Some people's reviews are far too critical and a little over exaggerated. We were on the fourth floor and unless you're an extremely light sleeper the air con is not hard to sleep through. No louder than the sea would be if you had a sea facing room. The bathrooms are modern and the water pressure is fine. Soap bars are provided as well as bottles of shampoo and body wash on the wall. Not really sure what more people want? You do have to rent beach towels but we just brought our own. You also pay for the safe but it's a deposit that you get back. We found the selection of food was excellent. A lot of variety. The only people who would maybe be upset is people who want very English food, there is pizza and chips but that's about it, but the offers for each meal varied day to day so it never got boring. Staff overall were very helpful and polite, we encountered one receptionist who seemed a little unbothered when we we told her a light in the hall was flickering, which we thought was an issue in case there was anyone staying with epilepsy, but she wasn't outright rude and had helped us previously in the day. 20 minute walk down the sea front provided plenty of restaurants and bars and if you don't want to take a walk then hop on the bus/train tour. There's a stop right outside the hotel and it cost €4 for adult ticket and you can get on and off at any stop as many times as you want in a day. Other things I noted people being critical of could easily be avoided with some prior research i.e if you have a car and want car parking, look for a hotel that advertises car parking. If you want a hotel in a non tourist area, look for a hotel in a remote rural area. We found this to be an excellent 4* hotel and we will definitely be back

As mentioned previously our only issue was one member of staff looking at us funny when we reported an issue with a light in the hall. And I would recommend that life guards need to do something about inappropriate behaviour in the pool. One European couple during our entire stay kept making out and heavy petting in the pool and we could tell it was making a lot of people uncomfortable. This is also advertised as an adult hotel but we noticed at least two families that had children under 18 with them, one had a child under 12. I'd rather know that if I'm paying for adult only that it is actually adults only and I don't still have to deal with loud children splashing in the pool, especially when there is a family hotel just over the road.

We loved the location and the services. The staff is really nice and helpful. We used the spa for massages and the employees were great. As for the location, the beach access is right by the pool. The room was neat and clean, plenty of room for a couple. We went with the all inclusive regime but and the variety of food was good, as it was a buffet and we had snacks available at all times of day. Lastly, the entertainment is good and different every night which we also appreciate.

The schedules are a bit strict, being for meals or the entertainment. The main issue is that at the pool, a lot of the guests "reserve" the chairs with towels very early in the morning. By 9am you don't have a chance of staying there. Then, by the afternoon, most of the charis are in the shade which makes enjoying the pool nearly impossible. Also, being with the all inclusive regime, we'd expect that all non alcoholic drinks would be included but most weren't. But all in all, a very nice experience for the money we paid.

The location is great, just away from all the crowds and right opposite the sea. It’s really nice that it’s largely accessible as well which is important to us.

Honestly, the only thing that I would change is to make the pool stairs, a little bit more accessible for older people or people with poor balance

The nature preserve with desolate ocean walk and beaches is superb- the water offers calm and shallow with fun softs waves as well- staff is stellar - buffets are very nice and the design is fresh and clean- They offer lobby beverage stations and snacks as well ! Grocer next door :)

Kitchen is very good. Breakfast and dinner both with great range of food. Staff in general great. Very much enjoyed discussion with Lucian, who prepared fried dishes. Bed was very good. I prefer harder matraces like this We received what we expected, even a little more.

In general staff is great, and management must do a very good job. One of the front desk person is not helpful and not very keen on focusing on customers. Much more effort goes to look at everyone as an idiot in every way. (Ignoring interaction, body language, shallow understanding of her own role) BUT as mentioned in general the staff running on a high standard, this was just an intresting exeption.

The hotel is right on the seashore. If you book a seaview room, your stay will unforgettable. The staff of the hotel is very polite, friendly and helpful. The restaurant serves good quality food. I highly recommend this nice hotel!

Amazing place for a holiday stay. Very nice and clean hotel. Rooms cosy with comfortable beds, we recommend the sea view ones - you lie in the bed and watch the sea. We were impressed by the quality and variability of food as part of breakfast and dinner. Spa in the surrounding hotel opposite is very nice too. Highly recommended.

I really do not understand, why is not even water part of the dinner. All non-alcoholic drinks need to be paid during dinner.

Fabulous breakfast with fresh made omelets whatever style you want, great view on the sea. Rooms not extremely spacious but ok! I recommend!

Nothing really. If you must say something negative, the size of the swimming pool could have been better and the irritating habit of guestz putting towels on the sofa beds around the swimming pool :-)

Staying at this hotel was really nice. Its not crowded area and the hotel was beautiful inside for relaxing. Food was totally delicious and breakfast had a big choice of variety food. Clean rooms with nice balcony! I would definitely come again and recommend!

Coctails during the nights. Unfortunately only small minus is quality of coctails (full of water). But its not so important for us so would still recommend.

Lovely clean and relaxing hotel. Great selection of food at all meals. Fun touches like a chocolate fondue at dessert. Loved the karaoke. Right by a beautiful beach.

Wi-Fi isn’t great but we were there to switch off. Pool is small but never busy and the sea is right there anyway.
