This is the best family hotel we have been to, our children are 13,11 and 5 and there was something for all ages. All the staff were polite and welcoming, the entertainment programme is the best we've seen at a hotel, from daytime activities to evening shows they really go above and beyond, and we would return just for the entertainment alone. Hotel room clean and cleaned daily, good location. Snack bar made to order, always fast, hot food. Free shuttle bus to the beach is handy even though its not a far walk, the main pool has great atmosphere and you're allowed inflatables! The breezers pool has a nice chilled vibe to it and is warmer than the main pool, it was nice to be able to mix between the two!

We struggled with the food on the all inclusive buffet, I have a nut allergy and on the first night I asked someone and they didn't really understand, they brought over a folder with ingredients but they didnt seem to be 100% certain so it did restrict me a little bit but i always managed to eat something (pasta and chips) the food was a bit repetitive however we would return just not all inclusive. Self-service soft drinks would be better as the que for the bar can take a while, especially in the evening, and it's only 2 drinks per person at a time, so sometimes you can feel like you spend your night queuing for a drinks.

We had a lake view apartment on the top floor. The apartment was comfortable and tidy with the basic equipment you would need, such as a fridge, kettle, microwave. The air con in the apartment was an absolute godsend! We could always find sun beds at each of the pools at any time of the day. Most of the staff were pleasant and friendly (some could do with cracking a smile occasionally). Food was ok, always a good variety although some nights a bit unusual combinations. Great location and only a short walk from the beach. Great little on site shop for any essentials you may need.

My only complaints would be, the restaurant was far too hot which made it uncomfortable when dining. There was very limited plugs in the apartment, none in one bedroom, only one in the master room, none in the living space unless we unplugged the tv or kettle, but weirdly there was 3 in the bathroom. The balcony doors were difficult to operate, particularly to open it from the outside. Mosquitoes! Not the hotels fault but it is an issue in the area.

Everything beautiful hotel staff were so friendly and professional food was great entertainment was great..Hotel spotless the food at the snack bar was excellent for a snack bar and it was table service so felt really spoiled..also at the evening entertainment it was table service too which was a nice treat.3 different pools as well including an adults only which was lovely and lots of sunloungers for everyone as well

We had 2 bedroom apartment and the second bedroom didn't have a window or any sockets in the room.we were all inclusive and cocktails were only available after 7pm so if you want a cocktail by the pool its not an option but all other drinks were available..we all got badly bitten by mosquitos because of where the hotel is located by a lake so bring your mosquito repellent

Lots of pools, walking distance to beach and shops, or to hop on a bus to Alcudia old town. Staff friendly. Clean and tidy, good selection of food at the buffet.

Nothing really! It’s a good value hotel. We didn’t expect 5 star, it is what it is - enjoy the beach, enjoy the pool and hop on the bus to see some new places too.

The staff was so nice, the check-in, check out went well. We ask for a new hair dryer, and we got it in 2 hours later a brand new. The pools were great, ideal to swim and sunbathing.

We didn't like that all day long from 10.00 am to midnight there is loud music, and noisy program. We need some silent hours or siesta time during the day. We missed the juices from the breakfast. There is a limited space for parking. The beer in the bar was expensive and not a good quality.

i stayed there only for a night. can not tell so much. The people who worked there was really friendly and fantastic. Had the most contact with a young women at the reception, who speaks good German. She was a really Sunshine!

a lot people drunk into the night and it was not easy to sleep. it’s not quite enough at the room, because you hear the other rooms or what happen before you’re door. so take som „Oropax“ with you :))

Friendly staff, good and tasty breakfast menu. We loved the location of the hotel. There is a little supermarket in the same building.

There was really small ammount of vegetables in the breakfast area. Tomatoes only. We couldnt find onions, olives, pickles or something. Or maybe it just wasnt served the days we stayed.

The location is lovely, and the breakfasts had an excellent and large variety. The staff very friendly and helpful.

The music was loud every night Could be heard in the room.

The hotel is truly amazing, and so is the staff. The breakfast offering is top-notch, with a variety of delicious options.

The internet occasionally lost signal, likely due to the large number of guests. This definitely needs improvement.

2nd stay w/cycling group. Although it doesn’t have bike specific facilities, the hotel allows bikes to be kept in the rooms. Muro gives east access to the Tramuntana & for those who wishes to attempt any of the courses of the 312, the start point is nearby. Food choice and volume at breakfast & dinner ample and very good. Didn’t see much in gluten free options but none of us went hungry. Self service laundry, hanging rail on the balcony. Only negatives are the mosquitoes being closed to a nature park, and the unreliable Wi-Fi which, TBH, the hotel can do something about. That aside, will still return
