My stay at this property was truly exceptional. The room was spacious, well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, and provided a very comfortable atmosphere. The beds, in particular, were outstandingly comfortable, ensuring restful nights. The central location was another highlight, offering convenient access to numerous attractions, shops, and dining options in the city. Breakfast each morning was delightful, featuring a well-rounded selection including fresh boiled eggs, cheeses, salami, coffee, tea, and more. A thoughtful touch that made the experience even more memorable was the host preparing freshly squeezed orange juice for us every day.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The apartments were cozy, beautifully decorated, and full of charm. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the stay even more special. The hotel itself has such a unique atmosphere and a true sense of genius loci. Breakfast was great– freshly squeezed orange juice, homemade cakes, and other delicious options set the perfect tone for the day. The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of Alcúdia’s historic center, with everything just a short walk away. A perfect blend of comfort, character, and hospitality – highly recommended!

The location is absolutely perfect. Located in the old Town of Alcudia. The Port of Alcudia is a walking distance from this hotel. So many lovely restaurants nearby. We got to explore the Alcudia market on the Sunday during our trip. There is a beautiful courtyard in this hotel where fresh breakfast was served each morning. The room was spacious with high ceilings and extremely comfortable. The staff were very friendly and so helpful with any questions that we had for them. 10/10.

A beautiful hotel, our room was ideal, very clean and comfortable with a lovely terrace. Brilliant location in the old town, very close to restaurants and shops but quiet and peaceful in the hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast including the freshly squeezed orange juice in a delightful calming garden, listening to the birds. A huge thank you to the host, Pere, who was very welcoming and helpful during our stay. Highly recommend, and hope we can return to stay in the near future.

Every room has this rustic vibe of old city, I like that it brings you back in time. Location is perfect, central but quiet at night. Room is equipped with everything you need, even a strong hair dryer which girls can use for a nice blowout. Owner is very friendly and ready to help you with everything. 10/10 would come again.

Our stay in Can Tem was a unique experience and an opportunity to connect with this amazing place. It’s definitely for art lovers who want to experience this kind of accommodation, far away from the touristy places of Mallorca. Our room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. Pere is a very friendly and nice host. He is definitely part of this place, you can see it and feel it in his eyes.

We liked everything. Maybe an espresso machine would be a good idea for breakfast, although the filter coffee was not bad at all.

Can Tem is only a few minutes walk from the bus station. The building is beautiful restored. Our room was spacious and had a kettle/tea and a fridge. The location is great, with lots of restaurants and a large supermarket nearby. A continental breakfast and fresh pressed orange juice could be enjoyed in the pretty garden, which can be used any time of the day to relax and have a drink etc. Pere is a lovely host and gave us lots of tips by arrival. We did rent bicycles during our 4-day stay, which we could leave in the secure garage.

all was fine for us

Highly recommend a stay at Cam Tem Turismo it is a true boutique experience. Our room on the ground floor was spacious with comfortable bed and large bathroom. Breakfasts are great with a varied choice and we enjoyed the freshly squeezed orange juice. Pere is a wonderful host, nothing is too much trouble. The location within the old city wall is unique. Parking outside the old city wall isn't a problem, even during the busy weekend of the Feira. Alcudia is a perfect base to explore this area of Mallorca.

What a wonderful family-run small hotel! Each morning our breakfast was a delight to linger over in the lovely courtyard with fresh squeezed orange juice, homemade marmalade, and other wonderful local food! Pere always knew where to guide us to see wonderful island treasures off the beaten path and away from the influencer crowds. Fantastic location in old town. Super comfy. Lovely art.

Very atmospheric place in the old town. Beautiful patio where you can have breakfast. Everything is close, restaurants and a huge free parking lot near the church. Excellent breakfasts. But the best in all of this is the host Pere, a fantastic and positive person who is always willing to talk and help. Remember that the atmosphere of a place is created most by people. Pere is such a person. You won't find anything better.
