Privacy, jacuzzi, bally bed, watter that you could top up for free, walking 2min.from the beach and many shops and restaurants around to choose.

Bed for couple was two single beds that was on the wheels and constantly splitting apart. We kept doors always closed, but after every night we had some bite marks on us-it was bad. Garden doors doesn't have outside handles, so you could lock yourself out. 7-13.05

We stayed at this hotel for the second time. The location is impeccable, everything is nearby. We didn't pay for food, so we can't say anything about the kitchen, there are enough restaurants and cafes around where it's delicious. We were lucky we had an early check-in and receptionist given us the keys to the room earlier. So we were are very happy!

Perhaps only the fact that the cleaning was at lunchtime. Often we were not in the room at this time, but sometimes I wanted to take a break from the heat and had to give up cleaning. It's not always convenient, it's more convenient in the morning. But I think other tourists may think otherwise...

The location of the hotel was right on the "Ironman" competition starting point - that was great for our needs. The room was big. A lot of free parking.

We came late at night and couldn't find where to collect the key. The complex is very big and you need to walk about 3 minutes to get to the restaurant for breakfast.

Nice stay in Alcudia by the beach, easy walk to everything you need in the town. Good value for money, comfortable beds. Also received a glass of Prosecco on arrival which was a nice touch.

On the warmer nights where we wanted the room cooled the temperature setting on the air conditioning unit didn’t really seem to work and kept the room too warm. We also didn’t have hot water one of our evenings.

I liked the apartment it was spacious enough for the two of us, the bed was comfy and the shower was really good, the pool was quiet and in the sun.

One thing that I was disappointed with is that it's an apartment for self catering but it's not got a kettle which is annoying because we love our cup of tea in the morning, the bathroom drain was smelly.

Location and full use of Alcúdia garden Aparthotel facilities attached so excellent.

The building we stayed in had no lift and we were on the third floor and travelled with a baby. We had to bring our luggage up the stairs and a buggy up and down several times a day.

The location was great - easy walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. We were lucky with our room as it was in a quiet location overlooking the small swimming pool.

The door to our bathroom was damaged at the bottom, so it looked a bit shabby. The towels provided in the bathroom had seen better days. The little kitchenette could have been better equipped.

We have stayed in this apartment before. We asked for an early check-in, taking into account the early arrival and the same room as the earlier one. Our wishes have been taken into account. It's nice! And also kids like were in minidisco.

The location is perfect. Near best beach in Mallorca. very close to port and shops. There was little kitchen but we did not use it because we had half board. Cleaning ladies were very nice. We could use pools in Alcudia Garden hotel.

We were there in September and restaurant for breakfast and dinner was very full, I can not imagine how it looks like during the season. Rooms are updated but bathroom was despite of open window damp. Staff in restaurant was not very nice.
