Smashed all expectations. The staff were amazing and made every guest feel special. Friendliness had no boundaries, and constantly checked in with guests for special requests. I've stayed at many top 5-6 star hotels in the world. This ranks right up at the top. Especially the restaurant. Quality of food was phenomenal and multiple dishes being cooked fresh / live, to specified taste. I will be returning shortly with my family, and advise all to push the boat out and stay in a 'suite' room. The outside swimming pools have good depth and extremely spacious. Easy access to the beach and its beauty will shine further in the summer. This Hotel has it all and perfect location to explore the North to South East side of the Island. Only 45 minutes from Palma town.

From start to finish, our stay was truly exceptional and world-class. We arrived at the resort at 2am, and the staff welcomed us with such warmth and efficiency, making our late check-in smooth and effortless. Where do I begin? Every single staff member went above and beyond to provide excellent service. Both the breakfast and dinner were absolutely top-notch and highly recommended when booking your stay. The breakfast was the freshest and most delicious we had in all of Spain. And the dinner? Simply unforgettable—world-class cuisine. One of our favorites was the lamb chops, seared on hot coals and then finished on the griddle. They were absolutely divine. I've stayed at many 5-star resorts, but Grupotel was phenomenal. Even on my second visit, I can confidently say it’s only gotten better. Several things made our stay truly memorable: a generous room upgrade, special access to the spa one night after it had officially closed, and a kind gentleman who brought us a delicious cheese platter at 1am when room service was closed. A special shout-out to Imanol—his hospitality is something to be revered by everyone at Grupotel.

Nothing - everything was outstanding.

Lovely room, great facilities, and exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Can highly recommend half board as the meals are excellent with a lot of choice served by very attentive staff in a spacious restaurant. The bar staff were very knowledgeable about the local wines and spirits (can recommend the local gins!). Nice spa facilities too. You really feel looked after here from the moment you arrive where they sit you down with a welcome drink and some nibbles while they get you checked in. It's a bit of a walk from the main tourist strips in Port d'Alcudia and Can Picafort but that was a bonus from our point of view. It's likely to be a little quieter even in High Season and you have the Nature Reserve right on your doorstep along with a sheltered stretch of beach. There is a regular bus service going both ways including to Palma with bus stops each way just outside the hotel. Loved our time here - will definitely come back when we stay this side of Mallorca.

The hotel is amazing; one of the top hotels I've ever stayed in - and I travel a lot, for both work and pleasure. Visually, it says understated elegance rather than sparkly dazzle. Everything works perfectly: the place seems really well managed as every single member of staff goes beyond the call of duty to make guests comfortable. The rooms are spacious, modern and just lovely; the air con works; the breakfasts are abundant and fabulous; there are always loungers available by the pool. The beach in front the hotel is beautiful, almost like the Caribbean. You have to pay for chairs but at least you can always get one, even if you roll in at midday. I'd very happily return there.

It wasn’t just about comfort—it was the way the staff greeted us with genuine smiles, remembered our preferences, and made an effort to check in with us regularly. The atmosphere felt relaxed and familiar, almost like staying with close friends or family. The director and subdirector were especially kind and approachable, always present and engaged, which added a very personal touch. That level of care and attention created a sense of belonging that you rarely find in a hotel. It’s the kind of place where you feel at ease, welcomed, and cared for—not just a guest, but part of something warmer.

Everything was excellent — from check-in to after check-out, as we were able to enjoy the hotel a little longer. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the food was amazing — from breakfast and dinner to the bistro snacks. The swimming pool was spotless and kept at the perfect temperature. The spa area, with its massage services, gym, and indoor pool, added to the experience. There were several relaxing spots throughout the hotel, including our own balcony. And the cocktails at the bar? Absolutely perfect!

We had to leave just as the seaweed was finally clearing from our amazing beach area — nature’s timing! Still, we left with wonderful memories and would happily return.

The hotel is truly a great 5star hotel. The amenities (spa, indoor and outdoor pools, kids room, every night live music etc), the choice and quality of the food (with daily delicious options at the diner buffet with loads of made to order choices) but most of all the superfriendly and accommodating staff is what made the experience a sure five stars.

Some might say the hotel in some spots doesnt look brand new. While perhaps true, the room we stayed at felt pretty new and/or well maintained.

One of the best services I have ever seen in a 5-star hotel. High quality but they still make you welcome as a family. Great service from the lifeguard who offers free paddleboards and helps with pumping beach playing stuff. The buffet is one of the best in Mallorca. Lastly, I have to mention the beautiful hotel bistro on the way to the beach which offers breathtaking views.

Only 1 steam room has been working in the SPA. One reason why we booked this hotel has been the SPA diversity. The sauna has no option for any kind of infusion, which especially Germans/Scandinavians would love. Mosquitos are very very bad. People do not exaggerate in the reviews. Make sure you book a superior room if you don´t like old furnishing - these rooms are renovated

We were looking for a place to have a relaxed time at the beach, good food and great service. We found it here and more! We truly loved or stay. At the check in they announced to us that they have given us an upgrade and the room was wonderful. The food is delicious and diverse. The food is serve in a Buffet style and also they offer a menu as well if you want to order at the table. At breakfast the basic beverages are included. In the evening the beverage are not. The spa is wonderful to have a quite time. The beach is stunning. A magnificent coastline of fine white sand flanked by natural dunes and crystal clear waters. The pool is great and the activities given by Tina are enjoyable she does a great job! The shows in the evenings are wonderful to have a great time after dinner and drinks if you want. The access to the hotel is easy and either by taxi/shuttle or by the direct public bus from the airport it works perfectly, the only difference between the two is the price, you can choose whichever and you will reach the hotel at the door. Mobility is easy you can walk to many near areas with shops, supermarket and restaurants. Or take a taxi or bus to the other parts of Alcudia or Mallorca in general to visit. If you rent a car you can park it on the premises of the hotel. As a note: if you are looking for a more lively or young people type of experience this hotel is not for you the demographic is more for Families with children and Mature people. The personnel is helpful and very interested in your needs and wishes, just ask them! Thank you to all the staff for their lovely way to treat us. We will surely come back

This hotel really deserves 10 stars. It is my favourite hotel in the world. The staff is so nice and friendly and they make sure that you are well taken care of. Thank you for our wonderful holiday and good job for delivering such a nice service. The kids club is also great and the food is out of this world amazing - the best quality. I cannot find any fault!
