We liked that the hotel is close to the beach, but also further away so that it is quite enough. Close to shops, bars and pubs, close to kids activities and ponies ranch. We loved the kids pool with the water bucket and slides. And we have absolutely loved the Selection Club pool upstairs - it was really clean, not too busy - worth choosing the Selection Club membership.

Some staff from reception were really grumpy, unfriendly or didn't seem to know very much about the hotel even. Also, I think the hotel needs more staff at the kitchen during meal times as the ones working there were rushing (or not rushing at all) and the tables were not set for other people to come in..

I'm absolutely in love with this hotel. I came with my family incl. two toddlers. It's absolutely family-friendly. The staff was super friendly and ALWAYS ready to help we needed help or advise. The rooms are beautiful and big, the accessories (the kitchen absolutely had everything that you could need. From cutlery to cups, to pots, to kettle,.. ), the location of the hotel is great! Shopping possibilities, bus station and the beautiful beach are just 'next to the hotel'/ not far away by foot approximately 10 minutes The hotel has its own supermarket in the house, there is an entertainment program in the evening, there is enough different food (a super menu where absolutely everybody can find something great to eat) also kids, for the kids - enough possibilities to play (nice pool with a ship, nice slides, a kids club where kids get entertained and a beautiful playground where kids can play in parents sight range (while the parents enjoy the sun in the deckchair). It was a birthday trip for our toddlers. We would like to say a big big thank you to the whole staff of the hotel for making our time so special and unforgettable. A BIG THANKS to the whole kitchen and especially to Toni for just everything and a BIG THANKS to the kids Club staff (Ariel, Mario and Elin) for the super cute little gift that will forever remind us of our stay. We will come again and we absolutely recommend this hotel (im not exaggerating).

We were super happy with our stay there. The are just two little things that would be great if it 'could change'. Our room has not been cleaned by the cleaning staff for two days (luckily there was a broom so we could do it by ourselves). On the kids playground (on the biggest/ highest slide) other kids and also mine kept on bumping their heads on the metal pole (which is there to protect the kids from falling). I think there could be something soft on the metal pole so that nobody gets hurt when bumping with the head there. Other than that everything was perfect and I still recommend this hotel and still would come again.

Pools Perfect for children between 1-7 years old because of the depth of 90cm-1.1m. The Activities are good for kids from 4-7 years old.

To much noise from the Evening activities at the stage which is located very central in the hotel. The bed was not really comfy. Over all a very expansive area so maybe all inclusive would be good

Accommodation was good value for money based on what we paid. Pools were loved by our son

Communication around beach towel replacement and room clean could have been clearer Instructions on how to use the bed in the lounge would have been helpful Food was poor - relieved we didn’t have all inclusive as it would have been disappointing. Had breakfast once and it was lacking

Very clean and staff friendly. Food was lovely at the buffet at the breakfast with plenty of choice. Shower was lovely in the room. Lots of restaurants close by if not eating at the hotel.

On booking it said there was a coffee machine. This wasn't in the room. Was also given a twin bed as a double bed. Wasn't told about access to the adult only pool upstairs

Breakfast coffee from the machine was quite poor The pool opening hours was 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. this was not great if you want to have an early swim before breakfast or evening swim

Large room even though only a studio. Nice little kitchenette, lovely large bathroom with good walk in shower. AC worked very well. Area can be noisy but didn’t really hear it when in room. Hotel in general was always very clean. Good food options whether on room only or all inclusive, not too pricey. Very nice staff throughout hotel.

It’s very family orientated so lots of children. Didn’t bother me as had children on our party but did hear some displeasure from adults

Very good. I know the hotel has international guests. But all the teas were of the same size shape. Had to read small labels to select the right variety/type. Also milk only in one place so backwards and forwards to make a hot drink.

Rooms need, some basic repairs. Kitchen drawers broken. Bedroom drawers very stiff hard to close

Unfortunately during our stay a neighboring hotel was having building work done, 6am starts weren’t really what we had in mind. Hotel manager was fantastic and helped where he could, we were due to check out at 12 for our 23:00 flight and he made sure we kept our room until 8pm.

Really nice hotel. Rooms were decent, lots of activities posted daily. Location was great for some beach. Did the half board so Breakfast and Dinner. Food gets a little pedestrian after a bit but that's Mallorca..

I know it's Spain and they are trying hard by opening brekkie at 7:30 but damn.. I need my coffee- set up a self serve unit.
