From the very beginning of the booking everything was just like it should be. We had some questions that were answered to us immediately through booking messeges. The room was perfectly clean and neat with everyday housekeeping. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The food at the breakfast and dinner buffet was amazing and everyday something different. In the price was also included the gym and spa area. Everything you need from supermarkets to coffeshops is nearby. We would definitely recommend this hotel, it was amazing 😁😁😁😇😇😇🇲🇰🇲🇰🇲🇰🇲🇰

This is an amazing place with the most lovely staff which we have ever met. The room is very large, extremely clean with very good air conditioning system. The food is also excellent and very delicious. The location is perfect, 3 minutes to the bus stop and 7 minutes to the beach. I highly recommend this hotel for your vacation, you will not be disappointed. Gracias!

I liked it very much. Especially the very nice and friendly hotel staff. The restaurant surprised me every day with new dishes. Very nice and comfortable shower in the room. The pool with jacuzzi is just super. The sea is 10 minutes from the hotel. You can always find parking, next to the hotel or on the neighboring streets. Recommended

Was some little issues with beds. Very comfortable mattress, but frame noise. ;)) sorry for those minus, best wishes to your hotel

This is wonderful hotel! We had a 5 day holiday there and we enjoyed it very much! Everything is very clean, great pool area, with jacuzzi, there were always free sunbeds for us and beach was about 10min walk. Alcudia beach is beautiful with white sand but very crowded, so the poolside was great to relax by! Never seen such a dedicated serving staff!Thanks again to them for being so caring, helpful and made our vacation great 🙏 We had half pansion and food was excellent! Meals changed every time, always had a choice of different fish and meat dishes + salads, fruits, ice creams, nothing was missing! Would recommend this hotel to everyone and would be happy to come back 😍

The hotel was clean and in a great location. It was close to restaurants and the beach. It's a good choice for those looking to relax. The staff was very friendly. The food was also much better than we expected, delicious, and there were plenty of options.

The two single beds were pushed together and were not comfortable. They could improve on this.

- even though the food was very good, it was too repetitive - sometimes room cleaning was superficial

The hotel is conveniently located - in a calm area with restaurants and the beach within a short walking distance. The breakfast buffet was great, the staff super friendly.

We had one of the two rooms on the ground floor. Great access to the pool but you could here everything that went on in the bar and table movements in the early morning. The doors to the bedroom and bathroom were only sliding doors that do not fully shut. When being in the living area, you could literally hear everything that went on in the hallway. Luckily we did not need the sleep function of the couch as the room was not that spacious.

Single beds were really narrow and sheets not wide enough to tuck in sides which was annoying.when you wake up you think you had been in a hurricane. But bed comfortable but very creaky every time you move.take note all you passionate types. Also they need to put hotel signage on side of the hotel as it was easy to miss depending on what direction you came.

Fantastic stay. Brilliant location, staff were so friendly and welcoming. Rooms were clean and huge. Gym was a great addition. There were always sun beds avalible, pool bar was great and the pool itself self was fantastic. Buffet breakfast was also very good. Highly recommend this accommodation.
