The amazing sea view from our apartment balcony, the dinners and being able to sit outside on the terrace whilst we ate. The apartment was lovely and comfortable, modern and clean. The pool was very nice, and it was a clean, quiet and peaceful hotel. Being so close to the sea to swim was great too, and we enjoyed going for morning runs along the promenade. We also went to the spa in Ferrer Janeiro a couple of times, which we had access to for free. The staff were very helpful.

The lunch in the other hotel (Ferrer Janeiro) felt a bit busy and crowded. The pool bar could have had more varied food. The gym was very hot and there could have been more sports facilities and evening entertainment. The safe broke multiple times, however on each occasion the staff were quick to respond and get this sorted. These are minor points as overall the hotel was great!

Newly renovated, we enjoyed the location, facilities, food, proximity to the beach and helpful staff. The sea view was great and my partner is gluten intolerant and they had many options for her.

Only a couple of small things, the aircon in the hotel, especially in the room, was quite minimal, wouldn’t get below 22-23 degrees, even if the dial said 18 or 15.. we mentioned this to the hotel and they pointed out it’s centralised so the dials in the rooms are effectively pointless. The included cocktails were a little bland and to be honest the entertainment was pretty bad, probably the worse we have seen in any all inclusive resort, although the entertainment staff was cordial and helpful.

Amazing hotel, I would definitely recommend it for couples and families as the vibe is very chill and makes you feel so relaxed. Staff are lovely and so friendly. A special shoutout to Sylvia and Nikola at reception, they always say hi with a big smile and have been super helpful. So nice to feel very welcomed everytime you walk past them. Food at the restaurant was great and everything was so tidy. The hotel is next to an amazing beach Sao Baolo, which where you can just put your towel and relax for the whole day. Nikola helped us rent a car and the agency was quite good and managed to easily get one. Our room had an amazing sea view which I would definitely recommend. It changes everything.

The location is amazing! They were super attentive from the beginning. We took a transfer from the airport straight to the hotel, and in about an hour we arrived at the hotel and checked in. Our flight was canceled so we arrived late, not in time for dinner, but they leave snacks for those who arrive late at the hotel. The staff are super attentive and the hotel is very well located, literally next to the beach. The meals are super tasty and change every day, so there's no way to get tired of them! The lunch was in the other hotel, so we could see more of it. It's a super relaxing place, away from the tourist hustle and confusing.

The pool was small but cozy. People arrive early to leave towels and reserve chairs. I thought this was a bad thing because there weren't enough places, but it wasn't a problem for us because the idea was to enjoy the beach, so we rented chairs outside the hotel. But if you want to spend the day in the chairs, you need to arrive early and be prepared to get a little stressed.

That hotel was one of the best places I ever been. We stayed 6 nights and every single breakfast lunch and dinner was fresh and tasty. In hotel is very clean, staff is helpful and polite, everyone smiling and are so so kind to customers. Location is more than better. Is very private and quiet. If you need fun it’s nice not long walk to more restaurants and shopping in the heart of Can Picaford. Next to the hotel you have small shops with everything what you need, you can rent a car bike and scooter. In spa you have everything what you need. In one word- it’s amazing ! Definitely I will back again this year. Ps. Be sure you will take a room with a view. You will never regret every single sunrise and sound of the waves. Thank you so much for everything!

All was perfect. One thing what i would change is that we had 2 separate beds next to each other instead of one kings size. Plus I would love to have access to the Spa after 7pm

Amazing breakfast and outstanding staff! The room was spotless and attended to daily. Complimentary coffee, water, wine, and chocolates were a wonderful touch. Sylvia was exceptional—her attention to detail and incredible memory for my preferences truly made my stay special.

Unfortunately, things changed noticeably starting with the Friday shift. The atmosphere shifted—staff didn’t seem as happy, and the receptionist was quite distant compared to the warm welcome earlier in the week. The spa was also a bit of a letdown: some of the equipment wasn’t working properly, the stream was weak, and the spa closed quite early at 7 PM.

Gorgeous hotel with great staff. Lovely pool and great access to the beach. Modern rooms with great views. The Spa at the sister hotel was excellent.

The air conditioning wasn’t always very cool. The juice at breakfast was from a machine and it didn’t work very well. The juice was either watery or too concentrated. The hogging of sun beds isn’t managed. On several days towels were left on the popular sea view front beds for 5+ hrs with no guests returning.

We loved the location and the services. The staff is really nice and helpful. We used the spa for massages and the employees were great. As for the location, the beach access is right by the pool. The room was neat and clean, plenty of room for a couple. We went with the all inclusive regime but and the variety of food was good, as it was a buffet and we had snacks available at all times of day. Lastly, the entertainment is good and different every night which we also appreciate.

The schedules are a bit strict, being for meals or the entertainment. The main issue is that at the pool, a lot of the guests "reserve" the chairs with towels very early in the morning. By 9am you don't have a chance of staying there. Then, by the afternoon, most of the charis are in the shade which makes enjoying the pool nearly impossible. Also, being with the all inclusive regime, we'd expect that all non alcoholic drinks would be included but most weren't. But all in all, a very nice experience for the money we paid.

Some people's reviews are far too critical and a little over exaggerated. We were on the fourth floor and unless you're an extremely light sleeper the air con is not hard to sleep through. No louder than the sea would be if you had a sea facing room. The bathrooms are modern and the water pressure is fine. Soap bars are provided as well as bottles of shampoo and body wash on the wall. Not really sure what more people want? You do have to rent beach towels but we just brought our own. You also pay for the safe but it's a deposit that you get back. We found the selection of food was excellent. A lot of variety. The only people who would maybe be upset is people who want very English food, there is pizza and chips but that's about it, but the offers for each meal varied day to day so it never got boring. Staff overall were very helpful and polite, we encountered one receptionist who seemed a little unbothered when we we told her a light in the hall was flickering, which we thought was an issue in case there was anyone staying with epilepsy, but she wasn't outright rude and had helped us previously in the day. 20 minute walk down the sea front provided plenty of restaurants and bars and if you don't want to take a walk then hop on the bus/train tour. There's a stop right outside the hotel and it cost €4 for adult ticket and you can get on and off at any stop as many times as you want in a day. Other things I noted people being critical of could easily be avoided with some prior research i.e if you have a car and want car parking, look for a hotel that advertises car parking. If you want a hotel in a non tourist area, look for a hotel in a remote rural area. We found this to be an excellent 4* hotel and we will definitely be back

As mentioned previously our only issue was one member of staff looking at us funny when we reported an issue with a light in the hall. And I would recommend that life guards need to do something about inappropriate behaviour in the pool. One European couple during our entire stay kept making out and heavy petting in the pool and we could tell it was making a lot of people uncomfortable. This is also advertised as an adult hotel but we noticed at least two families that had children under 18 with them, one had a child under 12. I'd rather know that if I'm paying for adult only that it is actually adults only and I don't still have to deal with loud children splashing in the pool, especially when there is a family hotel just over the road.

The hotel was truly great. The building is beautiful, and the staff were very kind. We had a sea view room, which was stunning. Breakfast and dinner were included, and everything was absolutely delicious. There was always a wide variety to choose from, and they always managed to offer something new. I honestly recommend it to everyone — we had a wonderful 7-night stay there!
