Staff is friendly and professional. Both room and the hotel in general are always super clean. They do recommend using the towels for a few days, but if you need to change them more often, you can just leave them in the shower/bathtub. There is a great choice of food, different meats and fish every day. Vegeterian and vegan options, too. I also saw a few gluten-free labelled foods. The bar has a decent choice of drinks, and it's almost all included if you have the all-inclusive option (extra charge for imported alcohol). The spa is really nice. You can change and leave your stuff in the locker before you go in. Massages are not included, but I highly recommend them. There are two swimming pools so there is plenty of space. There is always entertainment in the evening, like mini disco dance for kids until 9.30 pm and then different shows every evening for adults. The hotel is located very close to the beach, you can also walk towards the town centre where there are nice little restaurants and shops open until late. If location is important for you, bear in mind this hotel is about an hour away from the airport, so you will need to arrange transportation.

The free spa access was amazing. We spent a lot of time there relaxing. The cleaning staff and most of the restaurant staff were excellent, very friendly. The larger pool was very nice, big enough for lots of guests to use without feeling crowded. The entertainment was also good, with shows every night, and the animation crew offered different activities throughout the day (yoga, Pilates, aquagym, billiard, darts, table tennis, etc). The food was mostly good - the menu changed every day, and as it was a buffet, there was always something we could find that we liked. The location was also very good, very calm and about 2 to 3 minutes on foot to the nearest beach.

A few members of the bar staff were unpleasant towards us, for no apparent reason. We were ignored multiple times, and we didn't find that they were friendly towards us, compared to the rest of the staff. The food, while mostly good, was under-seasoned for the most part. It was a very minor issue, though. The meal times could also be longer - for example, breakfast was from 8 to 10, which, when you're on holidays, is inconvenient sometimes.

The hotel is located very close to the beautiful beach Son Baulo. The facilities are amazing: swimming pool, SPA is perfect. Very delicious and variety of food is great ( salmon, avocado for breakfast, seafood for dinner, different kinds of meat and fish. Rooms are nice, with coffee machine and good WiFi. Staff are friendly and helpful. It’s is possible to rent a car or book an excursion directly from the hotel. I cannot say anything about restaurants and nightlife around , because it wasn’t not important for me. But what is important- the hotel is in 10 min from bus stop and its easy to reach the airport or Palma

Everything is perfect, just advice- it would be better to have Smart TV with Netflix

- Well bathroom had semi transparent window . Looks like we seem to have them lately in many hotels . Don’t understand the point . - Pool was open from 7 am to 7 pm . Would be nicer to open earlier or bit late - The late night singing and shouting ! - one night there was a good professional singer so it was bearable but then the other day with Karaoke there were people singing who weren’t singers destroying the sleep . I really wonder why the neighbours of the hotel don’t complain . Someone like me who sleeps early , listening to the noise till 11 and even more sometimes was a bit unpleasant .

Incredible location. Delicious restaurants all within walking distance. I rate the hotel very highly. The swimming pools have great opening hours and are exceptionally clean. The beds are comfortable and the air conditioning works well. Any issues I had were quickly fixed by staff within a really short space of time. Having a spa on site is a delight. We did breakfast each morning - fantastic and delicious range of food each day. It was a truly relaxing holiday.

Bar staff are so beyond rude. Strange opening times: Breakfast finishing at 10am in a hotel is way too early. Keep in mind it finishes at 10 on the dot! They even fence it off so you can no longer get to the food! The bar closing at 12am is also too early and you aren't even allowed to sit outside and play cards or anything after that. If you are OK with going to bed early and getting up early on holiday - it's the hotel for you! FYI - if you aren't fully inclusive you need to leave the hotel for lunch as they don't offer any food or snacks at all in the bar.

The food (breakfeast, lunch, and dinner) is amazing! The staff is very friendly, and we (including a 10 months old baby) felt welcome.

I paid for the “all inclusive” but not every drink in the bar was included. The apartments are located in an extra building, without lift. Someone was drilling (maybe above?) the apartment at 9:30 pm. I know it is not that late, but it bothers when you have a baby. You can’t pay the hotel with american express.

Nice apartment near the beach with a beautiful view. We especially enjoyed the daily activities for kids and the evening shows. A young man named Frederic at the reception was very kind and helpful.

Just very limited kitchen accessories, like in the apartment no cutting bord , 1 cooking pot without cover. Atleast i would expect these in an apartment.

Breakfast was great, location is phenomenal, and the staff are friendly and helpful. We got a free upgrade to the seaview room, which was much appreciated by my friend and I. Also, I forgot my Kindle in the room and the hotel staff (albeit after a few phone calls) located the Kindle and packed it up for the DHL pick-up I arranged and paid for. I had to wear a synthetic hotel branded bracelet that does not come off from check-in until check-out (four days) because we had breakfast included in our booking and this was an identifier of that. I felt like a walking advertisement for the hotel. As a woman on her own most of the time, I felt unsafe wearing the name of the hotel I am staying at on my hand. The bracelet wasn't comfortable; tugged at me and gave me tan lines I didn't want. Lastly, it's so wasteful to have these single-use plastic bracelets when we should be eliminating single-use plastics. Please find other ways to identify guests who have meals included in their booking just like many other hotels!

The hotel’s facilities, such as pools and kids’ entertainments are great! We had breakfasts and dinners included and also were pretty happy with the wide range of food, fruits, seafood that the kitchen offers. Another big plus, was location which was right next to the seaside.

We had two unpleasant miscalculations with the bar orders, were charged too much which might have been a mistake but still.

The beds are super comfortable, nice firm mattress. The Spa is superb! The “Olympic” pool is fantastic for some proper swimming laps. Location is superb, away from the busy center but close enough to walk 15-30min into CanPicafort in the evenings for dinner. Very complete, modern, clean, great variety buffet breakfast, great place for training if you are into sports. Friendly helpful staff. 2 min walk down to the beach.

It doesn’t have parking, but there is free parking on the streets around the hotel.
