This hotel was brilliant. We travelled with a 4 and 2 yr old. There were lots of swimming pools the kids could stand in and a splash park they absolutely loved. There were lots of little parks and sand areas they could play in. Things were spread out so you could easily walk between them but so you didn't feel cramped. There were two kids clubs but we only went to one. This was amazing. It had craft activites and lots of different things to play including a big soft play. Our kids loved going and getting a break from the sun. Our apartment was spacious and clean. The little kotchenette was good. We only made sandwiches so didn't cook but it seemed to have enough to make basic meals. We did half board. The restaurant had plenty of choice with different themes each night. When catering for masses of people you're never going to get the same quality as a restaurant but there was always something to enjoy and the choice was incredible. The grounds were well maintained and spacious. There was so much to keep the children entertained which makes this a great choice for families. There were plenty of shops outside and the beach was a 10 min easy walk away.

I would have to be very picky to find something I didn't like

Truly a kind of utopia for smaller kids with all the pools and their shallow areas, the waterpark, again for smaller kids, the indoor playground, some of the evening shows, and the overall fun, lighthearted vibe of the resort – as well as the closeness to the lovely pretty big beach 5-minutes away by car.

The food was pretty good, but sometimes it was a little hit-and-miss. Some of the exotic options were tasty, while some of the standard things were just alright. Overall, even though one can’t expect everything at a buffet to be sensational, we felt that some meal-offerings were not quite at a 4-star-level, while some dishes were enjoyable surprises. Also, some of the playgrounds were a lot of fun, and a great way to take a break from the pools, but some were pointless in sticky, hot conditions.

All staff were welcoming and friendly at all times. The complex was spotlessly clean. The apartment was spacious. The pools were not too busy as there were a few to choose from. You are not allowed to reserve sunbeds, so that made for a relaxing time at the pool. The food was delicious and always had gluten-free options, which was amazing. The chefs were always willing to answer any questions regarding allergies. They provided fresh gluten (and dairy) free rolls on request.

Lovely self catering apartment,had everything I needed,nice quiet area which is what I was after,15/20 min walk from port/beach,free parking and was able to park nearby without worrying about other cars,air con worked very well

1 small issue I forgot to say when leaving was I used the washing machine in Serenity,orange spots where on some of white clothes which may mean rust in machine or high iron level in water,I did not use any detergent as directed by machine,this could maybe checked

Suitability for kids. Enthusiasm of staff who worked with children, kids club, kids disco. Good selection of food, suitable for vegetarians and most tastes. Room cleaned daily, fresh towels if needed. Short walk to beach. Heating in apartment when needed.

Hotel and area surrounding are very busy. We have young children and wanted an easy holiday with easy access to everything, which we got.

Hi, I was in D section (apartments are spread out in large area) , so quiet and cozy. Big pluss is restaurant- food like in good 5 stars hotel:-) Nice and friendly stuff. Nice area around. Hotel super for families with small children, but also ok for couples. In general I am very satisfied- good place to spend holidays.

Studio with stinky bathroom - seems like some problems with shower drainage/vantilation. In general studio in 3 star finish, not 4. Would be nice to have better soap/shower gel supply- it was almost impossible to use it + shall be balsam (as standard in 4 stars hotels), but no problem as shop is close to hotel so we bought everything. A bit noisy aircondition.....so that was on - ,but nothing special to make big haloo :-)......

Proximity of the pool to the apartment. Kudos to the animation team for all the hard work they put in every day and night. All the staff are great, from the cleaners to the bar tenders to the waiters. The location is great, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Special thanks to the manager Miguel for being so accommodating during our stay. He really listened to our needs and went above and beyond.

The food was at times disappointing at breakfast and dinner.

The accommodation is located on a vast area with a very beautiful interior environment (numerous apartment houses). There are several well-maintained green courtyards with pools. The staff is very helpful and friendly; they assisted us with everything, and the cleaning staff was also very accommodating. We had half board, with a buffet breakfast and dinner. The selection was wide, and the dinner options changed daily, with a thematic touch. Although drinks at dinner require an extra charge, the waiters were very kind, and when we didn't feel like having soft drinks, they served us tapwater for free. The beach is a 10-minute walk away. As far as we observed, there were regular children's programs, although we spent most of our time at the beach, but we had no complaints about the pool either. The room was clean, the mattress was comfortable, and the amenities were good.

The pillows were small and too soft, so I had to fold them quite a bit to create a headrest that was comfortable for me. On the first day, both toilets were dripping, but as soon as we reported it to the reception, the repairman fixed it the same day, so it only bothered us for one night. The shower adjustment knobs were a bit difficult to operate, and it wasn't easy to set the water temperature correctly. The sink was slightly clogged, but there wasn't a severe blockage. These are minor inconveniences, but despite them, the room was still quite enjoyable. At night, the guests above us were rather noisy and returned after 11 PM, starting to party, which we weren't too happy about, but there wasn't much we could do (it was just within the threshold where I wouldn't file a complaint).

Excellent apartments in a location away from the more noisy centre and next to perfect facilities for the young children in our party. The cleaning was frequent and of an excellent standard with regular changes of bedding and towels. The pools and splashpark were all excellent

That the pesky ants and mosquitoes had gone on their own holiday

The hotel was amazing, cosy, comfortable, full with kids activities and nice evening shows. The apartment was big enough, modern and well-equipped. The food selection was great and tasty. You have also a supermarket just in front of the hotel. The beach is quite close and it is also amazing. The staff were super kind. We always found space around the pools as well. There are also some playgrounds in the area which are great fun on the way to the room and back from breakfast and dinner. Even in rainy days you can get into the indoor playground which is also amazing with some fun activities. You can also rent fantastic bikes (even with child seats) at the hotel for fair prices. Also there is Wattzer e-rollers at the hotel to rent. The hotel is at a quite place, but with a nice beach walk you can get to the city center or catch a horse-drawn cart. The only thing I regret was ending the vacation. :)
