Reception staff were wonderful, welcoming and accommodating. Our room was ready at 10am which we were not expecting but hugely appreciated / it was also our anniversary and they put a bottle of cava in our room. We were also welcomed drinks on arrival. Club sandwich at lunch was fab. Access to beach, amazing. Good facilities for watching the Euros.. we were so pleased with our suite for family of 5, size of bathroom also and balcony were amazing too. Honestly can’t really fault it. Wish we had longer. Breakfast was great.

The beachfront location is ideal. The extensive breakfast options and the quality and variety of the restaurant's offerings were unexpected and impressive. The room is spacious and comfortable. I recommend this hotel and may return in the future.

The hotel management should address the issue of guests reserving sun chairs by leaving towels on them all day. This practice is inconsiderate to other guests who may wish to use the chairs and can create an unpleasant atmosphere around the pool area. A warning sign should be posted to remind guests that chairs are not to be reserved in this manner. Additionally, while the rooms are still in good condition, they could benefit from some modernization to enhance the overall guest experience.

Beautiful property, location is great. We had breakfast included and opted for one buffet dinner on site. The food was very good. Miniclub was great. They had activities outside sometimes, only wish they were open longer hours :) Check-in time is 15:00, not 14:00 as mentioned on booking.com. The stuff was mostly very nice. Only at the pool bar some seemed always stressed out and running around.

The bathroom needs upgrading and use of the bar in the main building would be nice if it was opened up in the evening instead of just the pool bar being the only thing available

Lovely hotel, excellent staff

Obviously just been taken over and one or two facilities not in use following this and it being early in summer. Not a problem but hotel would be even better once everything up and running

I love the direct access to the beach and peaceful atmosphere of the place. The fitness room also perfect. The buffet food very tasty, fresh. The waiters and staff very kind and friendly.

Hard to say really. Perhaps the hotel pipes could be cleaned.

The free charging opportunity for elektrik cars was really good. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The swimming pool and bar was also good.

It was a bit sad for us that the spa was not working during our holiday.

The refurbishment is beautiful and great to see so many of the wonderful original staff like Roman, Victor, Jerome and Belen who are so helpful and welcoming.
