Loved the hotel, very close to the huge sandy beach that is perfect for kids. Four nice pools (2 large, 2 small), one of which indoors by hammam and sauna. Very helpful staff. Impeccable cleaning. Food was good too. We had a rental car that we parked in the street because the hotel's parking lot is tiny. Without rental car you can take the bus, the stop is right outside the hotel. Several supermarkets close by to get bits and pieces. Our room's (very spacious!) balcony was facing the pool which was perfect for us. I saw some rooms facing the road. They probably had a seaview but personally I would have found it a bit noisy. The area is pretty touristy, but I would definitely recommend the hotel and beach.

Some more storage and hanging space for clothes in the room would have been nice. Complementary water every day would have been good. We would have appreciated coffee and tea equipment in the room.

Everything was perfect (location, staff, 2 pools, rooms) Three remarks - firstly- in this level of hotel the complementary drinking water should be made available. Secondly - in spite of water scarcity on the island we had hard time to explain to cleaning staff that towels should not be changed every single day, the hotel should add sustainability dimension. Thirdly, breakfast that starts at 8am is too late for cycling guests who want to get to the road as early as possible in order to avoid the heat. At least limited selection breakfast would be nice at earlier hour. Tip - bus no 32 takes you to the hotel directly from airport.

It is amazing Hotel nearby a Beach. The is situated onto optimal place for shoping, running and walking. I can recommend this Hotel for bikers or triathletes. There are two swimming pools: the first is for swimmers and the second is for relaxing. Our room was small but absulutely enough. We could put our bikes on the balcony. The best part of staying in this hotel were breakfast and dinners. It was absolutely amazing. You can choose from any type of kitchen. I did not use a spa, witch is one of the type for relaxing and next to relax pool is also whirpool. I recomended this Hotel for spring vacantion before summer season.

Overall, my stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable, with several standout aspects that made it memorable. The hotel is conveniently located just off the beachfront, making it easy to find and offering beautiful walks in the morning and evening. Additionally, the A32 bus provides direct transportation from Palma airport to just outside the hotel if you preferred not to rent a car. The bus takes an hour depending on traffic. Okay However, as the bus only runs once every hour, it’s important to plan accordingly if you need to use this service. The hotel offered an excellent breakfast and dinner buffet with a wide variety of options every day. The dining room was spacious, providing plenty of room to eat comfortably without feeling crowded. Drinks during the evening meal were paid for at checkout, so it’s important to keep track of your receipts to avoid forgetting. The spa and outdoor pools were also generously sized, providing a relaxing environment.

Some areas of the hotel are beginning to show signs of wear, but with a bit of refurbishment, it could quickly restore its premium feel. There was an incident where an elderly German gentleman felt it was appropriate to be fully naked in the spa area, which made some younger guests uncomfortable, but after addressing the issue with reception, it was promptly and kindly resolved. I had requested a room in a quiet part of the hotel, away from lifts and high-traffic areas, and was given an excellent room, for which I was very grateful. My only concern was that although our room was cleaned to a high standard every day, we consistently received fewer towels, requiring us to call reception to request additional ones for showering.

-Clean, modern with a big balcony in the premium suite - comfortable beds and pillows - amazing shower - two pools with one being a lap pool. This was definitely a big plus! - nice and affordable drinks and food - the buffet breakfast and dinner was great! - nice and friendly staff - spa and sauna access - spa robes and beach towels available to all guests. They promptly changed it as well when needed - Morning turndown service everyday! - Great great location! Right next to a bus stop, restaurants, and the beautiful playa de muro.

- Probably a few more things in the room like tea/coffee with kettle. Although we did get a kettle from reception and it was very useful. - A few more toiletries like lotion/dental/shave kits would be nice (although not the biggest issue!)

Location is very close to the beach. Rooms are renovated and has everything you need. I specifically liked the bathroom, its spacious and neatly designed. Hotel has very friendly staff, our request to change the room to higher floor to enhance the view from balcony was fulfilled promptly. Extended range of cuisine in breakfast is perfect to start your day.

no music in the evenings makes the environment dull around the bar. so we spent our evenings outside. A big cockroach visited us inside the room one day, we politely showed him way out after that he didn't bothered us anymore!

We had our holidays for the first time in this hotel. Definitely we will come back and recommend to our friends. Just a few minutes from the amazing beach. Heated sport pool and internal leisure pool, it was great to enjoy there. Food was on the high level. The room was cozy, especially with a huge balcony, where you can stay all day long. The staff was friendly and polite.

Smoking policy. Smoking on the balcony from other rooms is annoying. The hotel should provide smoking and non-smoking rooms in order to avoid inconvenience for non-smoking guests. There is no entertainment or playground/playzone for kids.

Breakfast was outstanding - the cava and Prosecco on ice was such a nice touch. The main pools temp was amazing, so easy to get in The room was spotless, and decorated in a modern way. Staff were friendly and helpful Location was great We had the hotel with the garden suite which was a lovely change from your typical holiday balcony

The only issue I have is that the sun umbrellas are thin so sun still gets through - the UV was particularly high during our stay so we were quite uncomfortable despite being in the ‘shade’

Rooms were massive, even our double room was huge! Breakfast was 10/10, great location and amenities for kids.

The marble floor was wet with soapy water so I slipped and hit the floor. There was no wet floor sign. The cleaner apologised which is fine, but I asked her to put up the wet floor sign and when we came back from breakfast she hadn't put one up (the floor was still wet). Also the side door to the hotel had no lock, would have been nice to have a card reader on there to prevent public just walking in.

Good hotel, but price-value ratio is not ideal. - The hotel is partially renovated, but partially not (lobby area) - Biggest atmosphere killer: Although food is good, the breakfast/dining room is like a student cafeteria, not cosy and super loud. Some design improvements on terms of zoning and better soundproofing would definitely be of help. - suit room is nice and spacious, but lacks decoration, just white walls, no carport or other items to make 50sqm room more cosy.
