The Hotel is fantastic, I highly recommend this to everyone. This was the second time we were here (not the last) the food is great and the staff are friendly. The Hotel located in a really nice area, close to the sea, next to shops and restaurants.

In some rooms kettle and tea are available while in our second room we did not have them. unfortunately I had a cold that time and I would need hot water. The heating cannot be adjusted either. For some reason our room did not get cleaned for days not even the used paper tissues or the used glasses were taken from the room. They tided the bed only and did not even empty the trash in the room. I guess the hotel would need a renovation by now as stainless steel products are getting rusty in the bathrooms and the ventilator that was supposed to take the air and steam out of the room did not work. Apart from that I would recommend this Hotel still.

The hotel is very comfortable and the location is perfect (2 minutes from the beach). The environment is pleasant and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We particularly enjoyed the pool area, the coziness of the room and the diversity of options available for breakfast and dinner. Two of the staff members, Jordi and Simone, were particularly helpful and kind in assisting us with the aircon in our room and with an issue in our car battery.

The fitness center was outdated and didn't have many machines. The pool was great, but it was open only from 10h to 19h (we would have wished for it to close a little later).

We came for 10 days and couldn't fault this place..we loved the hotel the location the entertainment staff were excellent ciao ciao baccalow lol. Food was really good and spotlessly clean throughout the hotel. Good variation of entertainment for kids and adults and San Miguel on tap for an all inclusive is a first for me . Will visit again next year as it wasn't over crowded either and didn't have ti fight for a sub bed. Thanks for a great stay see you next year .

Couldn't fault this place the only thing I'd say is I didn't like the fact we had to leave. Excellent hotel.

The food was good, at all of the daily meals we attended. The all inclusive package was a good option, although we hadnt signed up for that when we booked. Good location, with a lot of cycle shops nearby, and the beach wasnt far away, either.

Our room was a reasonable size, and suited our needs. Had we needed a bigger room, I'm sure we could have booked a bigger one. We're non-smokers, so having a lot of people smoking around the pool wasn't great and we'd just tolerate it or move away as best we could.

Overall we had a great stay. A large selection meals in the all-inclusive formula, good infrastructure: pool table, tennis court, swimming pool, animations. Very helpful staff, especially the animation boy, incredibly nice and friendly. The hotel is very well located, about 200 meters from the beautiful Muro beach and close to the charming old town of Alcudia. The rooms are rather 3-star, sometimes there are not enough tables set for breakfast in the restaurant and entertainment is rather for seniors, because most of the guests are elderly. We recommend the hotel for people looking for a quiet holiday.

Great stay at this hotel. Big pool, lots of sun loungers, great location 5 minutes away from the beach and in a central area, close to bus stations. Great sea view from the balcony. Comfortable beds, clean room. Staff was super nice, the entertainment was great. We had games, dance classes, live music, etc.

The hotel staff is very friendly, they are at your disposal 24 hours a day, the food in the hotel is fantastic, there is literally something for everyone. A very large selection of meat, salad, fish, everything is very fresh, they prepare the barbecue for you on the spot. The rooms are cleaned every day, we had a superior room and the terrace is beautiful, large with 2 deckchairs and an umbrella. The location is very good, the beach is 70m from the hotel.

Poor soundproofing of rooms and mosquitoes . Not a comfortable sofa, but I don't think there are comfortable sofas anywhere.

the location of the hotel and the food are excellent, the service is very polite and helpful, a huge plus, the food is very varied, there is something different in the canteen every day

definitely one downside is the lack of a kettle in the room to make tea or coffee in it

The pool was fab. Rooms were really clean and the beds were comfy. Would recommend for families. This was our second stay and will be back.

If I had to be picky I would say the temperature of the pool could have been a little warmer, heated perhaps. But we were lucky with the weather. It was nice and toasty.
