Location was the reason I stayed here and I was proved correct. Perfect location between the Old Town and port. Wanted a quieter holiday. Seemed quiet mind, but prefer that over too many people. (Mid- May) Staff were friendly, always there it seemed (except late) es no problema. Room was always cleaned. Pool cleaned daily Bed was comfy, fair play. Very soft in my opinion

The power in the shower was amazing full throttle, but you could quite easily flood the place having a shower. The wet room bathroom didn't really have a slope to contain the water. No fridge, really could do with a fridge. And a kettle. But, saying all that, I would definitely stay there again if I went again. That road outside can be a pain. But if youre heading up to the Old town, you can turn right as soon as you come out of the hostel grounds but watch out for the big woof :)

I loved the calm pool area. Our room was next to the pool. Location is perfect in between Old Town and Port and beach in short walking distance. Room was clean. Our room had water leaking from the ceiling but luckely we discovered this 15 mins before check out so it wasnt a problem for us. I wish the room would have a kettle for tee or coffee and a shelf in bathroom where you could put your clothes before showering or at least a place where you can hang your clothes or towel. In general we were very satisfied with our stay.

This place feels like a 5-star private hotel. The atmosphere is wonderful, and you can truly enjoy your time without feeling overcrowded. I even extended my stay! The location is excellent, just a 3-minute walk to the beach. The accommodations are very clean, and the staff is amazing. The prices are reasonable as well. I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience at this amazing place. Everyone can be picky when it comes to holiday accommodations, but I guarantee you won’t be disappointed here! It’s like your dream holiday villa and hands down the best place I’ve stayed in Spain.

I was missing a cup and a kettle for hot water—nothing else!

Lovely place!The location is perfect (close to the beach and old town and bus stops)! The swimming pool and garden are well managed, beautiful and relaxing (far enough from the busy centre)! The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable! We asked for an iron and hairdryer and it was provided. Breakfast was simple but good enough for 7€. The air conditioner/TV was provided (during the summer time it was good to have A/C). The parking is available but we didn't need it. We would stay here again, strongly recommended!

The only thing we didn't like was the salty water from the tap and shower (unpleasant to wash your face/hair/teeth in salty water after the pool/sea). This should be changed and normal water should be available from the tap and shower. They didn't change our towels every day, but for a short stay it wasn't required and we are sure they would have done it if we had asked. The bathroom could be cleaned a bit better (the bathroom only, as the room was very clean and comfortable).

Clean, comfortable room on a quiet,small complex - with the added bonus of a small swimming pool for our kids. We just stayed for 1 night,on the way to our booked villa.

The staff we saw or spoke to were really friendly and helpful. A bit more information in advance would have been helpful, though - we were arriving after 10pm, which I let them know, but didn't get any information about how to access the room until shortly before we reached the property. It all worked out fine and was easy to find the room - but it was just a bit stressful not being sure what to expect on arrival. It would have also helped to know that breakfast finished at 10am (just a note in the room would help), as we almost missed it because of our late arrival - but the staff were very helpful and kept the food out longer so that we could still eat, which was kind.

Room was very practical in terms of location, close to both sea and old town, bus stations. Also private parking is good. Breakfast option was also decent and staff was really nice. We had our tovels changed from time to time.Swimming pool was also great.

It would have been great to have an additonal storage or wardrobe for the clothes, also the bed makes loud noise.

This experience was wonderful. Location is near both Alcudia and Port Alcudia. There are many beaches around (the ones we liked the most are Alcudia beach and Platja de San Pere. There is a big parking few meters from Villa. Pool was incredible and most of the time it was empty. AC is in room which is super. Both lady and man who works there are friendly and speaks English well.

Breakfast could be better.

The location was ideal for my stay, very convenient and quiet. Plenty of space in the room which was comfortable and clean. I was on a cycling trip and the staff allowed me to keep the bike in the room which gave great peace of mind. Also, the on site parking was secure which also gave peace of mind. Staff were friendly and very helpful. I was allowed to use a room to change my clothes following a final bike ride after check out as my flight was later in the evening, I was even offered the use of a shower which was very kind. Breakfast was just right and good value for money.

I wished there was a kettle in the room to make a hot drink during my stay.

Really nice pool and picnic area! Location is great, right in between the tourist beach bay and the old town. Friendly staff and simple room, great value for price.

While the location is great, there is a dangerous road to cross to get to the hostel which was difficult due to traffic. The tap water is also undrinkable as its very salty, make sure to bring bottled water!

The hotel was very calm, quiet and relaxing. Perfect for Adults with no children. The room was clean, furnished nicely and everything was well maintained. It felt like a very nice place to slow down and relax. The pool was great and filled with salt water which is a new experience for me. Also salt water coming from the shower and sink which is not a bad thing just new to me. Overall I had a great stay.

The shower pressure wasn't the best it was a bit choppy.
