The one bedroom Apartment that we had was big ,comfortable and very clean and the terrace was overlooking the pool The apartment was cleaned everyday except Wed+Sat,clean towels every other day .The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was also changed every few days .The Location was very good 5mins walk to the beach .10mins walk along the beach to the port and a 10min bus ride to the beautiful Alcudia old town .Plenty of places to eat and drink and Lidl is just across the road .All the staff were very pleasant and helpful and the gentleman in the reception helped us to sort out our bus transfer back to the airport

There was nothing to not like

I enjoyed the location and facilities. 5 min walk from alcudia beach and a short car ride from Alcudia town. There is a Lidl 3 min walk which is very convenient for some groceries. The apartment comes equipped with a nice kitchen which we used to make our lunch meals.

The cleaning team came to our apartment every day around 13pm which was often inconvenient since it was the hottest time of the day and we wanted to stay inside to have some lunch. Additionally , this is often chosen by teenagers and big groups of students who are often times loud and obnoxious.

Stayed here for a week and can’t fault it. Staff were excellent, provided cot and highchair for our baby. Rooms were cleaned regularly and the bed was really comfortable. Lovely kitchen set up with everything you need. Good location close to the beach and lots of shops.

Our only complaint was the pool was freezing !! Meant we couldn’t swim in it really so ended up at the beach most days but only a tiny thing :)

We have had a wonderful holiday at this nice hotel. We can highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Well maintained, clean, cozy, nice atmosphere, nice pool, close to the beach, shop, harbor and the old town. The staff is kind and helpful. Thank you to the hotel reception and housekeeping. A special big thank you to the hotel caretaker, who took care of the poolarea. He was friendly, kind and helpful to the all guests around the pool. THANK YOU! Very close to the beach. The apartments were spotlessly clean with frequent daily cleaning and change of towels after a few days. We had a few issues with some lights on the nightstands which were quickly resolved (and fully replaced). Parking is accessible, busses are close by and loads of restaurants and supermarkets around.

The couch was not very comfortable to sit in so I would avoid it when watching TV, but nothing that would stop me from booking the accommodation again.

We have returned here 4 times now, and we love the size, location, and friendly helpful staff. The apartments are clean and have all the little extras you need. The beach is a 5-minute walk. The location is central to walking either to the Port with lovely restaurants etc and the other end is cheaper with a large selection of restaurants, shops etc. The Tabogan restaurant has the water slide for children charged at €550 for the day. The food is a little expensive but very good. It opens Wednesday to Sunday and is accessible via the apartment grounds. Can't wait to come back again October.

Lovely appointed appartment only 100m from the beach but away from all the hustle and bustle of the big Hotels. Check in was good and requests / communication beforehand was excellent. (The team were happy to offer advice on trips / restaurants etc) The room was cleaned daily and fresh laundry every 3 days... The balcony was a great size overlooking the pool with room for 2 sun loungers and table & chairs. Wi Fi excellent.... 2 TVs (should you need) with lots of channels Easy street parking.

Lovely apartment very near the beach restaurants shops etc the hosts were so friendly and helpful would really recommend. Stayed with my elderly parents for a week and when we couldn't get a taxi to go to the port for lunch the owner dropped us down in her own car ! Meant a lot the extra touches. Apartment was spotless wifi was great and the pool lovely 😍

Location was perfect and apartment was very big and comfertable. Balcony was a great addition

Maybe a liitle bit more utensiles for cooking. Egg cups and wine glasses would be a great addition

There were a few issues. The bathroom had mould in it, and you could smell it in the apartment. 1 of the bed mattresses had very poor support, very soft and dipped in the middle. Staff were very helpful, and the pool area was great. The apartment was comfortable, and if those 2 issues were resolved, I'd be very happy to stay again.
