Boutique hotel with personalised service and nothing not to like. Lovely rooms - ours was overlooking the alleyway with shops and restaurants which gave it a lovely vibe. Double glazing cut any noise, which was minimal, although there isn't noise at all after 10.30pm. The lounge/breakfast area is gorgeous and light and the breakfast provided is delicious Spanish fare with fruit and pastries, and there's plenty of it. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Easy checkin/checkout. Clothes washing service provided at a minimal charge. Exceptionally clean, peaceful, stylish. Would definitely stay here again. The location is perfect.

Everything! We were in the city center witch is beautiful and apsolutely everything is so close to you parking, farmacy, restourants… The hotel it self is so so nice quiet peaceful but beautiful and very practical. The rooms were amaizing and also was the very nice staff. I would like to say thanks again to the nice gentelman and lady that work at the reception who also helped us navigate Mallorca and visit best places also gave great tips for our trips. The breakfast was delicious fresh fruit, yogurt, bread, orange juice… If i ever come back to Mallorca we will probably stay in Ara again. :)

A beautiful oasis of calm - from the moment Paco contacted us on social media, to update us about room check-in time to 2 days later, checking out. The hotel is in a fantastic location, a quiet little street but 100m from the main square. Modern and calming. Important when you're staying on a Roman Market day combined with a festival. The town (now a city I believe) was very busy - but in minutes you could be in the quiet sanctuary of the ARA hotel. Being 20m away from the wonderful Sa Potassa restaurant is a bonus! Bed was very comfortable, shower (rain & directional) great - and breakfast lovely, with everything freshly replinished constantly. This is a lovely hotel - doing a lovely job!

Booking a smaller hotel is the best decision you can make. We received a warm welcome upon arrival, even though our GPS led us on a longer route to find the exact location of the hotel in the old town of Alcudia, with its charming narrow streets and plenty restaurants and shops. No cars are allowed in the area, but there is plenty of space for motorbikes to park around the town. We explored some of the most beautiful beaches in the nearby vicinity. I would say the north of Majorca is the island’s most precious jewel. On Tuesday mornings, there is a bustling market we could visit—a great bonus. The room was beautiful, with comfortable beds and a good shower. A kettle for coffee and tea was also provided, which was a great bonus. Water was available in the foyer. The breakfast was wonderful, with a lovely spread and tasty cakes as well. Although the reception closes at certain times, we arrived in time to receive a warm welcome and goodbye.

Ara Alcudia is like home away from home - from the moment we stepped into the hotel we felt completely taken care of. Everything was perfect: to the point that we decided to make our stay longer and stayed for two extra nights! The owners are genuinely interested in their guests needs and provide all the necessary information, the rooms are super clean and comfortable, the breakfast is absolutely delicious and the hotels location simply couldn't be better. What we liked most was the unique atmosphere and sophisticated design of the hotel. We'll be coming back for more!!

The quiet, but perfect central location and the staff who are so kind and welcoming. To find a sympathetically restored and modernised boutique hotel, bang in the centre of the old town that is an oasis of peace and tranquillity is an exceptional thing. Will definitely return when visiting again as our #1 choice. Gracias!

Really nothing much at all. Only suggestions… take look under the bed please and clean more regularly. Breakfast …..cold boiled eggs that have sat on the counter for over an hour are not a great idea. Ditto cold scrambled eggs eggs.

What a beautiful and pleasant surprise the hotel and town were. We loved it! A lovely boutique hotel with stunning decor and comfort in the quiet, pedestrian Old Town of Alcudia close to loads of restaurants and stunning little shops. We walked the Roman Wall which is in walking distance as well. We did self check in on the Sunday as the reception had closed and the staff ensured everything was well communicated. We would definitely return.

Beautiful hotel in a historic building. Loved the open courtyards and terraces. Great to stay within the city walls as you can explore the old town in the morning when the streets are quiet. Comfy, clean and well decorated room. Delicious breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful- let me check out late and store my luggage.

Check in finishes quite early, but if you're arriving late they send you a code so you can get in the door and finish check in the next day, which worked well so not a problem overall

Wonderful hotel in a lovely town, the rooms are comfy and cute, the hotel is beautiful. It's brilliantly situated in Ojen and close to Marbella which you can reach easily via car. The staff are very friendly & helpful, they picked us up in their buggy from the nearby carpark and offered us vegan options for breakfast as we requested prior to arrival.

The door in our shower didn't stay closed completely, nothing major but meant that the water got out a bit into the area outside the shower!
