Location close to the sea, restaurants, bars - not too close though to be bothered by the noise. We had every evening different “theme” for food at dinner (sushi, kebab, burgers, chocolate fondue etc) among other food. Nice relaxing area below the pool, quiet garden with grass, kids playground and kids pool in the shadow (for small kids). Loved the furnishing inside, nice staff always available and helpful around the pool. We enjoyed the relaxing pool inside as well.

What we missed is free drinking water available, we could not take any even at the dinner. We had to buy bottles and bring it back to the hotel every other day. We did not have all inclusive and I understand there might be water shortages at times, but still. We were almost yelled at the dinner when we tried to pour some not knowing it is not free (tank is there available). Water on the room is not drinkable. Be mindful about the mosquitos :) not a problem of the hotel, we just did not expect them to fly as high to the 6th floor and left the door opened, suffered following nights chasing them out.

The grounds of the hotel was my favourite thing about it as there were so many pleasant seating and relaxing areas for all needs. This included bean bags, hammocks, hanging chairs, sofas, as well as all the normal you would expect. The hotel was perfectly clean and the rooms too with everything needed. The location was perfect, close to the beach and shops. The staff were all really friendly although I wasn’t so keen on the ear pieces used in the dining room, only because it made it feel a little frantic. I had stayed in another hotel the previous week and of course pros and cons to both places. The drinks were as expected in an all inclusive, where as I’d been spoilt with a bigger selection at the previous hotel. The food was adequate, breakfast good, lunch good and one dinner out of three good. The other two dinners were fine, just lacking. And I imagining if I was there longer than 3 nights I would have eaten the same over and over. Again, I had been completely spoilt by the food in the previous hotel as I think this was exceptional for an all inclusive.

Food a little lacking but not the be all and end all.

The garden was really lovely. There were sunbeds for everybody. The food was good. The staff were coo, sweet, fun, quick and professional. It was quiet and relaxing in the day and in the night. Fantastic service, and helpfull staff. Really good gym. Very nice rooms. Very beautiful place all over.

The music was good but too loud in the lounge-area in the daytime. The morning workout weren't a hit. We were there for 9 days, and only one time, the trainer had one guest with him. He didn't even try too get people to join him. Tai chi is not for most people.....he should choose something that the guest like, and not just what he like. Also the entertainment in the evening was bad. Kahoot does not make people closer or happier. It separates people with their heads down the phone. The jukebox were good fun. But all the other stuff/entertainment was bad. You can save that money on singers from outside.

Nice garden area with sunloungers, great location (2min walk to beach and bus stops, and 15min walk to historic old town) free access to spa (sauna, pool and ice bath), impressive selection of tasty food as we were half-board (breakfast and evening meal) including a wide variety of lots of dishes and evening variations to prevent bordom (even had sushi two nights), tai chi each morning at 10.15am (Patrick, great instructor), best stormy mojitos (thanks Maria). We've stayed here previously and would again.

Expected to pay for room safe at 3€ per day (this should be free). The coffee could be better. The spa was too busy when we tried to use it a second time and had pre-booked an hour slot (8-10 guests went in ahead of us, which seemed too many for the space and relaxation), so we left instead. Our first spa visit was brilliant, though.

The bedroom/bathroom Bathroom had badly fitted shower screen that daily flooded the floor. The bathroom sliding door didn’t fit No toiletries which I would expect from a 4 star Bathroom towels weren’t replaced Bed very uncomfortable & bed leg collapsed during the middle of the last night

Comfortable room with ac. Lots of choices in the restsurant. We could have healthy dinners every night, with grilled meats or fish and lovely salads and fruits.

The lifts are small, not many people can fit in, but for us that was not much of an issue, our room was on the 3rd floor and we could take the stairs

Pros: the location, the room was clean, the mountain view from the 7th floor, plenty of spaces to park the car, the facilities (pool, spa, garden)

The food served for breakfast and dinner: very diverse, but it seemed to be poor quality (the cheapest cured meats, cheeses, desserts etc; undercooked chicked was served on one occasion) No free drinks included with dinner - there isn't the option to serve tap water.

Excellent location; nice deco inside; cozy room (we had the renovated room); chill out, garden; wonderful spa; cleanliness; delicious food; very friendly, kind and helpful staff.

1. Wine included in the All Inclusive Program was a shame for Spain and for the hotel. The great food, the hotel itself deserves much better than a very low quality (and horrible taste) of the wine. During the lunch and dinner was provided only a draft wine (very bad) and in the bar “vino de la casa” was also bad (for Spanish standard for sure). 2. The bottles of water (with AI Program every night 1 bottle per person at the bar before going to bed) could have been provided every day directly into the room. 3. Rooms overlooking the street (with lateral sea view and view over the mountain) are a bit noisy. We stayed on the 4th floor and you can hear the traffic and people from the restaurant/bar on the opposite side.

The best hotel we have stayed in Alcudia by a long way. We travel twice a year to cycle in Mallorca and have stayed in a lot of hotels in the area and this is the best. We got a bargain off booking.com £350 hb for the 2 of us in March. Fist off the staff are excellent an will help you with anything, the breakfast is brilliant with plenty of choices and the dinner once again exceptional. Rooms cleaned daily and we used the spa on the last day. This is simply the best place to stay.

Nothing, a great place. Even had a laugh with the manager when I had to educate her about being Welsh is not the same as being English.

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Clean restaurant. Good food

Lack of sunbeds around the pool. This led to people putting towels on them at 8am and not using them until much later. Staff didn't do anything about this happening. Could take away the chairs and replace with sunbeds and monitor usage.
