The staff is really helpful and polite. Excellent location, not only 100m away from the beach but also the beach is not really crowded like other beaches in alcudia-picafort region. Also so many excellent restaurant just in walking distance. TIB bus station is also very near.

The girls at the reception helped me with advice on beaches/transport during Fiestas, hair drier, clothes washing service. Thank you so much for all your hard work and dedication. This is a real asset, to have available and friendly staff, which make up for the little minuses. The room was clean, I appreciated the fan, even if it couldn't compete with the heat at night

Weather in July-August is awful, air conditioning would deff be a solution. The bathroom floor would get wet after 1-2 persons showered, a mop close by would be handy.

Position first and foremost. Convenient to bars, restaurants, activities, ferry port and a beautiful beach. Good air conditioning in room. Although surrounded by restaurants no smell of cooking odours.

No lift, but I understand that it’s not possible. Bathroom a bit cramped and the doors on the vanity unit blown. Perhaps replace with glass ones? Plug by head of bed nowhere to put phone when recharging maybe a small shelf for phone.

Noisy neighbours and construction behind the hotel can be a bit annoying. I would recommend to stay for quick stay up to 3 days. For longer holidays I would look for higher quality.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, the location was amazing, the linens were all nice and clean, the bed was good. There was a dispenser for shower gel and shampoo in the shower. The TV worked well, but the only non Spanish channel was the Disney Channel when I was there.

The air conditioner worked, but it was not in its healthiest state. There was construction just outside my room, but that was probably just the time of year. The shower was small and didn't have any place to put my conditioner etc. I could barely crouch down to the floor in the shower to reach my things...bending over was impossible. I would still stay there again.

The location is EXCELLENT! The room was clean and well serviced by such a lovely lady.

The rooms were noisy - could hear exactly what was going on in the other rooms!

it does the job with no need for a luxury looking room at exorbitant prices, simple and basic, all you need is a bed and a bathroom anyway

nothing, but do not come with high exoectation , is a simple basic room.

It is right in the port, very good location. It is clean and small room with bathroom, but perfect for a night or two, just to sleep.

You need earplugs, you can hear everything from the hall, people coming home drunk and making noise in the night.
