Location, staff, cleaning/maintenance, food, really perfect ”value for the money” balance

Smoking is still allowed on the balconies and if one happens to be in the middle or above smokers then the first thing you smell when you open your balcony doors is TOBACCO smoke and NOT fresh air. Tobacco smoke is a cancer risk also when inhaled passive, that’s why I think in 2K it should be allowed only out side of the hotel or as they do sometimes that they build a spesific smoking space where from the smoke is harmful to those inside and the rest of is is air-conditioned so that is routed out of the building and is not connected to normal air-conditioning system.

The breakfast was very good. Lot of varieties to choose from for our group which was of all ages. We also had diner included and all the evenings the quality and variety was very good.

Given that this is a 4 star hotel the quality was very good. But as always you would like the benches in the pool area to be of best available quality, some were at it latest stage.

This is the second time we’ve spent part of our holiday at this hotel. The accommodation conditions are very good – clean and spacious. The staff’s hospitality is exceptional; they are truly customer-oriented, which makes you feel very welcome. Every evening, there are shows organized at the hotel bar, and it's a real pleasure to relax there after dinner. We were greeted with a traditional drink, which we found in our room on our first day after returning from the beach – a lovely gesture! The hotel is very close to the beach – no more than a 10-minute walk. The beach is beautiful, with white sand and palm trees. It's also just a 10-minute drive to the old town of Alcudia, a real gem. As always, Mr. Jose won us over with his jovial spirit!

The fact that we returned says it all – there’s nothing major to complain about. I would suggest refreshing the room towels, as they’re a bit worn out – some new ones would be a nice touch. Also, the dinner buffet could be improved with a wider variety of dishes. Many of the traditional dishes are not to everyone’s taste, so guests tend to queue up for the grilled items freshly prepared by the chef. This often leads to waiting in line, as he can't serve everyone quickly enough. Overall, this is a hotel I would happily return to and recommend to our friends and family.

We enjoyed everything! The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the terrace was a great place to relax in the evenings. Everything we needed was there. The beach was not far, and the location was very convenient. There was also a bus stop nearby, which made getting around easy. We rented a car and always found a parking spot right near the hotel. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back again!

The only small thing that wasn’t perfect for us — in the family room, it would have been great to have one solid double bed instead of two single beds pushed together, as they kept sliding apart. But overall, it wasn’t a big issue — we still had a great time!

I like the location, spacious rooms and very attentive and helpful staff as well as great choice of food for breakfast. There was also a good gym downstairs, so I was able to make Arnold proud.

The walls seemed to be made out of cardboard, and I could hear people snoring and farting as well as having fun time if you know what I mean. Unfortunately my neighbours decided to smoke on the balcony so it was very disturbing for me. If I was an emperor, I would ban cigarettes in the whole Spain. However, It is what it is unfortunately... It was way too loud I had to use my ear plugs. There was also loud music being played downstairs till around 22.30. Also, the toilet smelled horribly and at one night there was no warm water. I don't really mind if some things are not up to modern standards. Don't forget that this is a budget hotel, so let's not be pretentious, demanding Hilton standard 😀

I came back after 2 years and it's still just as good. This time with friends we took advantage of the breakfast, which was fantastic - the buffet was really rich and the service was very nice. The reception was always available and very helpful. There is a large room for bikes, but when it gets full there is no problem taking the bike to the apartment. The apartments are spacious and clean, the beds are very comfortable (optimally hard mattresses). The kitchen is well equipped. We used the pool in the afternoon, the sun practically until sunset, the water is clean. The location is a bit out of the way, so the area is quiet, in the morning you can hear birds singing, during the day a rooster from the neighborhood calls at the pool, which is nice! On the other hand, it is really close to the center or very good restaurants and the beach! The location is perfect if you want to go cycling, easy access to Cap Formentor, Garage loop and Sa Calobra, but also to the area around Petra (Ermita de Bonany!) or the velodrome in Sineu. I am happy again, my friends who were here for the first time were also happy. I will probably return here again in the future.

I received a room with a rather unpleasant smell in the shower; after reporting the matter to the reception, the problem was quickly solved :)

The staff was genuinely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The food was varied and generally quite tasty, with something for everyone. The pool area is clean and pleasant - great for relaxing. Our room was cleaned daily, which we really appreciated.

The hotel feels quite overpriced for the overall experience it offers. While the pool lifeguard is very friendly, he seems to be juggling other responsibilities (like collecting empty glasses) and is not consistently attentive to the children in the pool, which raises some safety concerns. Evening entertainment consists mainly of oldies music (Elvis, 80s hits, etc.), which doesn't quite match the younger crowd - mostly couples - who make up the majority of guests. It might be worth considering more dynamic options like salsa or themed animations to better engage the audience.

Team working there were very friendly. Manager at breakfast very positive and friendly person daily. Reception and pool bar team very friendly Lifeguards at pool also very vigilant and friendly. Location is excellent. Lots of great food options nearby. Close to beach. Short walk to Port or Old Town. Grocery shop just outside hotel. Had breakfast at hotel and it was nice in particular fresh bread, pastry, fruits and freshly cooked eggs.

Overall very good hotel just small observations. Some hot food items at breakfast should be temperature checked regularly as they were cold. I stayed in room 409 and when other rooms flush toilet it sounds very loud due to pipe right beside vent in room. Floor under beds could do with cleaning. No hygiene bin in lady toilet near swimming pool. A

Lovely hotel. Family orientated. Friendly and helpful staff. Very spacious modern air conned apartment we were half board so didn’t use cooking facilities but it was really useful to have the fridge. Great space for myself, partner and teenage son as we all had enough room and privacy. Large balcony with nice pool view. The pool is a good size and pool area very well kept. Great choice for breakfast and decent evening meal - we were half board. Short walk to the beautiful beach.

Towards the end of our stay (mid July) nearing school holidays it got busy by pool and some people reserved sunbeds with towels and then went away for two hours or more. Some grupotels have a policy against this which I think would be a good idea to implement here too. If you aren’t all inclusive drinks from the poolside snack bar were expensive. However there is a well stocked Spa supermarket across from the hotel and no objections made to you bringing your own drinks poolside. Not the hotels fault but mosquitoes are an issue in Alcudia with all the waterways so come prepared with repellents etc.

Accommodation was roomy and we have had more then enough space. Beds were comfortable. Balcony was really nice and specious. There was enough storage room in closets. Personnel was very pleasant and helpful. Bathroom was nicely equipped with two sinks which was really good. We have had small problem with door handle and the problem was solved within 30min from reporting which was really great service.

We were surprised that we have had to pay additionally if we would like to use room safe. It was not very nice that rooms didn't had remote controls for the air co and in the middle of the night we have had to stand up and walk to controls on the wall if it became to warm or too cold in the room.
