Location, staff, cleaning/maintenance, food, really perfect ”value for the money” balance

Smoking is still allowed on the balconies and if one happens to be in the middle or above smokers then the first thing you smell when you open your balcony doors is TOBACCO smoke and NOT fresh air. Tobacco smoke is a cancer risk also when inhaled passive, that’s why I think in 2K it should be allowed only out side of the hotel or as they do sometimes that they build a spesific smoking space where from the smoke is harmful to those inside and the rest of is is air-conditioned so that is routed out of the building and is not connected to normal air-conditioning system.

The breakfast was very good. Lot of varieties to choose from for our group which was of all ages. We also had diner included and all the evenings the quality and variety was very good.

Given that this is a 4 star hotel the quality was very good. But as always you would like the benches in the pool area to be of best available quality, some were at it latest stage.

Lovely hotel. Family orientated. Friendly and helpful staff. Very spacious modern air conned apartment we were half board so didn’t use cooking facilities but it was really useful to have the fridge. Great space for myself, partner and teenage son as we all had enough room and privacy. Large balcony with nice pool view. The pool is a good size and pool area very well kept. Great choice for breakfast and decent evening meal - we were half board. Short walk to the beautiful beach.

Towards the end of our stay (mid July) nearing school holidays it got busy by pool and some people reserved sunbeds with towels and then went away for two hours or more. Some grupotels have a policy against this which I think would be a good idea to implement here too. If you aren’t all inclusive drinks from the poolside snack bar were expensive. However there is a well stocked Spa supermarket across from the hotel and no objections made to you bringing your own drinks poolside. Not the hotels fault but mosquitoes are an issue in Alcudia with all the waterways so come prepared with repellents etc.

I recently returned from a delightful stay at the Grupotel Port D'Alcudia in Mallorca, and I can't recommend it enough! The hotel, while not brand new, is exceptionally well-maintained. The common areas and rooms were kept clean and tidy, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout the stay. The facilities, including the pool area, were perfect for relaxation. One of the standout features of my experience was the friendly staff. The team went above and beyond to ensure guests felt comfortable. The breakfast was another highlight - an extensive and delicious spread with a variety of options to suit all tastes. The location is also fantastic, with plenty of supermarkets, cafes, and bars nearby. This made it easy to explore local dining options or grab essentials without any hassle. Lastly, the hotel’s proximity to the beach line is unbeatable. Just a short walk away, I enjoyed easy access to beautiful sandy shores, ideal for relaxing or enjoying water activities. Overall, my experience at Grupotel Port D'Alcudia was wonderful, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday in Mallorca!

Good location, room was spacious. Really nice swimming pool. Restaurant staff was really friendly.

Bed was not very comfortable, the pillow was to small. Have to leave deposit to get swimming pool towels at the lobby (it should be in every room - for every guest). This is 4 stars hotel, but there was no shower cap and other hygiene kit, also there was no drinking water at the room, you have to prepare it for your self. :( i was expecting more for 4 star hotel for this price.

Good location, good facilities helpful. Friendly stuff. I have stayed here many times in the past and will come back here again in the future. Very good location for the Iron Man event and cycling holidays in general.

Unfortunately for me on this trip I had a family in the room next door with young children who liked to run up and down the corridor shouting late at night and also had a baby that was crying two or three times in the night, and with the walls being very thin on the rooms I did not get a very good night's sleep for this trip but this was obviously not any fault of the hotel.

The location, friendly staff in the restaurant and excellent service in restaurant. Jose was especially good with the kids. The female lifeguard was great - made the pool fun for the kids.

The beds and the pillows were uncomfortable. The bar staff could have been a bit friendlier.

Close to the beach, a very wide beach with white sand and turquoise water. It's a clean hotel, generous spaces, overall very good atmosphere. Very hospitable staff. Jose is a wonderful man, close to customers and knows how to create a pleasant atmosphere in the restaurant. A plus for the hotel is the fact that they offer juices and water at dinner, even coffee for those who want it. At other hotels, for half board, they are paid. Although I had read that in Alcudia you can be bothered by mosquitoes, the area is safe, there were no mosquitoes at all.

The towels are quite dated, also the bed linen... should be invested in this.

The restaurant host, Jose, was absolutely amazing. He was the most genuine, friendliest guy I ever met at the hotel restaurant. He was like a magical creature, cruising from one table to another, making everyone feel welcomed and collecting laughs and smiles on the way. I bet if this guy opened his own restaurant, it would be a great success! Super fast Wi-Fi. Sauna was great, even though was only on for four hours per day.

The air conditioning blew only hot air regardless of the setting, but I think they fixed it later. However, I didn't really switch it on, as the weather was not too cold or warm.

Staff in the restaurant is best in class. Kind, competent.

This year, drinks were no longer included in half board. Please cancel this annoying change and include them again.
