Pools were very clean and area around them, lots of sunbeds and the pool temperature was lovely. Shop on site was good, reception helpful and the cleaning staff work hard all day. The Air Con was a life saver in 40 degree heat!

My room was a little dated, previous guests have obviously splattered bugs into the walls, but there was lots of them around which wasn't pleasant to look at. The patio door frame was coming away from the door so you had to push the glass to open & close. Shower head needed replacing, the limescale build up caused the water to just fire at all angles. The complex is so big its almost impossible to always keep on top of it. Although the staff work hard they could probably do with more hands. The mosquitos were horrendous anywhere near the lake, entertainment areas and funfair. As a result we went out every night where it was more bareable (although the entire island is bad for mosquitos its especially bad at Belle Vue)

Staff were helpful and friendly. Plenty of entertainment, swimming pools, near to the beach and lots of restaurants nearby which kept us busy. The rooms were lovely and clean. We had a great time.

The pools sometimes needed more attention and a couple of times found cigarette butts in the kids pool which wasn’t nice. Also some of the pool sides got really sticky by the end of the day from people leaving their drinks. Worst thing was how slippery the pool sides were, it was quite dangerous and one man fell so hard he cut his head open. It’s worth bringing some beach shoes for children so they don’t slip over.

Room for our family was a really good layout. Double bed with sliding doors to main room where out children had a single bed each. So many pool options. A lovely resort. Dated a little in places but would certainly return.

Paid deposit for a tv that wasn't working but encouraged us to go lighter on the electronics so no harm done. Freezer area of fridge was also missing its door.

Our stay was in early May with a good price for the room with buffet breakfast. With a hire car (booked prior to travel) it was a perfect base for touring the east of the island and local walks. There are also buses available. Site is large with free car parks. Excellent breakfast.

Surprised at a 10 euro returnable deposit for the TV remote. It did not affect us, but given the size of the site I was surprised that there were no trolleys at reception for anyone arriving at the main entrance. It could be a long walk across the site.

Easy check-in, a little difficult to find the main restaurant initially, as the complex is large, but their map of all the many facilities helped. Superb nightly entertainment, 18 hole crazy golf was fab and we were spoilt with the choice of swimming pools, and activities for our daughters. Huge amount of parking. And location is brilliant, so close to the beautiful beach, a very pretty lake. My family greatly enjoyed their holiday, and were all sad to leave.

Nothing! It was one of our very best holidays.

This place is amazing! Huge property, and plenty of activities for kids. Mini concert for kids every night and entertainment for adults, pool bar every swimming pool area. Food is great and a lot to choose from. My children are so satisfied that after 4 days of stay they want me to book for next trips. We had 10 days staycation full of bliss and unforgettable memories.

I haven’t seen anything we didn’t like, cos every experience was fun!

I read the reviews before and was a little concerned but I have to stay, we got back last night and had the most amazing holiday. I went with my mum and 3 year old daughter. We stayed in the Serena 2 block and had a lovely clean huge room which was cleaned every other day. It was in a great location to everything on site and with the beach a short walk away. We arrived early hours in the morning and the check in staff were great, gave us a map and directed us to our building, the complex is huge. The entertainment staff are amazing and the kids disco and shows are great too! I was a little concerned about the food, we were All Inclusive and I have to say it was actually very nice, we ate in all the restaurants (Asian, Italian and Mexican) as well as the buffet and all very nice and what you expect from an All Inclusive. Didn’t have any complaints here. The pool snack bars are great for the kids food serving Burgers, hot dogs, onion rings, chips etc and the ice cream also very tasty! The splash parks, slides and parks are great for the kids, loads to choose from. The fun fair was also great for the kids too and reasonably priced. All in all we had a very lovely holiday here at the Bellevue and made some great memories.

There are a couple of things that need to be looked at, first one, around the kids pools, they need mats or something down on the floors to stop the kids slipping over. The Second which is not the hotels fault, is the mosquitos, I never get bitten and I have loads of bites all over me, my mum too, so you definitely need mosquito spray on and a plug in for your room. The worse is at the show area in the evening, you get eaten alive then. You can buy scented candles, however if the hotel put these on the tables that would be a nice touch.

Great pools and lots of things for kids to do

The restaurant, very very busy. A lot of the time could not get a table easily. If you did manage to get a table it was stacked with dirty plates from the previous people. Staff did not clear plates and were forced to clear them ourselves or sit on a dirty table. In my opinion not enough staff for the size and business of the restaurant, very hectic and not enjoyable

The room was great value for money and the complex is huge with loads of places to explore. Also just a 5 minute walk from the beach with the cheapest souvenir shops in the entire island. Free parking inside the complex. The room was well lit and spacious.

Lots of noise and people talking in the corridors. Door was almost coming off its hinges. Having to pay for wifi in 2022 is ridiculous, let alone having to pay 5e PER DEVICE! PER DAY! And no remote.. You have to pay 10€ for the remote. People in the reception act as if they're doing you a favor.

The location and amenities was great plenty to do for children but the hygiene in the apartment was disgusting if I’m honest, there was hairs in the shower still , on floors , spider webs in low corners and a clipped toe nail was under the table in the main room , it felt a really in clean apartment which is a shame as it’s a lovely room and the amenities are fantastic for children. Feels a little run down but is a shame because it could be really lovely for families in holiday .
