into the hotel, we had breakfast included which had a great variety of food available and cold and hot drinks. We loved our stay here and would come again!

The only downside to the property is that the hallway lights were left on throughout the night, and unfortunately our door had quite a gap in the opening side and the bottom of the door so this did light up the room when going to sleep, we tried to cover this with the spare blankets as best as we could and still had a great nights sleep!

super cozy hotel atmosphere during the whole day, everything clean and I really liked the design, also very cool terrace on the top. Great variety for breakfast, they we making sure all the time that nothing was missing, still bringing new items even before closing time. You can enjoy breakfast inside or outside on terrace with the views to the port. The hotel has also italian restaurant with good prices and offer. Hotel is in the center, has perfect location, close to bus stop and surrounded by restaurants, bars, shops. Room has AC, kettle, and all you need. Friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend and come back. Hotel is also bike friendly :)
