The staff is very friendly. The Guys that serve the food, the receptionists are always ready to help. I would like to pass our special thanks to receptionist Vera. She answered all our questions and gave a bunch of really helpful advises. The food for breakfasts and dinners is fresh and testy. The beach near by hotel is beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

There were plenty of tasty food during breakfast and dinner, but have in mind that drinks like wine, beer, still/sparkling water are not included, you have to buy it. I want to thank all the stuff, they all were very helpful and took all my wishes into consideration. Room was spacious, clean and tidy, comfy bed. Location is good, near the beach.

Only one disadvantage, that balconies are on the street side and at night is very noisy, you can hear people walking around and cars are driving.

Hotel staff was very polite and outgoing, location is great, next to the promenade, 3mins to the sea. Hotel pool located between hotel and sea, no need to pay for sunbeds.

As a person alergic to gluten, i would appreciate allergen displays next to food in the buffet

The location is the best. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was nice and helpful. They have Sauna and Spa. Meals are variable and plentiful.

Meals are plentiful but the food was only eatable. They don't use much flavourings, or salt. The Spa is only opened until 18:00, maybe different opening hours would be better.

This hotel is located close to a nice beach with great infrastructure. The meals(halfboard) were great - the cooks are really amazing! They had a tapas evening once 👍🏻 The room was okay, with bathtub, in general clean and big enough. When we arrived at 10:30 pm we still got cold dinner reserved for us even though the restaurant was closed.

The facilities in the room are not the most modern, but enough if one doesn’t stay in the room 24/7. Once or twice the plates/glasses in the restaurant were not exactly clean.

I would like to give a big compliment to the hotel staff, especially who served during breakfast. They worked very quickly and efficiently. The cook made a great omelette! Receptionist Mrs. Vera - she was very helpful with all the advice, very kind and professional person!

Hotel 2 minutes from the beach.

A shower cabin will be better than a bath. There should be a kettle in the room for the morning cafe as some people will wake up earlier than breakfast starts.

The location is perfect. The hotel is lovely and the staff are friendly and professional.

The door cards were a little unreliable.
