Food (quality/choice) average. To the big master chief: please smile, people are on holiday ;). Floor in dining room was not so clean. Management refused to put on the airco system in all the rooms although it was very hot in our room facing the south side. Only after 3 days, after many complaints I presume, they have put on the airco.

The food was really super, always varied and tasty. This is something you don’t see often in hotels of this class. It is very close to the sea, there are a lot of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby, but the hotel is located in a quiet location. The hotel has animation, sometimes very interesting shows. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

In our opinion, the staff gives very little information about the services provided, the rules and upcoming events at the hotel. We learned about many things by chance. For example, there was a very impressive, decent show in the evening, but very few people came to watch it. A small announcement in the elevator is not enough.

We absolutely loved this hotel. The staff were fantastic. The food was lovely, the whole hotel is immaculately clean, our room was beautiful and the location was great. We loved it so much that we have already booked to come back for my 30th birthday next year. We had an excellent stay and we absolutely can’t wait to return!

The only reason I gave 9/10 is that the evening entertainment was catered towards children and as a couple in our 20’s and 30’s we didn’t really enjoy it so ended up going out in the evening quite a lot.

staff were brilliant and nothing too much trouble. even opened for 5am early breakfast as we were doing Mallorca 312 and were so encouraging- all cheered us when we got back. modern hotel and rooms spotless. all food was excellent and would highly recommend.

The bathroom doors cannot be locked. This would be the only downside. However, also not that relevant!

The hotel was super clean and the cleaners in our room paid great attention to detail. Everything is modern and the beds, pillows etc were so comfortable. The friendly staff were the best though. We had a lovely woman to check us in with long curly hair but I don't remember her name. Always acknowledged us though our stay. Angie on the restaurant door was the same, always friendly and interested. Sergio was a great waiter in the restaurant too. German in the theatre bar was amazing, we never waited for a drink! He worked that room fantasticly and made our holiday. We do a lot of all inclusive in different places but the table service for drinks here sets it apart, from the coffee at breakfast right though to the evening bar. 😉

The food from under the warmers was never hot and at breakfast it was always cold. Also the aircon in the room didn't work. I thought maybe it was just ours my my daughters was the same.

my apologies but was not able to remember the lady’s name but my guess was she was the general manager and if not should be. at every turn at the hotel regardless if you were getting breakfast, dinner, had an issue to resolve, or just had a question in general, this lady was there. She was like a ghost. A good ghost. Popping up at all times of the day making sure your stay was world class. She was the soul of the hotel as were the rest of the staff members. thank you and again my apologies for not remembering your name.
