The draft beer could have been a little cheaper - remind people at check in that if they want the steam room and sauna to be on they need to request it an hour in advance, the people above us were quite noisy maybe ensure slightly better sound insulation

The facilities for kids were amazing, special mention to the mini club staff; Carla, Julia and Maria in particular. The hotel was spotless, especially the pool area. Sunbeds with parasols were always available. Choice of food was very good. 5 minute walk to the beach. We will definitely be returning.

Kitchenette was very limited, we ended up upgrading from self catering to half board because we wouldn't have been able to manage, no bowls, extremely noisy extractor fan and no sponge or washing up liquid. Also very limited restaurants outside the hotel and not really any atmosphere on the main strip so better off opting for half board/all inclusive.

MI in cleaning agents and soap. I would like to suggest use of eco friendly cleaning agents and soap without perfume or MI (methylisothiazolinon) which some people may be highly allergic to. If it is not possible to avoid use of these chemicals all over the hotel, then ensure this in selected areas/rooms for hyperallergic individuals

Wonderful room, comfortable bed, excellent shower. Loved the lap pool. Breakfast had excellent.

Hot tub wasn’t hot enough and we didn’t know how to turn on the jets in it. Main pool was freezing.

Kitchen facilities were poor. Our cooker didn't work. When ever I used it it tripped the power.

Pool area is great, bike storage is very convenient, activities for kids are awesome. I suggest rooms with natural reserve view, sunset is outstanding.

Check out isn't until midday. Rooms were spacious and had everything you need. Staff were helpful. There was plenty of free parking behind the hotel. The adults only pool and lane pool were good added extras (although we did have to convince them to let us use the lane pool). Probably the best hotel gym I've used. Good pool towels incuded

Needs another entrance/exit. The property is so big and going through reception to walk around the where the car was, or to a restaurant was annoying. Added 5-10 mins to any journey. They had a rule that pool towels will be removed if used for sacing a sunbed. This wasn't enforced.

the location is very good (the best part of playa de muro in my opinion). we specifically booked this hotel with our 2 year old in mind and he loved it, especially the water slides and the play area with bouncing bed and soft play. lots of other children to play with, as well! there’s also +18 swimming pool and plenty of place for adults to chill as well. the space is very well designed and laid out.

the flooring by the swimming pools is extremely slippery and the main stain in this lovely 4 star hotel. it definitely needs replacing asap as it is almost like walking in wet glass, and being a family hotel with lots of kids one can imagine the consequences (we witnessed a few children falling). the pirate disco for the kids is also not the most dynamic (at all) we’ve seen in other hotels.

The staff were really friendly. The facilities such as pools were clean even after a storm had hit. The room looked like the pictures and were lovely. There was also a nice tiny kitchen with pots, utensils, microwave, etc.

They had an issue with the heating due to the storm but it was quickly fixed. There aren't any other negative points.
