The beach was perfect! The rooms were super comfortable. The breakfast buffet was superb and the evening shoes were fantastic for our daughter.

The only two negatives were that the hotel didn’t provide any sun beds at the beach and that the pools were not temperature controlled so they were quite cold.

Amazing hotel, the staff is lovely, the service is great and food was amazing every day. Luisa, Pablo, Juliana and Patricia were super nice and kind, always eager to help. And Pepe even went the extra mile to lend us a sunshade on our trip to the beach. If you are staying at this hotel, you can visit the pool of other neighboring hotels of the chain and each one of them has a different pool attraction for the kids. Worth every star!

Having to leave!

Everything needed was catered for. Clean and fresh generally. Even the paving around the village was cleaned daily. A good selection of seating areas. Good selection of places to eat. Great variety of food each day and all freshly prepared. Staff were super efficient and helpful. Both pools were maintained to a high standard.

A minor niggle: No shower cap in the bathroom. Major drawback: Mosquitoes! Being next to protected conservation marshland, the mosquitoes became a real issue. Kids and adults were smothered in bites. For eg: 4-6 bites along the edge of grandson’s ear. It seemed that everyone I saw had upwards of dozens of bites. There seemed no safe place to get away from them. Sprays and repellents didn’t seem to work.

wow this place is amazing the staff can't help you enough and the selection of food is also amazing. the rooms are large and comfortable. there is a good selection of all inclusive drinks easy access to the beach and everything is kept to a high standard. we had entertainment each night. there are shops and bars across the road we will deffinatley return in the near future.

The weather wasn't great but it didn't help that the outdoor swimming pools water was extremely cold with no heating. Additionally, the set up of the rooms bathroom were inadequate for privacy.

I liked the style of the buildings being 2 storeys and no lifts is always our preferred option. Close proximity to all the facilities. The room key is on a band around your wrist which at first I thought was going to be annoying but it was really great, and you don't need to look for your key each time you leave the room!

The hotel is located along the beach with amazing ambience and setting, one of the most disappoint aspects was the beachside bar for evening drinks, drinks in my option for a 5 star hotel could be presented better including a drinks mat and ice in soft drinks, at 30+ degrees you want something refreshing and that doest drip all over you. Security, we didn't see anything to be concern about but the lack of security and easy access to the hotel should be addressed.

Excellent animation team for the kids who really gave it their all to entertain. Carina at the front desk was a star who helped us to sort transport. Food was good.

Bed size and confort were poor. Alot of mosquitos at the property.

Went with a 2 year old at the beginning of June. 40 mins taxi from the airport which was 70 euro. Read a lot of reviews, but the hotel was even better than expected. We went all inclusive, and even from the second you arrive you are offered drinks whilst you check in. There are 3 restaraunts which are all amazing. The best in the sea view restaurant which is literally on the beach, amazing views. Great for kids, loads of children's entertainment, but its not so busy that it feels like kids are screaming and running around everywhere ! One of the best hotels i have stayed at.

AC was not working, but I was offered a fan at least. My wife couldn’t make it, and didn’t get reimbursed for her breakfast payment.

great breakfast, great views , nice facilities pools, restaurants, quick access to Playa de Muro beach. overall staff was friendly and welcoming everywhere.

I thought guest services or front desk knew about restaurants nearby but when I asked for recommendations Northwest ( Valdemossa, Soller) either they tried places which were already booked ( like Na Foradada which gets booked weeks in advance) , or they didnt know any restaurant. They knew more about Alcudia, Port of Alcudia and Pollensa but we wanted to explore the whole island. They tried to be helpful but ended up calling restaurants fully booked who didnt return the call. We were here in August, high season but still. Also it wasn't clear to me that beach beds were extra on Playa del Muro, for 4 people it was 30Euros per days. considering we had 2 rooms, our stay was already pricey as it was.
