Super friendly people, really clean, great location close to the beach and to Alcudia old town (10minutes by bus). Big Erosky supermarket, really nice coffee place and Rose Bike rental & tours just opposite of the hotel. Nice and quite apartment with great pool and beach view (we recommend to book with ocean view, there it is also quite, no street to hear). No animation at this time of the year. Heated outdoor 25m pool, great for swimming. Washing machine and dryer in the hotel to use for 4 euros each. Optional dinner for 23 euros per adult with a lot of vegetarian options, also with kids menu. Pool bar with nice snacks. Nice Indoor SPA area.

Indoor SPA had fixed times for kids from 11-12am and from 4-5pm, and also only kids from 3 years are allowed. This could have been a bit more flexible from our perspective.

We absolutely fell in love with the location of the hotel. For us, it was the best spot on the entire Alcudia beach. A grocery store was just a few meters from the hotel, along with some souvenir shops, a pharmacy, and restaurants. The staff were very kind, and the breakfast was incredibly delicious. We tried dinner once, and it was also tasty and varied. Our daughter loved the mini disco, and the time we spent by the pool was really enjoyable. The room was cozy and clean ☺️

A wooden spoon and a vegetable peeler would have been helpful in the kitchen. We also missed having some clothespins on the balcony. We had a street view, which was actually great, but in the afternoon the sun was shining so strongly that it was too hot to enjoy an early dinner outside. A pergola or some shade would definitely help with that. We would have appreciated having some information in the room about housekeeping, hotel services, and similar things. :) But these were just small things for us overall.

Amazing staff very friendly and helpful.. Was my third stay here and had more guests with us who were here for first time and they also loved it .. excellent location for families and couples not looking for too wild holiday nice and calm location yet the port is only a short taxi or walk along the beach if you want to venture down. Great entertainment for the kids and adults at night and good entertainment activities during tj day don’t need to leave the hotel. Love that is so close to the beach also

Didn’t really notice like anything was on the first floor and cleaning service was great however family was o. The 5th and although was 3 people in apartment they left towels for 2 had to keep asking .. was disappointed the Mario party was cancelled however was due to the weather and realised had to make a decision early so wouldn’t put it as a bad point on the hotel and weather is beyond anyone’s control

We really enjoyed our stay here in August. The hotel was very clean and well presented. There were always staff around making sure it was well maintained. The pool area was never overcrowded or noisy even though it was peak season. Sun beds were easily available everyday and there was no mad rush for them. The animation team were amazing, they were the perfect balance of encouraging but not persistent. My kids (12 & 9yrs) loved the activities and the evening entertainment and didn't want to leave the hotel for a minute. The hotel room itself was perfect for what we needed. The kitchenette was really well equipped and we cooked ourselves pasta and breakfast in the room some days. There is a supermarket right across the road to get whatever you need. Our room was pool/entertainment facing and by 11pm everything was quiet and easy to sleep. The breakfast buffet was great and had every breakfast item you could want. Eggs cooked however you like, fried breakfast, croissants, cereals, fruit etc. Pool bar food was also excellent. I would agree with others that this hotel feels more like 4* than 3* based on the other places we have been.

We would have liked the pool bar to stay open longer (It closed at 5pm). The evening buffet was not as good as the breakfast so we would have preferred having the option to eat at the bar until 7pm. That or the option to order off a menu as well as buffet. Some evenings we didn't want a full buffet dinner, just a pizza to share etc.

The hotel and staff were incredible! We have just returned after a weeks holiday and we will be returning. I have no idea how the hotel is only 3 star, it’s immaculate, amazing location, food is perfect and every single staff member were so lovely. A perfect family hotel who went above and beyond for us, we arrived late and left early, the team planned food in our fridge and a breakfast picnic hamper on our departure. That detail with young kids is priceless. We went half board, pretty fussy eaters and we were really happy with the food choices. Drinks were great, the mango mojito was fab. Most importantly we felt our kids were very safe, the staff were amazing. Will recommend to all families. Thanks again!

Pool and spa facilities were amazing. The pool was always clean and well maintained. The spa was a lovely touch and great that all residents at the hotel could use it at all times. The added heated pool was great for this time of year.

We did find ants in our room, while we were staying at this hotel and found this off putting. The food served at dinner time in the hotel we found to be of a poor quality and we dined out most evenings on our stay.

The hotel employees are polite, friendly and hard working. The location is close to the beach, many restaurants and supermarkets. The food buffet was excellent, different every day. The variety of foods was great, starting with meats, side dishes, salads up to deserts and fresh fruits. The nearby beach with shallow water was really good.

The sound insulation is bad. The doors make very loud noises when they are closed. This is the only big issue I had during the stay. The other smaller issue is that the bathroom lacked ventilation and the humidity tends to get high.

This was a cycling holiday and the bike rental and storage was literally across the road so very convenient. You needed to book the spa but there was never any issues. You will need flip flops (3 euros) and a cap (2 euros) if you want to go in the pool in the spa, so remember to pack some.

Hotel on the Ma-12 road leading to Port d'Alcúdia in a mixed hotel / residential area. Close to nice Platja d'Alcudia, which may be crowded. Rooms with balconies facing the street or facing the internal area with pools and a bar. The noise from the street is not particularly disturbing. The reception, pool bar and restaurant staff are helpful and polite. Animations are organised for children and adults, which is completely unnecessary for us and they were not bothersome. The room equipment is a bit worn out. Small fridge in the kitchenette. Clean, impeccable cleaning. Walking distance to EROSKI supermarket .

In the season, mosquitoes may appear. When the hotel was built, there was no need for guests to charge their numerous devices, there is a shortage of power sockets. Poor acoustic insulation from the corridor. There are a small number of parking spaces marked as private. However, there are plenty of free spaces on the street and parking my rental car was not a big problem (August / September 2024)

I really like the mood in general, easy going hotel with nice people. Very good breakfast and dinner and entertainment team who has always smile on the face. Location is fantastic and the most beautiful beach is only few steps from the hotel. Many stores or restaurants are around. We were there in the end of August and it was not crowded, just fine. Also the weather was beautiful. Standing view from the sea view apartment.

Noise - it is really important in which room you land. At the beginning we were given room 307 and it was just no go. Our kids could not sleep till late because the entertainment was just too loud. The third day we asked for our room to be changed and we got the same day room 502 which was much, much better. Suggestion to management how to ameliorate - there is only one solution: sound proof windows.
