The accommodation was so clean and had everything we needed - cutlery, towels, clean bed sheets, parasols and beach utilities. It's very comfortable to stay here. You don't hear the street if the windows are closed, by the way. I find paying for AC 20 Eur per day a fare option - because this means people aren't misusing the electricity.

A lot of mosquitoes as the house is situated near the pond. So please think of bringing repellents with you.

The mattresses were too hard, and we weren't told until we got there that it was 20 Euros per night for the air conditioning until we got there.

The property was only used for breakfast, evening shower and drink and sleeping. Otherwise we were out but everything was good. The sort of property where you're pleased when you turn up and there were no issues during our stay. The location was quiet but close to a beach, shopping and eating. Breakfast, evening drinks and snacks were always outside which was pleasant and comfortable.

Three adults had a room each so no problems. The rooms aren't very big so anything other than small children sharing the twin room or bunks could be a bit tight but manageable.

It is in a fantastic location for a particularly lovely stretch of beach. We have stayed at Pinya before and that in itself is our recommendation.

We were already aware that there is no air conditioning but managed last time with the aid of portable fans however there were none on this occasion which meant we had to buy our own. We obviously had to leave it so hopefully the next guests will not have to struggle.

Location was good for our purpose (go to the beach). Very calm neighborhood

AC would have been wonderful. But we were at the property mainly during bed time and nights were fresh.

We missed aircondition, it was really hot. Also main road was quite close, so it was little bit noisy with opened windows
