We had the best holiday as a family of 3. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Our studio apartment over looking the pool was lovely and clean. Communal facilities were very clean also. As our flight home was late in the evening and check out is 12pm staff had advised us they had shower facilities and the use of a towel(free of charge)so we could freshen up before our flight.Hotel staff also helped us book a taxi to the airport with no hesitation. The spar supermarket located next door to the apartment complex was very well stocked with the basic essentials and the staff were very friendly also.Over all an amazing family holiday.We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed with a family at the Apartments Siesta for 8 nights. We arrived at 1am and were greeted very warmly at the reception and checked in immediately. We also booked the transfer from airport through the Siesta's website and everything was organised extremely well. A nicely clean studio on the 4th floor, freshly renovated, everything new and clean. The kitchen was very convenient and useful, with dishes, a kettle, a microwave and a fridge. There is a supermarket 5 minutes' walk away, but we also went to Lidl for groceries. There is a balcony with a wonderful view. Free Wi-Fi! We were very pleased that the noise level was not too high and you could sleep well and relax. The hotel is located 15 minutes' walk from the one of the most beautiful beaches in Mallorca through a busy street with shops and restaurants. The walk to the sea was always pleasant.

2024-07 Nice pool, nice apartment. Good bed. The sofa was a bit hard. Better for kids. The distance to the beach isn’t that hard. My 10 year old didn’t complain. Lots of close by restaurants and shops. Spar grocery store at the hotel. Had warm croissants for breakfast. Easy to take the local bus into Port Alcudia. 3 Euro per person, one way. Really good place for a family. The lobbyists gave me good service and the information I needed.

I have never complained about cleaning. But the cleaning wasn’t good. Read about that before I made my booking. Usually people are picky, but the cleaning needs to be better. The bar/restaurant at the hotel was kind of slow and made a boring impression. Think they loose a lot of customers due to that. I would have made it nicer are more welcoming. Better service. Now It looked like their waiting for retirement.

The staff were very helpful and accomodating. A big thank you to Elaine at the Reception who helped us with our luggage that was lost at the airport, we still havent found it but she checked on the lost luggage for us every morning. She was so helpful with how to get to places to buy essentials without the tourist price tag. She is an asset to the hotel! Thank you to Gabriel at the Reception as well because he helped us with the bus times to go back to the airport in a very simple and easy way to understand. Special mention as well to Barby at the Animators team, she was so good with the kids and definitely was the highlight to our stay. She was very patient with the kids during the face paint session and definitely is passionate with the job. Antonio and Francisco at the Red Lion bar were very professional and helpful with serving us the delicious cocktails. We loved that every 2 days the bins and linens were changed in our room. Shout out as well to the housekeeping team for being so friendly and accommodating. The room was basic but it had all that we needed and it was really clean! The mini kitchen was well equipped too! The beds were bigger than expected so for the price that we paid, it was really good value! We loved the AC and the balcony clothes hanger where we hung our wet clothes, so useful! We loved the pool (best time to go is at 9am when its not busy), kiddie splash area does not open until 12pm. I took my 6yo around 4:30pm when it wasnt too hot and he enjoyed it so much! Thank you so much for all the staff for all your hard work, we had a brilliant holiday and my 30-something birthday was definitely unforgettable!

Things to improve: - kitchen utensils were plastic and much better if they were wooden. - the entertainment stage looked really tired and dated. - the reptile show should accept cards because our son really wanted a pic with the snake at the end but they only accepted cash. - more activities for the kids after siesta time. 8pm is a bit too late for the kids. - kiddie splash area should open at 9am and not 12pm. It gets too hot around 12pm onwards for little kids.

We stayed in a comfortable apartment with a balcony overlooking the pool. There was a small kitchen area, though we didn’t really use it, so I can’t say how well-equipped it was. The pool area was great - clean and relaxing. We had breakfast included; it was tasty but quite minimal. The beach is about a 15-minute walk (maybe a bit more), and the walk wasn’t very comfortable in the heat. But the beach itself was beautiful and we really enjoyed it.

The staff was amazing!!!! Everyone speaks perfect English , very friendly ! The breakfast was great ! Generally cuisine is very nice and large portions! 10 mins from beach and right on the main road where located all shops and cafe. And the best one - hair dryer , OMG great big professional hair dryer !! The first hotel 3 stars where they offer amazing hair dryer . We stayed in 4 stars was ancient , almost not working one . Absolutely great :) women will appreciate)

We had a refurbished 2 bedroom suite which was lovely. A beautiful view overlooking the pool.

Our air conditioning was faulty. The maintenance team did come a couple of times to try and fix it but unfortunately kept dripping water everywhere. However this in no way spoiled our stay.

Well maintained. Clean. Helpful Staff. Good value breakfast. Nice mix of visitors. No late night noise. Pool open 9am to 9pm. Near shops and restaurants. Spar shop next door and full supermarket just few minutes walk.

Location is good but it is a 15/20 min walk to beach

The apartment was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Little shop underneath was well stocked. Pool was clean and lots of activities if you wished to join in. Location was good with lots of restaurants locally.

Ants and mosquitoes but not apartments fault

I stayed in many hotels across Mallorca and here was by far the best! Especially Gabriel from reception was a true angel because he helped me to get the perfect quiet room because I was feeling a bit ill and just needed some rest. Not only are the rooms spacious and well equipped, everything is also very clean and all staff are very friendly. I truly miss this hotel. the pool is also huge and there were enough beds in the shade also.

the breakfast is very British and the coffee wasn't very good. but that's a matter of taste.
