We had a great stay at this hotel and everything exceeded our expectations! The food was excellent – diverse, fresh, and tasty at every meal. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The beach is very close to the hotel, which was a big plus, and we received fresh beach towels every day. Our room was cleaned daily, which made our stay even more comfortable. We were also pleasantly surprised when the reception gave us a beach umbrella that was left by previous guests – a small gesture that made a big difference! We arrived late in the evening, and the staff still offered us dinner, which we truly appreciated after a long trip. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back again!

However, there were a couple of downsides. The walls are extremely thin – we could hear everything from the neighboring rooms, including people snoring, which was quite irritating at night. Also, although we had the half board option, you can’t even get a glass of water during dinner without having to pay extra, which felt a bit unfair. Overall, still a pleasant experience, but a few small improvements could make it even better.

The hotel is very well maintained and in line with all previous reviewed in google/booking. We had half board with Lake view room, totally worth it. The morning and sunset view from balcony is really beautiful. Breakfast was really good, variety of options and live counter. The live counter guys was really sweet and humble, always starts to prepare omelet for me even without saying. Dinner had good options as well but good to pick an choose your options well. Hotel is 5mins walk to the nearest beach and good restaurant and grocery shops around the main street. Staff is good and helpful. There are several play areas but did not get time to use them.

Half board option should include water/soda at least.

This hotel completely exceeded all our expectations. Impressive as a 3-star hotel and far superior to other 4-star hotels where we stayed in Mallorca the previous year. We went with half board and everything was perfect in terms of breakfast and dinner and always with plenty of variety and options. Regarding the room, cleaning was carried out daily. The staff was always very friendly and helpful, which made the hotel atmosphere very familiar. We couldn't ask for more about the location, next to a lake, where we could have a great view during our meals and very close to Playa del Muro. We consider this hotel to have an excellent price/quality ratio and we are already thinking about repeating it next year.

we liked everything!

The room, while small and not so nicely decorated as the rooms at Grupotel Maritimo, where I spent the first 2 nights, was very comfortable and clean. I loved the balcony, the responsiveness of the staff, the facilities, very good value for money. I booked with breakfast and dinner and at check-in I was given the option to pay 12 eur a day for lunch and all drinks (meals plus bar), which was awesome, it was totally worth it. Great tasty food. I left super early at 5 am and they offered to prep breakfast to go for the morning. Had a great time here!

Obviously the location it a bit of a walk, though manageable. Also, at the pool people have the bad habit to go in the morning, stay a few hours and then leave for 3-4 hours for lunch and siesta, leaving the sunbeds occupied. I used to go to the pool just after lunch and until 4 or 5 when I would go to the beach, and although there were few people by the people, all sunbeds were always occupied. This should be better organised and people should not be allowed to 'reserve" the beds like this while they are away for 3-4 hours.

Clean, well presented and in a great location for our personal interests

Buffet was good and each individual food item tasted nice but we never felt like we were having a meal - lots of various food types with nothing that really went together. Also, we were not allowed tap water at evening meal for half board unless paying?? We brought our own water down and this was always ok so no real dramas

Food was very tasty. Hotel staff always polite and helpful. Playa de Muro beach is exceptional 10/10 Confortable bathroom with nice shower

Very noisy rooms. Our room was the first on the corridor and closest to the stairs. Noise until midnight. There is a cabaret with night shows very loud too. Not recommended if you are a light sleeper. Towels should be renewed. More than one had holes on them. Beach towels are offered but only 2x week. I would prefer to pay a small fee and be able to use fresh towels every day for the beach. Rooms are quite small.

The hotel is a 10 min walk from Plajta de Muro, the staff are very welcoming and respectful, the cleanliness of the room was impeccable. Let’s not forget about the breakfast buffet (the food was various and very delicious, was worth it)

The AC in the room is facing the bed, I tried to change the direction of the vents and lower fans but it kept hitting me directly, plus when I opened the balcony door, an unpleasant smell came from outside, I think because my room was facing the lake

I booked my stay with breakfast and the hotel had excellent choice of food. Also, the hotel is very close to the beach.

Walls could be repainted and refreshed and there is some strange smell in the evening, I guess from the lake nearby. Receptionist could be nicer.

The hotel was very clean overall and had good facilities for the money. Roomes were cleaned everyday, pool area was nice and had enough seatings. Also temperature of water was stable. Very friendly and respectful staff, always present and ready to answer your questions. The beach nearby is simply incredible. Food variety was good and generally tasty. Entertainment was very nice and with good taste, not the loud and crazy entertainment you usually see at hotels. It was good live music and interactive activities lead by a very energic and kind lady.

Cakes selection was the weakest point. They were keep repeating.

Too much german music. Guys we travel to Spain to listen latino music and dancing. Big NO for that
