Staff were lovely, the views out to sea were great and the pools were amazing. We went in July and it was 30 degrees plus everyday, the pools were perfect to cool off in. What was nice was the 3 pools so separate area for toddlers and kids. Also had a life guard which was impressive. At no stage did we struggle to get some sun beds, always some free. The hotel is in a quiet residential area so felt very clean and safe. 10 min walk to the left of the hotel was a small beach and restaurant which were quiet and lovey. 15/18 min walk to the right was Alcudia beach and all the restaurants there. We would walk to Alcudia beach, in the afternoon and if it was super hot we’d get a taxi back to the hotel. There is a taxi rank near Alcudia beach (by Small supermarket) and a taxi cost 7 euros. There is also an amazing restaurant 2 min walk (Anacanada 35) which is worth a visit. Overall it was a great hotel.

The decor was a little tired and didn’t look like the pictures. Also the food was average. Breakfast was very good, the lunch was average. Glad we didn’t have the dinners as walked past one evening and the buffet didn’t look great. Also the gym was very tired.

Ona aucanada is very charming, the set up is pretty, the views are breathtaking and the staff is nice. It is also very well locate just outside of alcudia and by car you can reach all hotspots in the area. and these are plentiful. Its also very family friendly and calm, which helps for a relaxed holiday.

On the other had Ona Aucanada has a couple of aspects that need improvement to keep holding on to their stellar reviews and justifying their considerable rates in summer. Here are the most important points for improvement: - The pool area needs maintenance/upgrading; painting, filling holes, fixing steps... - During summer the pool area bar cannot be closed diue to "staff problems". - During the one time a week cleaning, the tile floor in apartment should be mopped and if forgotten it should be done when customer notifies. - extra payment for pool towels and parking should be included, especially considering the rates per night.

Beautiful and quiet place, very friendly and helpful staff, apartment well equipped

New year's eve night - we've been travelling with a small child and it was hard to sleep as other guests were loudly partying, drinking and shouting outside. I understand that's a special night, but that's also hotel, not a party spot. We've chosen this place on purpose as it was far away from biggest cities and expected it will be rather quiet. Other than that our stay was really nice and I would like to thank all employees who were very nice and helped with all our queries.

This is an excellent facility. Fantastic service, beautiful and clean apartments and everythings is done with utmost professionalism (thank you Dania!). We got a duplex with sea view and two terraces. Nice breakfast. Great pool complex. Very well equipped kitchen. Comfortable parking space. Thanks to the Macedonian restaurant manager for you kind help and tips. Will definitely come back :)

There was a construction going on just opposite the street (May 2024) which wasn't great. A loud air conditioner on the upper terrace made sleeping somewaht straining. There was also a broken pump in the boiler room which caused initially some severe noise, but which was repaired the other day. The breakfast room is quite noisy due to poor acoustics and small size relative to the number of people entering it at the same time. So noise (in various ways) was a recurring negative theme throughout our stay, which I hope the staff can fix. Otherwise everything was perfect. (well, maybe the water from the shower spilling onto the bathroom door due to insufficient troughs).

Very beautiful and well-kept hotel. Wonderful territory, always cleaned. The staff is friendly, always ready to help in any situation, thank you! Breakfasts and dinners buffet are varied, there is something to choose for an adult and a child. I especially want to note the dinners, every day new dishes, meat, fish, side dishes, fruits, vegetables and salads. The cooks really pleased us with deliciously prepared dishes. Many thanks for their skill! Very comfortable apartments, there is everything for a comfortable stay - a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, refrigerator, iron with ironing board, air conditioning and so on. Sea view from the windows and terraces. Special respect to the pools, there are three of them with different depths, there are for children and adults. Always well-kept. The nature around is very beautiful. But it is located on a mountain, so you need to go down and up a lot, but this did not spoil our vacation. If you do not have a car, there is a bus stop 5 minutes away, taxis work well. For groceries you need to go to the city, by bus it takes 15-20 minutes. There is one shop within walking distance of about 15 minutes, but it is small. The beaches in this area are rocky, so if you are with children, it is better to go to the beaches of Alcudia, there is white sand, azure sea, gentle entrance and wide beaches. Our holiday was wonderful, thank you!

There are few disadvantages, they are not significant, but they exist... An unpleasant and strong smell of sewage in all bathrooms. And ants, do not leave food open for a long time.

The staff was very friendly and helpful in any way! the breakfast was really nice, with more choice of drinks and good coffee, nice bakery, Plenty to eat. First floor room had stunning view, great location. I liked the (3rd) deep pool, finally was able to jump with the kids all day long, (not many hotel has this) Great view from the pool area on to the sea!

The dinner wasnt the best, many frozen products were just fried and that's it, only one or 2 fresh cooked foods. The most disappointing, there was no free drink for dinner, I mean not even water for free, (they could've given us tap water but was not recommended to drink that on the island...) They could easily switch on the drink machine with cooled, filtered water but it was only available at breakfast...

On arrival, we were offered upgrades on accommodation and breakfast for an extra cost, which we took, and it turned out to be a good decision as it was a walk 1.7km in to Alcudia which doesn't seem huge distance but as an northern European in July's 30 degree heat walking wasn't an option, note taxis are about 8 to 10 euro in to Alcudia and there is a bus 323 running very 40mins at bottom of the road 350 metres from the accommodation.Staff were friendly and very helpful and pool was clean with a lifeguard at all times.Its quite here has I said and away from the hustle and bustle of Alcudia town but the views over Alcudia bay are beautiful both from our apartment and the pool area.

There are no showers for late departure as our flight was in the evening we spent the last day at the pool.

Lovely 2 story villa type building to ourself's (3 adults) 2 balconies, lots of home comforts 3 pools to choose from. Can order takeaway pizza. We were able to use pool and facilities until check in. Beds comfy. Lovely views of the mountains and quiet area

We liked the remoteness, but this isn't somewhere you'd stay if you like everything on your doorstep. About 15mins downhill to the local spa shop (lovely coastal walk though) and 2 restaurants nearby - about 10-15mins walk. Everything else (bars/restaurant /activities) must get a taxi. Taxi to the port was around 8euro one way.

Fantastic family friendly apartment hotel with all amenities you need. 3 fantastic pools where one is shallow for the kids. The location is in a quiet neighborhood and has wonderful scenic views over the Alcudia bay.

The only thing I found a bit poor was the breakfast. A few times stuff was missing, such as cheese, fried eggs etc. When asked for, it was either gone for the day or would take half the breakfast time to show up again. Refilling of items was a bit slow. Other than that the breakfast buffet is great enough.

Wonderful family vacation house with everything necessary. Territory is arranged and well kept. Rooms are sunny and with everything necessary. The kitchen is a wonderful addition for travelling families with kids. The closest supermarket was in 20 minutes walking distance, and 5 minutes driving. The staff was so kind and helpful.

Maybe only location could be a problem for someone preferring busy areas. In 20 minutes walking you can be in the port. But for our family it was an excellent location
