Location was great? Staff so helpful!! Bed was extremely comfy and shower was amazing!

The apartment had a kettle with no mugs or other tea/coffee making utilities. A microwave with no plates or cutlery? So couldn’t actually utilise the self catering apartment in the way I intended.

The staff were incredibly friendly and did everything they could to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The hotel is just a short walk from a beautiful beach, and there are several great spots nearby for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It’s a perfect place for families with kids, and we’ll most likely come back once we have our own!

While the facility is quite old for a 4 star hotel but it’s generally well maintained. However, the room could have been cleaned more thoroughly — we had ants in the room throughout our stay. Not many, but a few were consistently around all week. Although towels were changed daily, clean glasses weren’t replaced unless we went down to the main restaurant or bar to ask, and dirty glasses were never taken away. The hotel offers bike rentals, which is ideal for getting around, but the prices are surprisingly high for just one hour a day or even the full day — a real shame. It would be great if they encouraged a greener style of holiday by making better use of this resource

Great location, lovely and clean, great views, if in the right room, staff were superbly helpful, especially Carmen and Anna on reception. Good parking for the hire car.

Many people were there for a cycling event in Mallorca on the Saturday, for many it was a 4:30am start. Unfortunately a large party of very noisy people were allowed to be by the outside pool bar till at least 11pm that evening, whilst everyone should be allowed to have fun, a little consideration from the management for other guests, wouldn’t have gone amiss this one night🙁

I personally would like for the cleaning room to be at least 3 times per week... A part from that all was correct.

The Location of the Hotel is Amazing just 5 minutes walking from Platja d'alducia and Playa de Muro. Very Easy to find parking if you have a rental car. AC was good in the summer season.

No facility in the room to make coffee , tea. Pool was very crowded, we couldn't find even one free sunbed.

Lovely location. Great staff and facilities. Really good if you’re a cyclist. Spotlessly clean and the breakfast was excellent. Already booked again for October!

Bedding was changed once in 9 days.

Modern apartment with nice location. Even though we didn't have dinner included in our reservation, you can pay extra (18€ per person for adults) and go to the buffet. Lots of different foods, there is also an option for gluten free meals.

Apartment was a little to small for 4 persons. It is best to take 2 different rooms.

Friendly &helpful service at the desk and loved the room key wirst bands made life very easy not having to worry about key card on and off bike
